I went there for an Amazon package return, and even though there were several people in front of me, it only took a couple of minutes for them to get to me. Once it was my turn, the person helping me was friendly and my transaction was completed in less than a minute! There are other UPS stores in the area, all with good service, but this is the one I keep going back to.

I rarely write a review. However, the customer service from the young man at this store was incredible! I watched him help four people besides myself. Amazon needs to pay this man for explaining everything to customers one after the next. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. He had two registers going at once. Give this man a raise. If all customer service representatives were like this man the world would be a better place.

One would think that you could ship a package from here, but they declined my business. They said it wasnt their store policy to use a customers verified account. I ended up shipping from Wylie Printing instead. My eBay customer asked for UPS Red on their account number. I am very disappointed with the customer service here. The package I had to send off had a USPS prepaid label. They printed the label off October 18 and told me it would be picked up on the October 19. October 23 I saw that the tracker stated a label was printed but the package was not scanned in by USPS. I called UPS and was told it could take up to two weeks for the USPS to process and send the package out . So I waited for the two weeks and on 30 Oct the tracking system stated the same thing. So I called back and was automatically told, Well we WOULD have sent that out a long time ago . Not once did they ask my name or even so much as let me look and make sure and call you back. Mistakes happen so why not even attempt to look. No, they blamed the Post Office and the Post Office blamed them. Needless to say my package was never found. I will not be coming back to this location the reviews aren t good and most of the good ones are suspicious. The reply backs seem to be just to make it look like they have good customer service.

Don t go here usually when I come here I m treated with respect but after tonight I won t be returning as soon as I approached the counter the female representative stated there s a fee as if I didn t know there s a fee I was sending my daughter laptop off so there s no fee for that as her school is contracted with ups I told her I always come here so I know to print is a fee but she told me they ll be a service charge and that they were about to close that s when the two guys stepped in front of her saying don t take it personal and that they don t remember their customers. I never asked for a price and usually a price isn t brought up until after the service is rendered then to speak about them closing soon let s me know they don t want my service I ll politely go elsewhere won t get my services ever again I also stated that you ll can speak your mind but when I defend myself it s a problem.. don t go to this store

I was so excited this location was opened near our home. But after many experiences, I try to avoid this location as much as I can. The workers are rude and not friendly. They barely say anything and always have a smug look on their face. Frustrating that it s the closest location to my home. The Sachse location is by far the best. The manager is rude I have a business I sell products drop packages every now and then for some reason the manager don t like me and told the sale person to tell me not to come to the store any because my boxes smell aromatic. Which he don t like. discriminating for that reason he banned us dropping packages. I have used this store several time for shipping with no issues; however, I went in on the afternoon of the 11th to send a package that needed to be delivered by Tuesday and chose the shipping option quoted to me by the associate for guaranteed delivery on Tuesday by end of day. My package did not even make it to the airport until Tuesday the 14th. When I called to request a refund for the shipment, I was so disappointed to be at the receiving end of an argumentative gentleman who refused to acknowledge any error on their part. Very poor customer service and communication and will be taking my shipping business elsewhere.

Well UPS do not specify a designated timeline for Notary. The employee mentioned to wait for 10 mins just to get Notary when no customers were in line nor he was the only employee at store. He just want to sort out the boxes before he can help me. UPS will loose customers just because of individual opening stores under UPS franchise. Have to go other places to have Notary done....

Edit: Funny how two hours after my review I see eight 5 stars reviews, 7 with Indian names. All of them had a GREAT customer service and did not forget to mention easy amazon returns. How about work on customer support training rather than buying or asking relatives to leave 5 star reviews to push down the negative ones? Such a LOW move from the owners. They are in business only because its a prime location. The people here lack basic manners. Also, when I left the store I said I am not coming back and that guy said your choice . What a change of tone under the google review. Went to drop off an amazon return package that was shipped in original box. The boy with the coolest attitude and zero manners refused to take it. Told him it was shipped as is and it is my liability if it gets lost/damaged since it is well packaged on the inside. Not your job to advice me how to ship MY package. If you hate your job, take this cool brat attitude somewhere else and try talking like that to other ethnicities. They will get you off your high horse.

I went to UPS store to get some of my documents printed. And initially it didn t show any cost for searching the document on the computer in my Gmail. Later it showed 0.20$ for 1 page printing and I printed 8 pages so I thought the cost would be around 1.60$+ tax. But then it should 7.60$. When I enquires why the cost has increased they told me it is the cost for the time your sent on the computer. I was so not ok to pay 6$ for just checking my email to get the document printed. My request to all of you is never go to UPS store to get anything printed.

Every time I ve ever come in here these guys and gals have been nothing but helpful. And trust me when you are spending money you definitely want someone who s going to help you navigate the pricing options with you. So there is no other ups store or shipping store to be exact that I will ever go to in Texas except with these guys!!! Thank You Guys !

Quick and easy even though there was a line. I had to return an Amazon purchase and went to Kohls. The line was extremely long, so I went to UPS. I will be going there for any returns.

Cant say enough words about how great this Wylie Store is. The entire staff were so friendly the minute you walk in and were so helpful with what I needed. The manager gave me a great price the first time I went in and helped me figure out the best way to complete my project. I will always go to this location for their services.

We walked in and Manish asked us what we needed help with and I replied to Notary Service. He begins to huff and puff looking at the time. (We we re never greeted nicely btw) I look at my husband confused and ok, I get it you re closing in 18 mins and it s a Saturday but you should not be greeting your customers like that and like it or not your store is still open. With an attitude he asked for the ID and when he looked at the letter he started to scold us that our letter didn t require notary services. He was pointing and swinging the paper super annoyed. And yes, I might have brought in the wrong letter but don t be mad that you re working on a Saturday. Instead make the best out of it and set the tone positive from the beginning. If I m not mistaken, Manish is the store manager . Very disappointing Definitely needs some customer service training. Ps. I am not the type of person to write negative reviews but this was really frustrating.

Dont take your amazon returns to this location. They will tell you that the system never updates...but in reality the items go missing completely and you will never receive your refund from amazon. $55 lost because someone cannot label the packages correctly or the system wont update. Who knows who is telling the truth....Amazon and UPS arent about customer service.

Today, I visited the store to return an item. The label I printed out was zoomed in. Manish did not want help with taping the label to the package. He said the label was too big how I was supposed to attach it. Then he just went to the next customer without saying anything else which was rude. After Shivani helped her customer she said she could attach the same big label and she did it. Manish needs to learn some humanity from Shivani. Thank you Shivani.

I have had issues with this store multiple times and every time it has to be the same thing. They over charge you for packing. I have never been to any ups store that would charge for packing peanuts or envelopes.I mailed in a paper product that was not fragile. Filled in the box with peanuts and charged for packing even without asking. I thought may be I should have said something but then again I took in a letter to post and they said the label would not stick to it, put it in ups envelope and charged $2 extra. I have shipped from home multiple times and the label DO FIT on standard letter envelope. At the end it is not about $2 or $3 or any other small amount. It is about being dishonest. I have given this store multiple chances because the location is convenient but I think it is time to find another store.

The manager, Manish, really helped me out today. I had returned several things to Amazon on March 19 and it s now March 31 and Amazon had told me that UPS never received them after giving them the tracking numbers. Well that was wrong. It was under a different tracking number and the manager helped clear this up with them! Amazon had received them yesterday and the manager was happy to help clear this up with out being upset, especially when I had originally thought ups lost them. Will go to this location for everything I need shipping wise, even if it s more out of the way at the time.
