This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Popeyes. I ordered Mobile for drive thru at least 10 min prior to getting to the restaurant. When I got there the food was not ready and we were instructed to pull forward. When the food was ready, they literally motioned us to reverse back to the window. The *manager* gave us the wrong order after I gave him my name again. Then, after returning that order and asking for ours, we had to wait for the order to be made. After finally receiving our bag, I went through it and we were not given our fries, half of my entre was wrong, and our drinks werent ready. I gave back the wrong item and asked for the correct one. While that was supposed to be corrected I asked the Manager what was going on, why this was happening, and he shrugged it off. He said oh well there was kind of a rush and we just barely got your order. They probably just forgot. Extremely unprofessional. Then, one of the workers comes up and interrupts his manager to tell me they dont have the item I ordered & ask what I wanted instead. So not only were they completely unprepared and unprofessional, they couldnt even give me the food I ordered. The workers had to tell the manager what to do several times, but all 3 people I interacted with were incompetent and didnt care about the situation. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life...

On 8/21/2024, I went in and made an order. The clerk was reluctant to give me a receipt. She was about to rip it and trash it, but I asked for it. I was surprised they charged me a $2 donation fee. For What? Please check your receipts before you leave. Im considering a class action lawsuit because most people dont check their receipts, and they have made so much money due to this unscrupulous practice of duping customers. I doubt that I would eat there again.

I had to repeat myself 4 times at the speaker to order a chicken sandwich and a fry. Pulled up to the window and when they repeated the order, I told them it was wrong, even tho they repeated it correctly at the speaker, so the manager told me they would fix it, and I still got the incorrect item. I just wanted a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, an item on your menu not something exotic, for my kid and I got one with a special sauce and now I have to fix something else and wasted my money here....

I ve been to this location several times and never had a bad experience until today. I was in the drive through with my husband and the car in front of me did not pull all the way up, so instead of yelling, we were waiting until we could pull up closer. The person handling the drive thru started yelling. It first was a gentleman and then a female got on the speaker and started using profanity. When the car in front of us moved forward. We just got out of line so I was not able to see who or get any names of the people working. I just know we pulled off at 6:48pm on April 23rd. I definitely do not trust someone to handle my food if she is already cussing. The customer service was the worst that I ve ever experienced.

Luis deserves a big raise and promotion. Im an Uber Eatz driver. Been full time since Nov 2023. Anyone who knows anything about driving is that time is of the essence with us. I was there today at 12:21PM. The place was packed. He addressed me as soon as he sees me and makes sure I am taken care of so I can do my job effectively and efficiently. Since day one, no Popeyes employee has ever been on top of it like Luis today. I hesitated to accept the order. Im glad I did because now, Popeyes is in good graces with me. Because of him. I wish I had a million dollars to give him because hes a rare help. Thank you Luis for making my job and life so much easier today. You have no idea how tough its been. It seemed all hands were getting orders for the drive through but 4 workers cut the drive through seemed to be a lot. One the managers Jennifer who was supposed to be in front rarely was there. I was second in line to order food and it took over 15 minutes. While the other manager took all the time in the world to get orders together. The worker Luis can been seen eating food as clear as day behind the counter. We finally ordered our food and the soda was not carbonated. It was straight syrup. Got food after 30 minute and it was the driest food I have ever seen from Popeyes. I asked the other manager a question and she did not understand English so she could not answer my question. Was not offered any sauces or even butter to go on the biscuit. When I asked a question she did not understand me at all. I have seen Popeyes with the same number of staff work 10 times faster. Whoever owns this store either needs to have more training done in it or get new staff. Out of the 5 staff only 1.5 were working.

I watched this location being built and wanted to try but was deterred by bad remarks. Today I decided to give it a try to see for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the food online, waited a few minutes then headed that way. The drive thru was blown out completely blown out so I went inside and was greeted quickly and friendly. They hadnt made my order yet so I watched as they did this and once it was done I left. The chicken was hot and juicy with a good crispy crunch to it. Although the Mac and cheese wasnt to my liking. I would definitely recommend this location for a meal or snack and I will definitely be visiting again.

