Absolutely LOVED having our wedding at this place!!!! It s a gorgeous venue with so many beautiful views!!! The staff was OUTSTANDING!!!! I could not say enough good things about them! As a bride, there is a lot of stress going into planning a wedding, but Kaitlyn and her crew made it so easy! Kaitlyn was readily available for any questions and always got back to me almost immediately!!! The crew came out the day before the wedding and set up all the tables and chairs and even put the linens on the tables! All I had to do was tell them my vision and they made it happen!! We got so many compliments on our wedding day from all of our guests! The property is very well kept and they are even adding onto the property! My husband and I stayed in the grooms cabin the night of the wedding and it was the perfect little spot!!! Could not have asked for a better place to have our special day. THANK YOU DEERFIELD!

When I first toured Deerfield Estates, I knew this is where I wanted to celebrate my wedding day. Katlyn was very helpful and provided everything we needed. She even came out several times before and after the wedding day when we needed anything. The venue, itself, is spacious, accommodating and beautiful. We rented the cabins for our family and they couldn t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely love to rent the venue again and maybe just rent the cottage and cabins again. Absolutely stunning venue inside and out, with top-notch customer service, (which is so hard to find these days). I have never met nicer people to work with. Deerfield Estates administration went above and beyond to make sure that our daughters wedding day was the best day ever. I recommend this venue 110% to anyone seeking a wedding venue. It would even be perfect for Family Reunions. There are cabins on-site making it so conveniently wonderful and helpful for the wedding party and any family wanting to stay nearby. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was at Deerfield Estates!

Excellent Venue! We got engaged in the spring of last year and were searching for a venue in the Waco area. Deerfield Estates was one of the few that we were very interested in. After we toured Deerfield we fell in love! The barn was absolutely beautiful and has a great history, the bridal suite was perfect size, and most importantly, the grounds were absolutely perfect for an outdoor ceremony. We made sure to book it as soon as we could. Leading up to our wedding day, the venue had changed owners a couple of times. Nevertheless, we always had excellent service from our venue representative. Our final point-of-contact was with Katlynn and she was excellent. She was swift at responding to our questions and made sure to keep us informed concerning any updates that happened to the property. When it came close to the Wedding Day and the event started getting stressful, we were glad to have Katlynn as our point of contact. For our wedding we had approximately 75 guests attending and we planned to have an outdoor ceremony under the terrace and the reception in the barn. However, due to unforeseen weather, we had to move the ceremony indoors. Luckily, due to the size of our guest list, there was plenty of space within the barn to do both without feeling cramped. For our reception, we made sure to utilize the flatware and silverware in the kitchen that is made available. A quick important note is they were renovating the kitchen when we had the venue booked so the dishes were fairly dusty due to being exposed. So if you utilize the dishes, make sure to give them a cleaning before and after use. We also had a open bar and were pleasantly surprised to discover they now have a booth for the bartender (or a DJ) to utilize. Our bartender was also happy for the industrial ice maker in the kitchen that he fully utilized. In summary, the venue was beautiful, the staff were fantastic, and we enjoyed our wedding even through the unforeseen, terrible weather.

We needed a quick overnight stay in Waco on our way to Denton. We chose the cabins at Deerfield Estates. Super cute and stylish, very comfortable tiny homes. About the size of good hotel room but so much nicer! A very good price point too! Clean is an understatement. There is a loft you can sleep in or sleep on the clever Murphy bed on the main level. Roomy bathroom with a walk in shower. They have thought of everything, including the kitchen sink. The grounds are thoughtfully kept and the area is peaceful and serene. Very private, unlike a hotel. Five stars! We hope to stay here again!

Cabin #6 Clogged toilet, massive hairs in all beds, mold and leaking AC unit, broken pull out bed, missing outlet cover next to kids loft, bug in upstairs bed, no privacy shade on loft window, wall lamp shorting out and hanging off wall, nasty dust filled fan, dirty shower . Owners had to come fix issues within 20 min of checkin. After discovering the mold, we woke our children up and left this place at 11pm (we had 2 nights booked and only made it 3 hours here), having to find another place to crash for the night! Not sure how this place is even running in this condition. Huge hazard and nasty conditions. I absolutely don t recommend this place.

The venue is beautiful and I enjoyed my wedding. However, communication for the damage deposit, that was refundable, has been terrible. I contacted their representative several times and never received a response back and If I did it was never in a timely manner. I even asked for the list of things that could have been deducted from the deposit and it was never provided to me (contract stated it would be). Very disappointed with how all of this was handled.

We had some complications with our outdoor wedding with a crazy cold front that came through and Grace at Deerfield worked with us less than 48 hours before to help us have the most beautiful wedding day. The venue was perfect. It has everything you need. Separate bridal suite and entrance. Catering entrance and kitchen for easy set up. Well kept facilities and beautiful back drop. I am forever grateful for Grace and her help to make sure we had the best day.

Wow! I can not rave enough about this AMAZING business. Grace is responsive, personable, helpful, and just a ray of sunshine. I had a long journey with this venue, and they helped clarify, organize, and transfer everything that needed to be done along the way. The estate is GORGEOUS with the barn, ceremony space, and cabins, and the equipment (chairs/tables) is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in Waco, TX or the surrounding area.

Yes it was beautiful and I dressed in heels wrong thing to do. The parking lot is gravel and my black heels were white from the dust. The parking is horrible we had to park on the road and wait for the dust to settle before getting out of our car. Also I am handicapped and did not see handicapped parking. We were also upset to learn no alcoholic beverages before six thirty. They also need to scale down the amount of people it can hold. Was very compact.
