We were in a terrible situation and we found Brittany. She got us in to see her within days and she her first question was what was our greatest fears. She used that to help us better understand how things would work and really helped stopped all of our fears. She was so kind and empathetic which made our horribly painful situation so much better. Terrible reply...Excuses. Polite people Person who answered the phone transferred me to Anna I said I wanted to put my property into a land trust to protect my beneficiaries from probate She offered to put me on the calendar for an appointment with Mrs. Fox, Miss Anna quoted a $250 consulting fee Overall good experience, three stars because I m not interested in paying a consulting fee when I m still shopping for the right estate planning attorney.

Called to see if they even handled my particular type of case and they wanted crazy money just to tell me yes or no. How are you going to get and keep clients if you cant answer a yes or no question. Dont be so greedy.

She was very professional, knowledgeable and was quick to respond to any questions I had during the planning and preparation of Powers of Attorney, HIPAA release forms, and creating my first will. Excellent firm. Ms. Teena Fox was very caring, professional, and provided information that we needed for estate planning and preparation of Powers of Attorney, HIPAA release forms, updating of our wills, and auto title transfer. Following these services, she transferred a property deed to a family member for us. She provided a binder for us to leave vital information to our heirs. We were very pleased and highly recommend her and this firm.
