We attended the Margarita Festival with our family, and upon arrival, the gentlemen at the check-in booth were extremely pleasant and provided excellent customer service. They were so professional and welcoming, and I feel they deserve more credit for setting a great tone at the start. I honestly wish they had been in charge of the entire event. The festival itself was a great day drinking experience, but unfortunately, our time at the bar while ordering food and drinks was disappointing. We later found out from a bartender that the person taking our orders was the owner herself. She lacked warmth, didn t smile, and was far from welcoming. In my opinion, her demeanor was unbefitting of an owner. She rushed me through the ordering process, forgot to give us a table number, and missed part of our order. She was also rude about the fact that sauces were an extra charge. While we paid for them, we never received the extra sauces we were charged for. At one point, she even told people to step aside while ordering. I was highly disappointed with her attitude and lack of professionalism. Thankfully, the other bartenders and vendors were professional and courteous, making up for the owner s poor customer service. However, the food didn t live up to the pricing. The wings were overcooked and lacked sauce definitely not the quality you d expect for an order of Wings. While we had a great time overall at the event, the owner needs to portray a kinder, more pleasant demeanor and smile. She should let her capable staff handle things, as her attitude overshadowed what could have been an even better experience. I regret not addressing her directly, but I didn t want to make a scene.

The Yard, where dogs bring their humans! My humans enjoyed the House Nachos and Pork Carnitas Tacos The Home-made Potato Chips were soooooo yummy, I even tried some! They had so many great drinks for humans but I got a special water bowl from the nice waitresses which was the best! I went for a couple of beers with family and friends during the week and Josie and Sabrina took care of us. I didnt try the food but my husband did and said it was great, he had a cuban sandwich. Visited for the first time today with my family and we all had such an awesome experience. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, definitely a place to chill and have a beer with family or friends. They are also dog friendly! Sabrina served us and was so patient with all our questions; she was very sweet and so polite! We took our fur baby and he was also treated with great service Before we left, we also chatted with Josie who is the bar manager there and she too is great!!! Very kind and didn t hesitate to hang out and talk to us. Definitely will be coming back! The Yard 100 percent passes the vibe check!

Flies infested place at the patio do not recommend fly falling on your drinks manager does not want to be responsible they should have more control of bugs on their patio if people consume food and drinks outdoors....their are ways to conteol flies but they dont the land on your food and everywhere...even when the waiter was bringing our nachos the flie was standing on the chips and they did not care... I live in Colorado, so I had never been there, but I was glad that Max picked this place for us. None of my friends had been there or even heard of it. First time visit was a great experience. I took the kid to play football and soccer along with an occasional bean bag toss. They had the misters going to a fun live band. There have tire swings and others for kid entertainment. The only downfall was that the balls go straight into the parking lot and kids go chase after them. Felt a little dangerous, especially since there is a lot of trucks considering you are entering RED sands territory. Definitely keep an eye on the little ones for that. The food and drinks were delicious and at the necessary temperature. Most certainly will be going back.

Tried this place and was NOT disappointed in the food of choice. The Hangover Burger with sweet potato fries and marshmallow dripping sauce (?!). Absolutely amazing. The service could have been better, considering I was in a group and it seemed there was no rhyme or reason to what area the wait staff was covering. The music was too loud for my liking making having a conversation turn into yelling at each other and across the table. That being said, the burger was amazing. I even got the cookie skillet with ice cream. Think of a fresh out of the over 6in across chocolate chip cookie with a scope of vanilla ice cream in a VERY hot skillet. Good place for a group of friends.

First time here and everything was amazing! Evelyn was honestly the best/friendliest server I ve ever encountered. She was so knowledgeable about the restaurant and told us about all the new additions and all events they have here. She also recommended that we follow on IG/FB to keep up with events. Terrible food. Had the brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese on the side. Kraft Mac and cheese tastes better and the brisket sandwich was dry and chewy with more fat than meat. Also had the buffalo chicken tacos that came with more cabbage than chicken and there was no taste of buffalo, only salt. Undercooked half baked potato on the side that tasted like cardboard. Too expensive for such terrible food.

There is an old Micky Ds sign out front that says you must be 4 to ride this ride and quickly found out that meant seeing over the bar. I was really excited to try this new place. I went while they had a car show it was familiar busy. The drinks we ordered were good and tasty. I highly recommend the I am Puerto Rican it was a fruity drink. Now I was highly disappointed with the service. I don t like to make excuses but I did notice that our waitress was the one handling the outside and it was packed but it took forever to get menu and took long for the waitress to come back and take our order. There were 3 of us and we ordered 1 appetizer and 3 entrées. We got the appetizer which were the Texas Twinkie s. They were delicious one of my favorites so far. We ordered different entrées. And we got 2 entrees and the third never came. It took 30 minutes until the waitress came to check on us for us to tell her a whole plate was missing and ordered something else instead and it took another 30 to get it. After we finished we didn t get the check for almost another 30 minutes. I believe this place needs more staff or their workers just aren t out there. I felt really bad for the waitress. We were not rude we did express our frustration but it wasn t her fault. I do think I will go out there again to try other items and I just hope that the service will be better. Once I go back I will definitely update this review to see if anything has changed. Kid-friendliness: They have games the kiddos can play and have fun. They are also pet friendly.

