I ordered a Chipotle bowl with brown rice, and unfortunately, the rice was severely undercooked it was so hard that it was difficult to chew. On top of that, the portion sizes for each item were noticeably small. Even after adding everything I requested, there was still a lot of empty space in the bowl. Overall, it was disappointing, especially considering the usual quality and portion sizes I m accustomed to from Chipotle.

So Im going to start off by saying I have never had a problem with any food that I have ever ordered from Chipotle. I ordered my salad online and asked for rice, well the rice was missed. I went back in and Angelica said what was the matter I explained to her and she immediately fixed the issue, told me to take the messed up salad with me. She apologized so many times and even said it was her fault. I dont blame anybody it was a mistake that was fixed. No matter what state or city I will always order Chipotle. Angelica youre an amazing manager and we need more of you in this world. Oh yeah she also gave me a card for a free entree. The best customer service by far. Keep it up!

Their card reader was down and several of us ordered food and waiting to pay waited for almost 20 minutes while they kept taking food orders and not letting customers know our system is down. Why would you still take orders and not let customers know before they order food to watch them, throw food away, sad starving in the world instead of giving the food away for the inconvenience she stated it was store policy

What really triggered me was the the employee making my food had her fake plastic hair dragging on the counter and getting in all of the food containers. It almost got in my bowl of food- it was disgusting. Follow the health code and put hair up in a ponytail.

Something has got to change here. I usually come here to get dinner about once a week. The last 4 times I ve been to this location, I m greeted with attitude (if I m greeted at all), the chairs are all up on the tables, multiple food options are out and aren t making anymore for the night. Mind you, I m usually here to pick up dinner between 8:30-9pm, and I m not the only one. Chipotle doesn t close until 10pm. Last night, I asked for double queso on my chipotle bowl, there was enough in the container for maybe a single scoop. I was still charged for double queso. Since all the chairs were up and the floors were being mopped around other patrons who were sitting and eating, I decided to eat outside. Which was met with a staff member glaring at me through the windows because all of the outside chairs were folded up and put to the side. I unfolded a chair to sit and eat, and put the chair back folded once I was done. This chipotle location is a disappointment. Do better.

As a former employee, I unfortunately got to experience the toxicity of this place and quickly realized a lot of issues here with management. Real food, Real ingredients, but Real FAKE people. Chipotle Culture does not exist here. Steve Ells would be disappointed. Turnover rate here is very high and I can see why now. While the food is great, the experience is not. The managers are all very rude and it seems like no one wants to be there. I never got my schedule until a day or two before. There was a time I went into work and I was advised I had been removed from the schedule for the entire week. No notice, no call, nothing. It happened a second time in which I was fired over the phone, no reason. Angelica Z. the store manager had told me after I asked, why am I being fired? Her response, none of that matters. What does matter is that you ll no longer be on the schedule. I ve worked for a lot of companies and I gotta say this is by far the worst management I ve personally experienced and I feel like I ve been discriminated against, as I overheard that they simply didn t like me. I was the only white male working there. Major improvements need to be made here and I hope they do cause I really enjoy the food at Chipotle!

The girl making my burrito was wearing a pimple patch on her face which to me seems very unsanitary. Grossed me out thinking it could fall in the food at any moment. When it came time to roll my burrito up she started rolling it and everything in the burrito was not even in the tortilla anymore. I looked at her confused because you could tell she did not care and noticed all of it falling apart. I then told her hey uh it s falling apart it not even in the tortilla anymore . She then proceeded to roll her eyes and became visibly annoyed and just grabbed another tortilla and just slapped it on the existing tortilla pushing the food into it, when it needed to be remade. A lady behind me was as shocked just as I was for the behavior of this staff member.

Food was all cold, $45 for 3 people to eat, Barely any chips in the bag, and they were stale. Went to their link to see if there was anything theyd do about it and at the end of the conversation I was having with a fake chatbot, that they expect me to believe is typing a message, they said thanks for letting us know we suck, well let the staff know. Like, great, so theres no recompense, just well tell our employees theyre not doing a good job. This is how you kill a business. Looks like Chipotle is taking the Boeing route on their management, lol. Cut costs, increase profits, lol. the best is when they tell you how much you saved the planet at the end of your order. Hint, they do this by not giving you as much food and doing it as cheaply as possible.

