Found this gem when we first moved to the area & LOVE revisiting it with friends Very nice atmosphere, amazing drinks and great service! Owner & family are very personable. Love supporting local businesses & this is one of my favorites! I always bring a bottle (or two, or three) of something home!!

We visited Aerodrome while we were in Corpus Christi and had a great time. The owner/operator/bartender was there and we had a great conversation with him! I did a flight and my girlfriend had an Old Fashioned with the Tokaji bourbon. This bourbon is some of the most unique, in a great way, bourbon I have ever had! The unique flavors that he is getting out of his spirits are truly amazing! This is a must stop for any spirit enthusiasts!

We try to make it to as many breweries and distilleries as we can while traveling and were very happy we found this spot. The bar is very well done and any aviation enthusiast will appreciate it. The spirits produced here are well thought out and executed. The bourbons and gin were especially great. The flight allows you to compare each of the spirits and the cocktails are amazing. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in the area it is defiantly worth a visit. Bonus points for being a veteran and first responder friendly business.

Such a great little hideaway! Fantastic bourbon, great atmosphere and Kai was an excellent bartender! He was very knowledgeable of the house beverages and made excellent recommendations! Definitely going to be one of my regular places to sneak away to...especially since it is veteran owned and operated!

Was really stoked when my wife told me about this place. Im a bourbon enthusiast so to hear that theres a distillery specializing in bourbon with an owner passionate about his craft within a few hours drive...I was all about it. My wife and I set out on the 2 hour trek with high hopes of sampling some spirits and nerding-out about everything bourbon with the guys at Aerodrome. Much to our dismay the owner, Nathan was a little disinterested in engaging in conversation. I was sure he would be open to sharing his passion project with patrons that showed some interest, but that wasnt the case. Was kinda bummed out but still giving 4 stars cuz I still respect those taking a big risks to chase down their dreams. Really nice place and the bourbon and rye whiskey were really good.

Aerodromes is a required stop in corpus Christi when visiting. The owner is awesome and his spirits are excellent. The space is amazing and they are very dog friendly. The mixed drinks are tasty and worth the visit.

A hidden gem for a great drink! I tried a Tom Collins, which was made with gin; fantastic! The guys tried two different flights, whiskey and rum. The owner was very nice and helpful. Bottle water was offered with the flights. The outside patio area could be cleaned up a little; blowing the tree mess from the patio furniture. The yard could also use some sprucing up. The inside was so clean, you could do the white glove test. Bathroom was impressive! We will be back.

So, I had been to this place about 10-15 times without issue. The last time Im outside in the yard smoking a cigarette just like me and my friends have done the previous 10-15 times. The last time the owner comes out and tells me theres no smoking allowed and I need to leave the property. I dont say anything and just look around at the 5 guys smoking cigars. The owner notices this and tells me cigars are OK outside. Ive been to several indoor cigar bars and cigarettes have never been a problem. Apparently, outdoors is a problem. Whatever! Your world, your rules. I wont be going back.

Whoa, this place is the definition of a hidden gem. The spirits are exceptional and they make craft cocktails to go along. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Theres a surprisingly huge playground and good seating indoors and outdoors. Id say this is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys a good beverage.

Fantastic distillery. The maple bourbon had just a hint of maple, and surprisingly not the sweetness I was expecting. The gins and rums were also great. Had a tasting and a couple cocktails. Managed to get a few bottles to take home too. I like any place that sources as much of its ingredients locally as possible. Well done. Another small business, created and run by a hardworking veteran. Thought is was interesting that he described himself as head distiller, janitor, grounds keeper, and bar tender.

Wasnt sure what to expect driving through neighborhoods to get there but it was hands down worth it. Awesome vibe, indoor & outdoor seating, friendly owners and good bourbons. Wish we had time for the cocktails too but we had to leave. Would absolutely recommend and would absolutely return.

The owner was very busy trying to do a run, but still took the time to pour us flights, share some info, and checked on us several times. Great quality spirits, we especially enjoyed the bourbons and the gin. The Scotch-barrel aged rum was very interesting as well. We were also able to taste the just-bottled Chartreuse. The location is unassuming, but would be a favorite place to hang out of we werent just in visiting the area. Purchased two bottles to bring home.

This place is an empty steel building with a 6 ft steel fence around it. Update: The owner Nathan reached out and offered a tour. The short of it is he is a Navy pilot, retring and getting his business up and running. The still is in place e waiting on some final permits before operations begin. Awesome guy, Navy and WHISKEY! I plan to stay in touch to see how his business developes and looking forward to future tastings.