She pulled the fish out of the bin it was sitting in(IDK how long its been there but it wasnt made fresh). Saul went to tell her t make it fresh. We used a coupon at the drive-thru and he asked for the coupon code. I gave him the coupon code for the tenders (not bone-in). When I got to the window, I gave him the coupon and he looked confused after checking out the coupon. He said I gave him the wrong coupon code. I read the exact number on the coupon with the tenders. I left one location because none of the hours seem to align. Instead of being considerate and informing me, along with the other four cars patiently waiting in the drive-through line, they decided to keep us in the dark for a good 20 minutes. Finally, one car mustered the courage to drive up to the window, only to be told that they were mysteriously closed during their supposedly open hours. It truly baffles me how difficult it is for them to communicate such a simple message. I got to this location just for the same thing to happen accept this time I got stuck behind a car that refused to believe they were not open. I had to drive backwards out of the drive through. If you order from mobile, dont expect your order to be ready by the time you get there. They START on your order when you show up to pick it up. Whats the point of ordering ahead. I ordered pick-up thru the mobile app and waited FORTY MINUTES to get my order?! And whoever was working drive-thru came over as if she was helping, asked for the name of the order, took my ticket and went back to taking drive thru orders. When I asked another employee if they were working on my mobile order and she told me she was going to make EVERYONE ELSE S ORDER THAT WAS IN LINE before she made my order. After making everyone else s order, she then tells me that she cannot find my ticket. The food is usually good. And the service is usually good. Today a little Hispanic man, look like some sort of manager, acting like he cant understand a simple order, got mine wrong and I had to correct him 2xs then upon checking my order before I left the drive up, part of my order was missing. He demanded I hand him back my food to look himself. Then he felt stupid(it was all over his face) when he handed it back, but that did not stop him from being condescending and completely without remorse, for messing up the order, and then not believing me and rambling through my food! Im never going back! Eff Popeyes! Ill wait another month for Bojangles to open!!

Edit: This place went down hill really quick.. doesn t matter if you make an online order 30 mins prior you ll still have to wait another 30 mins. Just be sure to that right after work, because by 9 pm they ll be out of chicken. Its a new location and I have no complaints as I hated driving to the other side of town. Overall price of their food has definitely gone up, guess thats everywhere these days.

The manager is rude!!! Didn t want to talk to me because I am a black woman!!! I was trying to talk to him he totally ignored me and spoke with only my white husband!!! He refused to fix my order and laughed as we drove away will Never eat at this establishment ever again. If you are a person of color I advise you not to eat here either . Okay so its fried food..I mean Chicken. I came here as a quick stop, had some detal work done and wasnt cooking dinner. I bought the Shrimpbox, it was about 8pc with fries and bicuit, a large mashed potatoes (for myself), and 6pc chicken tender combo. All of the food was fresh, hot and the service was on point. Usually, asking for Honey is an issue...they gave me 3. I was happy and kiddos were fed.

2/15/23 edit: 1 star is more than deserved. Returned to exchange sandwiches and was told they dont print that type of receipt so I must have gotten them from somewhere else!! Had to call for manager. Said I wouldnt return but my daughter wanted to try the flounder. SO. NOT. WORTH. THE. HASSLE. Tired of dealing with senseless people. Ciao! 2/14/23 edit Ordered 2 flounder sandwiches they gave me chicken! SMH! How do they stay in business???!!! Beyond tired of this restaurant! They want me to make another trip over there to return the chicken sandwiches so they can THROW THEM IN THE TRASH! The fries were cold, sparse bits. The beans that were huddled way down in the container were sprinkled with the hardest crunchiest, I think it was rice? I was given 2 cups of regular strawberry lemonade after ordering FROZEN. Needless to say, I will not return. Gave them another try because I was invited to. Mistake. Had to wait more than 25 minutes for food I pre-ordered. Lobby was empty. Drive thru was empty. People came and went. So did cars in the drive thru. Food was cold and dried out. Live and learn.

Typically when you go through a drive-thru 25 minutes before the store closes you dont get very good service though tonight before my overnight shift I stopped at this Popeyes and had the most wonderful experience came through the drive-thru and sadly I never caught his name but the Latino man in the window just totally made my night, keep up the great work my rice and beans plus your wonderful smile was everything I needed in life tonight XOXO

Came in yesterday to try the ghost pepper wings ppl were raving about. I must say I was very impressed not too sure what I expected before going but glad I stopped in to try it shortly after they opened. Everything was fresh and had great flavor the wings to me were very good, not spicy at all I will be returning and will tell everyone I know to try them.

This was my first time visiting this location. When I got to the counter to order the Tuesday daily special. I asked if I could have 2 legs instead of the thigh. The manager who was taking the orders was rude and told me no she couldnt substitute or change it. The lobby area was dirty, most of the tables needed to be cleaned. I asked for classic chicken and when I received my order it was spicy chicken. Ishe had to exchange the chicken.

I ordered online and went to the drive thru line to pick up my order (which the app told me to do). When I got there the staff told me I needed to come in to pick up my order.. they said Sorry we don t serve delivery drivers on drive thru lanes . I told them the order was for me and the app said I could pick it up via drive thru. The staff shrugged me off and said nope sorry. So I went inside and picked up my order and that was the last time I visited their location. I really didn t like going into the store in my PJs and slippers looking like a mess lol.

I went to this location last night (12/18/22), and as I was entering the building, I saw a young lady bringing her order back because apparently her food wasnt fresh. So after they argued with her that the food was fresh, 2 employees began to speak Spanish to each other, and the employee started to take another order from another customer. Moments later, another employee took the order from the 1st customer so she could have fresh food. Mind you, the employee took the order back from the customer. As I saw him walk to the back, I actually saw the young man and take the chicken out of the box and put it back on the warmer with the rest of the chicken. Cross contamination on all levels. I left immediately!I will not be back, and if anyone goes there, please be prepared to get sick!
