I LOVE this place! The exterior is a little unassuming as it s inside a medical office building but the cafe is so good! The girls that work there are the sweetest and the turkey sandwich is the best thing in the entire world. I literally think about it every day until the next time I get it! There are tables and chairs inside the building and it s a great lunch spot! Kid-friendliness: I bring my 10 month old and 2 year old here all the time. There are high chairs available and the indoor seating area works well for children

The souls working were so delightful and the food was fresh and delicious. The house made tomatillo salsa was excellent on my omelette! I don t usually eat refined sugar or bread but the Almond cake was so beautiful I went for it. And DID NOT REGRET IT. It was perfectly moist, moderate density and not overly sweet. I also got the gluten free chocolate chip cookie. I highly recommend!!!

I love this place!! The ladies there are the best! They know my name and my drink! Theres just something about that kind of attention. The food is always amazing! This is my go to place and Im never disappointed. I usually bring a friend each time or dine alone in the foyer. I hope their new bonus menu stays around forever! The soups, the salads, the sandwiches, the breakfast, the drinks and the sweets are something you dont want to miss out on. I pray they never ever close. They need more people to know about this place so that never happens. More signage by the road maybe? Everyone should bring a friend with them. I promise you wont be disappointed

I LOVE and have been so blessed by Nourish Cafe. Their specials this week are by far to die for-DELICIOUS The ladies working this cafe are absolutely wonderful. Harvest Bowl arugula blend, roasted butternut squash and leeks, quinoa, goat cheese, dried cranberries, maple walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette 5/5 Turkey Pimento pimento cheese, boars head mesquite turkey, caramelized onions, rosemary dijon mayo, on sourdough. served hot. 5/5 (I did not take a picture) Thank you - And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee. Highly recommend for organic clean eats! I had the chicken Florentine soup with focaccia bread, dessert 2 cookies. Gluten-free and dairy-free peanut butter and almond cookies. The Chicken Florentine soup had a clean broth, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a side of white rice.

Thank you so much dear friends at Nourish for making my sons first birthday cake! The BEST lemon blueberry cake I ve ever eaten and my guests loved it too! The cake was delicious moist and beautiful! I added some flowers from my backyard to make it more whimsical for our Alice in wonderland party! Loved it so much! Will be getting his cakes here from now on!

The atmosphere here is very clean and calm. The customer service is quite wonderful. When you re greeted with huge smiles and happy barista s, and the food looks happy too you end up leaving with such a big smile like I did! The viet cold brew is amazing and quite strong. I loved the strawberry-basil lemonade. The breakfast sandwich was really tasty and bigger than I expected. I d definitely return to try more on the menu!

I came in for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions about the different items to order. My food was made fresh and it was delicious. If you are looking for a healthy place to eat with some sweet treats thrown in then Nourish is the place to eat! UPDATE: I need to amend my review from 7 months ago when I first visited. I was wrong, this isn t just a gem, it is my FAVORITE place ever. I have since discovered the unrivaled hummus plate, the sandwiches (don t sleep on that basil honey grilled cheese), the avocado toast there s nothing that is not outstanding here. The staff remains kind and wonderful, and they just make good food that you can feel good about. Don t miss it. **** Such a delightful find! I discovered this absolute gem when I went to the pharmacy in the building. I tucked it away as a potential place to go with a friend or for an informal meeting, and finally got to go today and it was FANTASTIC. Truly, every single item was delicious and unique. I enjoyed the Mediterranean lentil soup and an amazing salad with zesty lemon vinaigrette. The staff were kind and helpful with suggestions. It was an all together wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.

I had the BLT sandwich and the BLT salad along with a cinnamon roll and everything was excellent! The herb mayo and ranch dressing were especially good and complemented the fresh veggies and bread very well. Definitely will be coming back soon! EDIT: Forgot to mention that its obvious they care about the quality of their food and go above and beyond what would be expected if a cafe, its a really fantastic and I urge yall to try their food!

I got the lunch duet with a chicken salad sandwich and their soup of the day. It was really delicious. You can tell their ingredients are good quality. The cafe is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very knowledgeable about their ingredients and happy to help us! I m definitely coming back and telling everyone about them!

The Apple Gorgonzola Salad is worth the trip but spouse argued it was the BLT that did it for him! House made desserts finished it off perfectly. Next door I had a Myers IV cocktail and left the building feeling well and full!! Need to try Nourish Cafe for sure!!!

I stumbled on this little gem today in the TransMed building on loop 336 south. The wonderful smell of food drew me in! The employees were welcoming and happy to explain things and answer my questions. I had their strawberry basil lemonade and the chicken salad stuffed avocado . All was delicious!!

Fast, personable service, and they go the extra mile explaining ingredients for those of us who avoid gluten, dairy, corn, etc. Very clean and pleasant environment. Generous portion sizes - I had the avocado toast on GF bread and a cup of fantastic homemade dairy-free tomato soup which was 16oz! I wish they had a lot more healthy options without gluten, dairy, and corn - especially since they re located in a building hosting Functional Medicine and related healthcare businesses. Menu was challenging/limited for GF, DF people like me.

Nourish cafe s avocado toast (on sourdough) is a divine creation, their grilled cheese (on sourdough) is transcendental, and their brioche sandwich is fearfully and wonderfully made. A mere recommendation is simply not enough. I exhort you to go and indulge in this Conroe treasure.

I went on opening day. They were very well prepared with great customer service. My salad with pecans, apples, bacon, cheese and added chicken was very good. They were generous with the dressing! I am looking forward to trying more of their options! Definitely a great addition to the community!
