Cannot recommend Legacy highly enough. The digital scans and physical prints I ve gotten are amazing, and their customer service is top notch. I recently came here to transfer my VHS tapes and convert them to digital. These guys made it so easy!! They got it done fast and at a reasonable price and now all my old cassettes are on DVD s. Very friendly service! Highly recommend 10/10

Both Marco and Reece have been incredibly helpful and patient every single time weve went in there with questions about film and cameras. I went to get my kiddos disposable film camera developed, ended up leaving with a reusable one for my kiddo, A few days later came back to buy a similar film version of the camera I shoot on. When they send the film scans they use a system called wetransfer which is a very convenient app, that then allows you to save it on there (you would have to pay for more storage if you need more than 5gb) or save it to your phone. They offer prints and the ability to keep the negatives. They have not only vintage cameras but new cameras as well.

These guys scanned all of my family photos after my mother died, and they used a sharpen filter that destroyed every scan. When I brought it to the attention of the owner, he admitted that they used a sharpen filter and told me to bring the photos back, said that he would fix it, which I did, but he then tried to argue that they had done everything correctly. Then he wrote a refund check for $623, and after I cashed it he put a STOP PAYMENT on the check. He then claimed that I had harassed them through email because I corrected them on how they were scanning photos. He threatened to call the police if I returned to their business, but I had only been to their business once to hire them, and then again when he asked me to return, and never said anything about returning to their business, or threatened to. These guys dont know what theyre doing. Dont trust their response to this review. They wrote a check and put a stop payment on it. I have the records. Do not trust your family photos to these people.

I felt really dumb going in there, it was my first time working with getting film developed, but everyone was so nice, they walked me through everything, and even gave me suggestions on other film to use as I start my journey into film photography. When I was asked if I wanted prints up front I explained that I did not know whether or not the pictures were actually any good and I did not want to pay for 72 photos if they all looked like crap, and the guy was completely understandable and let me know they have an option to print out later once I get the scans back and I can pick and choose which ones to do and which ones not to. All in all it was an amazing experience, I highly recommend, I wish I could give them more than five stars. Im really looking forward to working with this lab in the future, and hopefully purchasing an upgraded camera from them later on down the line.

I highly recommend Legacy Photo Lab! Last month I utilized their online ordering system to print a photo that was going to be used for my sister s funeral service, however after I picked it up and got home, I noticed that it was printed in a size that was much larger than what I selected online. I called the shop and they said they would have the owner return my call to discuss what happened. He called me back within the hour and said that he would get it printed and ready for pick up the following Monday. However, when I explained to him my situation, and how the service would be on Monday, he quickly and graciously said that he would have it printed and ready to pick up the following morning. I cannot put into words how much I truly appreciate Legacy Photo Lab and their amazing customer service and care! Thank you very much!

As a historian, I was helping a friend develop some photos of their business that had unfortunately burned down. Some of the photos were 150 years old. Marco was amazing in terms of reviewing the photos with me over the phone and helping me with sizing. I can not recommend Legacy Photo Lab enough and Marco did an incredibly job. Highly recommend.

They took my film and threw it in the garbage. It was in a personal container of mine and they refused to develop it because it was not in the original container. If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

When you want to get back into or into film photography for the first time this needs to immediately become your home shop and lab for all your photography needs. I have purchased one camera (a Canon Ae-1) from these wonderful people and I purchase all my accessories and film as well as develop through them. The whole staff here is more than kind, willing to educate, and helpful with any inquiry one may have into the big wide world of film photography. The turn around time for film developing and high quality scans/prints is also amazing & impressive! Can not recommend enough!

I have always been thrilled with the results I get back from this lab. Film scans are always gorgeous in the enhanced quality I tend to order in. But the best thing is how great the colors are, I have done little to no post processing to my scans. Beautiful warm colors from my Kodak film is just what I like to see!

Did not process film correctly...... resulting in years of lost memories!! Chemicals were not at right temperature which caused color shift resulting in across comtamination. Very dissatisfied!! Had film from 2004, but one was good but not the others. Some film was even older 2000 and came out ok. So wrong on your response.

This lady Tracy is so RUDE. Her tone of voice is just not customer friendly like. She has lost me as a customer. My first time walking in, I was dropping my negatives off for the first time. I was going to buy some 35mm from there but you know what? I d rather buy it off of eBay and wait 1-2 weeks than buy from here. Only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the prints actually came out really nice. But other than that, this place isn t really customer friendly. She has attitude like no other.

I CANNOT believe I was charged $165 for 105 exposures! 9 rolls of film, some only had 4 exposures, but still was charged for the entire roll. Owner not willing to compromise at All! Was willing to print them for an additional $30 plus tax. Should have gone to CVS, Walgreens, or Wal-Mart. Ill know better next time.

I am delighted to have an opportunity to praise these guys. I live in Dallas. I had several hundred photos, from 20-30 years ago, with negatives lost, that I wanted copies of. The top rated place in Dallas was Photographique, in Deep Ellum. I spent over an hour there, while they hemmed & hawed, and finally, told me the best rate they could offer was $340+. That was more than I wanted to pay, so I checked Forth Worth sites. The two that stood out from the reviews, were Barron Photografix, and Ft. Worth Photo Lab. I went first to Barron. They fellow was super nice, but quoted me $700, double what the place in Dallas quoted. I was pretty discouraged, and resigned to the fact that I just couldnt afford to have the copies made. But, I decided, one last try. I went to FW Photo Lab, @ 5033 Camp Bowie Blvd., and dealt with a delightful lady, named Christina. She was very friendly, quick, efficient, and quoted $224. I got the copies back, in one day, and the work was expertly done. These guys deserve 6 stars, in my estimation. Whenever I need photo work in the future, I will drive to Ft. Worth to have it done, and I very enthusiastically endorse this company. Excellent price --- excellent service --- excellent quality of work.

I had one small problem the first time I went there (over a year ago) and they went above and beyond making it right for me. I now take ALL of my C-41 here, and some of my B&W when I m too lazy to DIY. Fast turnaround, clean sharp scans, negs are always clean, and friendly people. And they are local - their C-41 process & scan rivals any of the mail-in labs.

After years of our old VHS tapes being stored in the closet, storage locker, etc, I finally decided to look for a place to convert them to CD. I called several companies advertised on-line, with no return calls, disconnected phones, etc. What a relief to find a FW Photo Lab -- not only are they quick to respond to a call, with a real live person answering the phone, they did an absolutely amazing job of converting the tapes to CD. The customer service was spot-on, and Ill be recommending their services highly.!

The challenge is to find a business that is able to understand that personality and deliver a product that fits and enhances the project. I walked in and was greeted right away and assisted all through ordering process. Best part is I can order prints straight off my phone through their website so all I have to do is submit the images and pay once I go to pick up. This is what a dedicated print shop is supposed to feel like. The smell of fresh brewed coffee is a plus with a chill lounging area to sit while I wait for my prints.
