We are coffee lovers so we been visiting in most of the coffee shop, that have good espresso baristas coffee in the valley. So It was our first time in this place everything was so good, so tasty and the ambiance was awesome. Lovely place to go with your partner, friends or alone. Great coffee and aesthetically pleasing. However, I give 4 stars only because my fave drink which is dark&stormy is never filled to the top when I take it to go. There s always a good inch or so of empty space at the top of cup. It s not a huge deal, but it feels like I m not getting the full value for my money. I asked to get it filled last time and they wanted to charge me extra.

A very nice, cozy spot, and their coffee is great! Hard to find really good coffee around this area, but this place definitely knows their beans. The seating options are great and the decoration is not noisy and very visually pleasing. Highly recommended.

All Baristas that I ve seen when visited as a guest are really polite and incredibly helpful. The setting is very homey and calm, wonderful place to read, study, relax, enjoy time with friends. If you love coffee, this is your next stop for a cup of some.

My husband and I stop by about once a week together, and he also meets people there for meetings. We love it! The coffee is always great! My favorite is the iced mexican vanilla latte. My hubby gets a hot chai with oat milk. In case youre lactose intolerant, the cow milk is lactose free automatically, which is super awesome, no upcharge. The atmosphere is laid back and kinda hippie like inside, its very clean and bright enough to work but dark enough its comfortable. The staff is always friendly too!

Ive been to a lot of coffee shops but this one is in my top 3. The atmosphere is so calming, family friendly and great for working. They have free WiFi and a changing table in the bathroom for your little one. The drinks are amazing! and the food looks incredible. I highly recommend sovereign coffee. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of milk and syrup options Kid-friendliness: We had our 5 month old with us and no one minded. They were very nice to us.

This place is great. Service is a bit intimidating if your new to the coffee side. Calming atmosphere. Plant friendly set up. Relaxing couches and tables. Even has a drive thru! Prices are great! Barista was knowledgeable about types of coffee and limitations.

Great coffee shop! I didn t try any food because I only went for a drink but I would assume that the food is very tasty. Barista was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a a basic latte with honey to sweeten it and it was perfect! Great place for an intimate hang out. Vibes were great!

This is my third time popping into Sovereign and each time has been consistent - the vibes, the cold brew, and the friendly staff. This particular time we had a small bookclub meeting there (4 of us) and each ordered something different. Everyone enjoyed their beverage. We had access to their WiFi and hung out for 2 hours at one of the tables - super chill. We were all impressed with the tasteful decor and immaculate vibes. We ll be back!

Great spot for coffee in Harlingen. The atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming. Kenny the barrista is very friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. If you need a recommendation on what you should try, just ask, and he will gladly help. The coffee itself is excellent. It is a good place to come to support the local coffee shops.

Great little coffee shop near the Harlingen airport. I had a pour over coffee that was amazing. The service was great and there was comfortable seating (plus free WiFi) for me to do some laptop work. This is a place I will definitely come back to when I am in town again.

What a great coffee shop we have in our city. The Baristas, Andrew and Kalem(Brillo) were absolutely the best. They make you feel like family. I learned so much about their coffees and teas. I just left this charming coffee shop. I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere. It was quiet, comfortable, and played nice music. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with half & half and it was perfect!!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back the next time I m back in Harlingen. It s so nice when a coffee shop gets it right!!!!

The atmosphere is perfect for studying or groups. Everyone is super friendly and the specialty drink menu is highly recommended. My favorite (for a caffeinated experience) is the Hawaiian Honey Latte and the Mexican hot chocolate has quickly become my non-caffeinated beverage of choice. The London fog is the best in between. Everything was so good! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The atmosphere was inviting, and I was in out in less than 10 mins. I took a gamble on going in store BEFORE work morning work and was not disappointed or late! The coffee was delicious! I ended up getting an iced Mexican vanilla latte, and it was not overly sweet at all. I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu! I absolutely recommend it!
