I wont recommend this place at all the servers left around 10pm when they were supposed to stay until the party is over and the owner cared more about her business on the side than the people that were renting her place for a bit it was really frustrating. I would never again rent this place and u shouldnt either because the service here completely sucks

I recently had an event and unprofessional staff and I did not get what I paid for. First of we were told that everything will be set up by 12pm and we would be able to stop by to do the extra decorations we had in mind. It was not until past 3:30 they began to decorate and I was running late to even get ready for my event that started at 5pm. I ended up running late due to their communication skills of what time everything will be ready, and not sticking to their word. The package we paid for were with servers beverages and food and fan(s). Now my guest began to show up at 5pm which was the time my event was scheduled. No one was serving them beverages which my guest were all thirsty and with the heat and with one fan for all guest, but no servers yet. My guest were told they had to purchase drinks if they were thirsty. Which is unprofessional because my guest shouldn t have paid for anything because i purchased for the beverage and food package. All this was said through my guest calling me since I was not there yet. When i called the lady she answered me very rude and to point out to exactly who said so i m guessing she wanted to confront them again unprofessional. They thought my event was at 6 because that s what the server told me. Your telling me that an event planned for over a month and you have all notes taken they couldn t get the time right. Food portions were very small for what we paid for and we paid for 100 plates only got served 64 and they wouldn t give us the rest to take home besides 20 of them and not to mention the portions on those 20 plates were if you were feeding a toddler!!! When i got there went to go check on all my guest everyones cup was empty or people didn t have drinks went up to the server and was told they only give a refill per hour!!! What is that when you pay for the full package. They ran out of drinks which was the reason they couldn t give us any refills and not to mention drinks tasted watered down. We sent them still paid extra for them go get waters because they couldn t serve us water and of course other beverages and ice cups etc. Which was something we did not have do because it s something we paid in the ridiculous amount that was paid for nothing. Other than that it did look beautiful, but never again or even recommend this place even less during summer since they only had one fan when we were said fans in plural. Even then they didn t want to put the fan bc they said we didn t pay for it when we did. If you want to book I would say decorate your own tables, and do your own catering and hire servers. I understand that the servers were only following what they were told with refills etc, but there is no way the person in charge was so unaware of what was happening. We did not get what we paid for whatsoever and I felt bad for my guest that were in the heat with no refills or cold drinks.

Had an issue where after a certain time the owner dismissed the waiters leaving them unattended and was even about to cut off the music at a certain time and not the full time we would be there. Be very careful to make sure the owner doesnt try to cut costs.

It s was a nice place but I pay for a decoration and they don t even do it the way I wanted looks very bad . I even call the same day if everything was ok and they say yes and when I get there it was not the way I wanted and I pay for it . They don t return my money at all

Amazing waiter and fantastic food! Falafel burger was very good and the black bean croquettes. We also loved the atmosphere, very cute decorations. Would definitely come back!

Extremely disappointed by the way this place is run, the lady that supposedly cleans there was extremely rude raising her voice at us !!!!l and the owner was as well when I spoke to her own the phone , first of all the place was dirty they told we could go and decorate at 12 and no one showed up to clean until 3:30 after the decoration was already put on and our event was at 6:30.