We had a great time and experience. The food was amazing, the customer service was on point. 2 bars made it easy to get drinks. The patio area had a lot of space to accommodate a large group. Almost every table had heaters beside it, which made it more comfortable. They were a little understaffed, nevertheless undeterred, as they accommodated everyone in a timely manner. First time there, wife ordered carne asada tacos and baked potato,,, I ordered the special of the day, it was a half pound burger with bacon and BBQ sauce, it was really good and only $5 dlls (Tuesday special) but I dont recommend the carne asada tacos at all... cold tortillas, the meat full of nerves and the baked potato was actually just half of potato, probably microwaved because it was still hard to butter so no dont recommend carne asada tacos at this place youll just be wasting your money with this plate. This place was a big disappointment for me and my family. After looking at the reviews we decided to try it. The place had a weird smell as soon as we stepped in. The server didnt even know her menu. We kept asking for utensils and other items. And even though we were the only ones there food took forever. Once they brought it we knew we were not coming back. Lacked flavor and the serving sizes were pretty small for the price. They charge for refills on your teas. They just opened and they didnt have an alcoholic smoothie I wanted. Really bad. Loaded brisket baked potato was just horrible. Meat was toasty burned and potato was hard. Not to mention food took forever to come out .without utensils so more waiting to eat. Waitress kept bringing food out without utensils. Other orders were messed up with others at our table. I will say, other lady waitress came and made things better. Kudos to her service. I wanted to order sweet potato fries but didn t want to wait forever for that so I left and did drive thru. Worst $15 spent on a baked potato. Beer was great for rest of our team gathering. I certainly cannot recommend this place. Again, kudos to that one lady waitress who tried to make it all right.

Food and drinks were very good! We had burgers. We took our dog and there was a stray that was not friendly to our dog roaming the patio. We spoke the the manager who was helpful and also the owner who are trying very hard to fix the concern and make the patio safe for everyone. The outdoor area was clean and my kids enjoyed the open space. The dog exercise are was very cool. We hope to go back once the stray dog is removed!

They need to completely close the patio off. It s dog friendly yet they let strays without a leash in and call out dogs with an owner. The service sucks. They need to go to Gringo theory that s a dog friendly bar. EP is behind in dog friendly bars and this isn t a good bar for dog lovers. The restrooms were out of order with the exception of one. Hopefully they do better this location has bad history.

Came here to listen to their featured band-- Exito, a pretty good Tejano band. I also heard the band Radio Altivo, a pretty good local rock band. This venue is really great. The ambience is relaxed. The crowd was nice. They have innumerable choices of beer on tap-- any beer you could possibly ask for. Finally, the service is pretty good!

First time here, 8/5/23. Great live music (The Rockabilly Strangers). Huge restaurant inside, huge patio outside (I chose patio where the music was). I LOVED the food: A huge baked potato loaded with mac n cheese, bacon and carne asada for $15.99. Im a very big guy and it filled me up. A lot of people would not be able to finish it.

This place has some potential. There are dogs walking around while youre trying to eat marking their territory. I also had a hair in my sauce that came with my waffle fries. I could not tell if it was a dog hair or an eye lash. Do not recommend

Had a great time at The Yard ate and drank in the yard underneath the starry night sky,weather was great the Boss Lady Margarita was yummy and strong . We had the carne asada, brisket and chicken nachos - all equally delicious!!! The stuff potato was scrumptious with brisket and other yummy toppings, red chili was hot but tasty and the smore dessert is girl scout leader approved. I would definitely recommend this place!!! Kid-friendliness: Nice place for kids play and adults to enjoy a night out.

My family and I went out to relax here but a couple hours in some man in white was yelling he was the owner along with his wife and son at a group of people and one man had a baby in his arms he was yelling to the point that it made my kids scared. They were complain about kids being in the way and not letting adults play (thankfully my kids weren t running around). We decided to leave but your best bet is to stay away from the owner or to go before the sun goes down.

Absolutely loved this place, from the service, to the food and to the drinks! Came with a 5 month old and safe to say family friendly! Ordered 2 drinks, a Paloma (more than perfect amount of Tequila) & Beer. We also ordered two skillets. Absolutely demolished the food. I can say this place is now my favorite place in El Paso to come and eat. Well be back tonight! I hope you guys get to sell the beer glasses soon would love to purchase!

Came in today with little customers. The drinks were good. The Tampiqueña burger was good but the baked potato was luke warm at best. The steak tacos were ok but the corn side was also luke warm at best. The staff were too busy talking to attend to customers. I like to support local business but its hard when they start off a bit rocky. Management needs to make sure the best foot is put forward.