Ordered to go online. Order was taken by another customer because they just leave it on a rack by the front door. They remade it, my daughters $10 burrito was smaller than my hand, and all the food was cold. I live 4 minutes from the restaurant. Barely any chips in the bag, barely had any lime salt on them like they used to, and they were half stale. My wife and I got a burrito bowl, and I got double meat. My daughter also got a Mexiacn Coke for $3.20. Sadly, the coke was the best part of the meal, but also still pretty expensive. The total was $45, pretty disappointing. Ill be heading to Qdoba next time. We can eat ribs at Texas Roadhouse for that price, and were guaranteed a good experience. Save your money, vote with your wallet.

Lets do some math: 1 medium size avocado, which yields between 100 g and 150 g. These cost, as of today 4/7/24, $0.58. I weighed the avocado i got at Chipotle today, on two orders of bowls, and as you can see on the pictures, they weighed at 80g. Even if we take the lower end of the yield of the avocado at a local grocery store of 100g, that still makes the avocado at Chipotle at least 4.6 X MORE EXPENSIVE. Part of the problem is that theyre inexplicably using Silicone Cake Spatulas to dispense the avocado, which obviously makes half of what they scoop up stick to the spatula. Naturally, the servers are not trained to weigh the ingredients - just scoop and toss in, so theres a semblance of the topping, but not the actual amount that youre paying for - a whooping $2.70. When i ordered my food, the young lady making it tried to scoop a little avocado and she noticed that the spatula picked up almost nothing, and just pretended like nothing was wrong, until i made eye contact and told her if she could try to give me the right amount. Chipotle: You need to standardize the amount of guacamole you are charging astronomically-high amounts of cash for. Until you do, you will not get higher than 2 stars. The food is not worth it. For this mediocre food with overpriced ingredients, Im expected to think that $28, for a meal for 2, is ok? It isnt. Just because your stock has had a 307% stock increase in the last 5 years, doesnt mean that the public consensus is that youre not a vampiric company when it comes to prices. The service was not good. The servers were not friendly. Just heres your food. Pay us type of service. The atmosphere is the same you find at any other chipotle. Theres an outdoor seating patio. If cost was about 150% lower, it could warrant up to 4 stars. Maybe up to 5 if the servers were trained to be friendly. But until then, the only reason for me to recommend this or any other Chipotle is if you really love the food. EDIT: As you can see, the reply to this bad review was for someone (labeled as owner) to send me a link to the feedback website of the chipotle website. Which i contacted, and not only did they have no idea about it, because they were just the generic customer support people, but all they offered was a 50% coupon for my inconvenience. This is the most impersonal way this could have been handled. No direct email from the manager, or a promise to change things at the restaurant and make things better, especially the portion size training. This cements my review to 2 stars, now and forever. Thanks Chipotle for letting us know you truly do not care.

This was my second attempt at this Chipotle. Im new to the area and was hoping the second time would be better than the first. Unfortunately, it was worse. Very skimpy on the food for the price. My rice was sticky and clumpy. The chips were stale. When we asked for fresher chips we were told they were all made this morning. With no apologies that they were inedible. Our second bag was just as stale as the first. There were six people working while we were there with only a handful of customers. Not one of those six employees could be bothered to clean any of the tables. We had a hard time finding a clean one. We wont be going back to this Chipotle.

This location is terrible. The 3 times I ve visited, the dining area is always dirty. I ve had to clean my table each time I ve gone. 1st visit, my rice was not cooked at all. It s as if someone took the dry uncooked rice and simply wet it. 2nd visit they were out of almost everything and it was only 2pm. 3rd visit, there was a piece of plastic glove in my food. Took the food to the cashier and they looked at me as if I was speaking a language they didn t speak. The staff is horrible. Everyone needs to be trained in customer service.

