I love my H-E-B. Period hands down.. Its convenient to where I live. Prices are fair. The workers are friendly. Its like Cheers, a place where everyone knows your name. Instantly good feeling to just walk into a cool, clean, well organized place. But Victoria is growing in size and ethnic diversity is too. So it would be nice if the products they sold reflected it. People that go there are going home from work theyre tired. Or theyre going to work and would like to pick up something for the lunch break. I know Ive often thought how nice it would be to be able to buy a carne guisada taco at a kiosk there for dinner instead of waiting in line in a hot car at a restaurant parking lot. Or feel even prouder of my HEB by being able to buy a south or north Indian dish, my favorite is curry, or dosa. Or better yet walk down an aisle to buy the mustard seed oil, or masala and cook it myself. My HEB could then be everyones HEB. A multicultural HEB.

This HEB is well stocked and clean. Customer service is great. Some product limits are in place due to COVID but its helped maintain availability for all shoppers. They have a sushi center and also make tortillas/chips fresh in store. Unlike many other retailers their check out stations are adequate for the volume of daily shoppers. I recommend this HEB for your grocery and household product needs.

My husband n I are truck drivers n we needed to get our groceries after getting our truck worked on down the street at Kyrish. We didnt have our trailer, just in our rig. The Mgr was awesome he allowed us to park in the lot to get groceries. We did park up by the street out of the way as much as possible.

Is there a no star option? I drove 35 minutes to come to this terrible H-E-B. I bought some burger bun ready to cook for my kids until I opened it and saw that they were completely molded. I had no more bread so I had to drive back another 35 minutes to get more bread just to find out that they had none on the shelves and the ones they did had were all moldy. Never coming here again worst H-E-B ever. Is it even an H-E-B or am I at Walmart? Sad!!! by the way I had to eat my food food cold!!!!

I usually go to the Navarro HEB, but I tried this one today hoping for a better variety. That didn t happen the way I wanted. It seems this store is just as jam packed with HEB & HILL COUNTRY FAIR labels and few NATIONAL brands. And I refuse to buy that HCF label. I was even more bummed out when I looked at the ONE section of bagged coffee that had 7 shelves. Six of those are HEB brand and the national row has nothing for me. BUT IF I WANTED MEXICAN CANDY, THERE IS THREE PACKED SECTIONS IF IT. Meaning there s more Mexican candy in that store than there is bagged coffee. Why?

The Bathrooms are pretty clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. H. E. B. Is organized for the most part. I had some trouble with trying to find cornbread in a package. Finally found it after 4 isles later. But I still give it 5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with my H E B today I stopped by to get a few groceries and while getting to the express checkout I was in disbelief with Ava g customer service skills she was so busy flirting with the bagger that she failed to even greet my family and I. she scanned my items and collected my money without a hello or even have a good day I get home while ready to eat dinner I realize they failed to bag my sodas I called the store got transferred and had to repeat my issue to 4/5 different people when I finally reached sil she failed to even apologize and was told to go to the store. when I arrrived sil didn t even bother looking at my receipt and I was told to GO GET MY ITEM.. which I thought was EXTREMELY RUDE not only did I get an unwelcoming visit then I missed dinner then got transferred now I have to go RE SHOP for an item I had already shopped for and purchased not only did I gt home to a cold meal bt also feeling very offended. I visit very frequently and today I m unsure if I plan to revisit.

Heb is mostly busy but the staff are friendly, the store is well stocked and there are plenty of options to buy from. The only downfall I have seen is some of the employees dont pull the spoiled or damaged veggies and fruit. Ive found more than a few of both in fruit and veggies. I even found a bag of oranges that had mold growing on them.

Always have to have a problem with coupons and the checker is always clueless and just stares at you .. then having to rummage through groceries to find items to make sure its right..whats the point of the coupon other to purposely make it inconvenient to actually purchase things without having to read deceptively small print?
