3050 Hwy 360 Location cannot consisitently cook fried foods like onion rings. They always burn and/or uncook their onion rings like they threw them in overheated grease at the last possible second before you got to the window. Burnt to a black crisp on the outside, undercooked and chewy in the middle. Why did you even bother putting them in my bag like this? Nice folks, but someone needs to retrain the cooking staff.

It s like every time order from this one manager she has a rude demeanor I ordered today and I asked for a strawberry Limeade slush and all I got was a white slush with strawberries I have been ordering this drink since 2010 and she stated we never had strawberry syrup ok understandable but I damn sure know a strawberry limeade slush is supposed to be red with strawberries and lemon or lime and she honestly didn t give me strawberries. She was trying to be funny and it s always a constant thing with this manager Haley Haydee whoever her name is But at this point it s tiring if she don t like her job she might not be there because it s always something. This is the second time I ve had issue with this lady and she s so condescending like I owe her something you work at sonic

I went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks a cherry lime aide, and ocean water there was something definitely wrong with the drinks (hardly or very little flavor) I asked the girl at the window for a refund instead they remade the drinks unfortunately they re just as gross no flavor, we threw them away. Preferred a refund. This was my first visit to this location and I won t come back. Everyone was polite but make the drinks correctly don t skimp on flavoring.

Service was ok, but overly friendly either. Atmosphere is not much to write about, but is very clear. Drinks were great, but did mess up on one of the drinks. Been to better Sonics, but would give it a try again. Everyone could have been having an off day.

Ive been to this location many times and I have yet to receive bad service or food. I wanted to personally write a review about Dylan who Ive encountered multiple times. Dylan is an amazing example of what consistency and customer service should be. He takes my order with care, always asks how my day is going and is a professional through and through. Seeing him always brings a smile to my face even on those bad days. So THANK YOU to everyone at this location with a very special shout out to Dylan. You rock!!

Im about done with this location. Cant never get nothing right. Every single time something is wrong. My drinks the most simplest are even wrong. Not sure how you get half and half wrong with lemon fruit. Like if the employees took the time and read the orders things wouldnt be wrong. Its annoying having to drive back out there everytime. I just want to get my money back and no longer will be going back to sonic. Im just over this franchise.

I like this location. We ve had really nice people each time and the place is kept clean and comfortable. If we order ahead, they have had it ready for pick up every time. At this location, you do have to walk it (it s not a drive in), so it is a little different if you expect it to be a normal Sonic. Either way, it s a very nice Sonic!

I don t normally write reviews but I am so impressed with the food quality, the service and the cleanliness that I had to write this review. For me, they are the Chic fil A of Sonics !!! Great food, extremely clean on both sides of the counter and every single employee is neat, polite and professional !!! Because of these reasons I get food and drink here often !!! Sonic has hired the right people to work here from the manager on down and I am very impressed !!! They are definitely committed to the customer s total satisfaction. Also worth noting is that Erick and Isabella take the most care when making Sonic Shakes and Blasts !!! They ensure everything is mixed evenly throughout the Blast from top to bottom. That s a big deal to me. And if you have ever had one made somewhere else and it s not made like this you know what I mean. Especially the Cheesecake Shake. It s sour and gross when not blended from top to bottom !!! You will never have a problem with your shakes and Blasts at this Sonic !!!! And one last point. They must replace the oil a lot or just keep it clean because you can taste the difference in the tater-tots.

Over priced junk food. Even the drinks are a rip off. Ordered a Route 44 sized lemonade and after done drinking it the cup was still 3/4 full of ice. Got maybe a dozen sips from full to empty. Filling cups 80% with ice is not ethical. Wont give them any of my money again. Could buy a six pack of soda for the same price.

Hey first sonic Ive been to that has a dining room. Its is a gas station. Food is always very hot and fresh. I go here now instead of the one I work next to on Hall Johnson. Where they never seem to get the order right and the food is always cold!!!! I have talked to the manager on Hall Johnson and all he can do is make excuses. Glad I found the sonic on 360 and glade.

The drinks at this location are always amazing, but the food like tater tots I always seem to get old ones. They are hard and soaked in oil most of the time stale. Today I paid for extra cheese and got stale tater tots with very little cheese

Best BLT Toaster Ive ever had at sonic! Whoever made it, toasted it perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and it was built to perfection. Thanks for taking the time to do an excellent job. The staff was very friendly and speedy when I drove through to get my meal.

It s a new Sonic in our neighborhood we went on a Tuesday night for 1/2 price Burgers there s a sign for it right in front of the store the girl in the drive thru said no we don t do that when we told her there s a sign in front of the store she said we don t do that.