Im updating my review from 6years ago. 5 stars to 1. Tomorrow is my birthday and I decided that I wanted Chipotle tonight. I usually have good/great food.. Ok service. No one speaks when you walk in or get to the register. They just look at you. I placed my order online and when I got it home it was cold. No issue. But, I got a free Guacamole for my birthday and it had a whole seed in it which took up over half the container that they put it in. My rice is under cooked. And I believe its more rice than anything else in the whole bowl. They had to could the 6 small pieces of meat on top and I paid more money for the limited time carne asada they had. Online orders are made from a different food line, and tbh, it isnt tended to like the walk- in line. I realized this when I brought my food back after picking it up and driving home, only to find the guacamole on top of my burrito bowl was almost black. Minor, but they also forgot my tortilla on the side. The staff here is very unfriendly and never a smile and non-verbal. The first time I went to Chipotle I ended up getting pretty sick that night. A few months later I decided to give it another try and yet again, ended up feeling sick after eating it. Decided that it was likely just a coincidence and a matter of months later, tried it a third time and ended up feeling sick, yet again, that night. Have not been there since. I do not ever have any tummy issues when I eat at any of the other burrito places in town so Im not sure whether its due to the food being left out or something that chipotle is putting in the food. This is the second time Ive had a terrible experience at this chipotle. The first was a couple months ago, I walked in and waited. The employees didnt even look at me then another customer told me they cant take your order because they are only taking online orders. Very rude and I walked out. Today I went at 12:30. Visited this location multiple times in previous months, always seems to have one issue or another. Most of the time just out of stock on one thing or the next (forks, hot sauces, soda machine out of syrup) This visit was the motivation to write a formal review, as usually its never enough to waste my time with. I got multiple orders, tacos, quesadilla, and a bowl. The Tacos had about as little ingredients on it you could possibly think of Including the Guacamole (which of course I paid extra for), Maybe an ounce of guacamole between 3 tacos? One Taco basically had 80% the ingredients, the other two were like eating an empty tortilla. The steak in the Tacos was cold enough It felt like it just came from the fridge... The Bowl was in the same boat, very little of every ingredient, enough so that when I opened the lid, I could see the bottom of the bowl. Lastly the Cheese Quesadilla.. I dont even know where to start, the fact that I was charged $9.65 for a tortilla and maybe half cup of cheese? (Making it cost .55 more than a chicken bowl which actually has sustenance to it). Basically, ate a toasted tortilla with a tiny pocket of half way melted cheese. Just very unacceptable all the way around, I would somewhat expect this if they were 30 people deep in line, but it was just myself and one other. I would say as a whole, the quality of the food was good, taste wise. Needs work on keeping temperatures once it leaves the grill and comes to the front line. Also work on putting your employees that care about quality on the front line assembling the food.

I love chipotle but every time I order through DoorDash somehow I get shorted on the chicken. I paid for the double meat portion and got a burrito bowl with small portion of rice and a small portion of chicken about 30 mins ago. Oh and it was missing the fajita veggies I requested. It would be nice to have someone handle specifically only carry out orders with an accuracy check. Come on guys just give people the extra portion they paid for. It s not that hard. The cashier Laurie had an nasty attitude and did not want to respond when I asked her questions. I work in food as a food service worker and was really disappointed in my service today since I really enjoy coming to chipotle. Really hope this can be fixed.

I love Chipotle. I dont go here nearly enough. Its a little pricey, but they have great quality food, and great staff service. You will definitely feel full thats for sure. I never have had a bad experience from this Chipotle. 10/10 recommend!

This is my first time ever in Chipotle.... The line was long and slow but I did finally get my chicken and cheese quesadilla and side of guacamole but it was served in this gross looking paper or cardboard dish. It tastes pretty good but its not what I thought it was.

Worked over time at my job one day, went to chipotle at 9:30 was out by 9:45 ate inside because I was starving. The girl who checked us out, purposely spoke louder to bad mouth me saying who comes in and eat when I literally get off at 9:45 even though they had online orders till 10. Because that s when that chipotle closes. 10. She was not friendly at all and shut up once I gave her the side eye.

I acquired a foodborne illness upon getting takeout from here at 6:20PM on 28APR22. I had a burrito bowl with white rice, extra chicken, red salsa, roasted corn, black beans, romaine lettuce and fajita veggies. I only felt better once my digestive system expelled my burrito bowl, the following day, at 9:30AM. That thing lingered in my stomach for 15 hours!

Excellent place to eat especially for a transitioning Flexitarian. Sofritas is an excellent alternative when you crave meat but prefer to take an healthier route. My Bowl be loaded brown rice sometimes half and half both beans got to have those grilled veggies a spoon of guacamole I try to avoid the Queso shredded cheese and sour cream but that s why Im a flexitarian instead of a full fledged vegan I from Wisconsin I love Cheese. I also add the picante and lettuce. I hate to even compare my bowl to others but it be deliciouso especially with the mild jalapeno sauce. I must warn you if you get this bowl like I do it will take you two attempts to eat it all so avoid the dairy if you have to Microwave your left overs or just eat it cold like cold pizza it still be good.
