I ordered beef and chicken tacos and they were delicious as was the salsa. Oh my gosh, the salsa. The tacos came with onions, radish slices, half a grilled jalapeno, and cilantro. The owner was so kind and warm and welcoming and the courtyard area was lovely. Ill definitely be back.

This is a little Slice of Heaven slightly off the beaten path and Jason to the Frontage Road off of I-35. Quesabirria was perfect everything handmade. Three different kinds of salsas avocado red and the green. Very nice covered area slightly wooded with painted picnic tables for a nice outdoor vibe. Highly recommended definitely a diamond in the rough for the San Marcos area.

First time trying out this tacos, service was good and quick. The food truck is clean and as soon as you approach to order the smell of food is so mouth watering We order the combo of 3 street tacos and the quesadilla with asada and 2 pineapple jarritos.

We came to this place during our Dripping Spring vacation. Tacos were so good! And service was great! The place has tables surrounded by beautiful trees nothing fancy just comfy! My only complain is they should ve use lime instead of lemon and make the hot sauce spicer just a honest advice, still they deserve 5 stars! We would definitely coming back!

Found this little gem on Google, and boy, we were glad we did! The food was amazing, the service was very friendly, and we had just flown in from snow and 24° temps, so eating outside was a bonus! I told my wife that if we lived here, Jambados would be a regular stop for us! I highly recommend you give it a try.

WAKE UP. These are the best tacos in Hays County. The prices? Unbeatable whether this was 2023 or 2003. The options? Literally tried every one and theyre all some of the best prepared meats Ive had from a food truck. Speaking of, the birria? Should be illegal its too good. I shed a tear for every person in San Marcos that drives pass this amazing local food spot to waste money and taste buds on Fuego or Torchys. Theyll get my money until I stop breathing. If you ever had a dream of opening a food spot, take a tip from whatever magic theyre doing here at Los Jambados.

I dont recommend it when you order takeout, first check that they give you the tacos almost without meat and the truth is to come back and complain to kisses, Im so lazy I wont buy food again

This place is amazing. Got to watch them turn it from an empty lot to an awesome little food truck spot. The food is delicious and theyre very generous with the portion sizes. Had an asada torta that changed the course of my week it was so delicious. Cant recommend enough.
