Craig was really sweet I do appreciate all the help he gave me today and knowledge on all the monitors that would be great for gaming. He was very patient with me and very understanding. He is super super super knowledgeable when it comes to good monitors and good specs for gaming and stuff like that I dont really know all the other extra stuff but yeah, he told me a lot. People that work here seem like good people but Im sorry instead of having someone assigned to a register so that people buying purchase their items and walk out. Not the case here! They now have the customer service handle all purchases, returns, and what seemed to be diagnoses of issues with devices and pcs. I get it. Internet sales are crushing these brick and mortar stores but what about the people wishing to continue to come in and buy. The very least would be to assign someone Stocking etc. to come up when needed at their assigned register. Instead you have to await everyone else while they get their pcs opened up and diagnosed. It is what it is. Hope your reading Best Buy. Doesnt look good to we the people.

Went today to purchase a Samsung phone, waited for someone to help us with the purchase but no one, we went to the front door to ask for help, when the sales person came we told him which phone we want, immediately he said we don t have it in stock, I said online showed you have it in stock, another associate was walking by said yes we have it in stock, I asked about the earbuds that was bundled with phone, the first associate again was not helpful, finally after we paid for the phone he just put the bag on the counter and walked away. Ross and Jeremy were really great at Geek Squad. I had a jumpy camera issue ( and i had not purchased the camera from Best Buy.) At the store entry , they told me I could still go to Geek Squad to get help. Both of them helped me really well and found a way to get my camera to work properly again. They were both very diligent in troubleshooting and coming up with solutions. Love this and will come again. The fix was to get a Ctype USB.

This store, including the store manager who called himself Armando, scammed me on a TV purchase, by selling me an usable damaged TV and then failing to replace it as it clearly required by Best Buys own policy, which says If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we ll arrange for a replacement. Armando refused to arrange for a no-charge replacement and actually wanted me to pay about $800 more to replace it with an undamaged TV. Beyond outrageous.

I am sure you guys received lots of negative reviews but this one is a positive one. Mr. Preston, a manager of the store, worked with me in returning a 70 inch tv on the 15th day of the returning policy. He didn t refund me but at least gave me the entire amount in credit store and since I need a slightly larger TV, I agreed with the store credit. And the reason for a no 5 stars review, it was because I waited over half hour, two customer service clerks and a manager of the store to get the return accepted.

I purchased the following Lego set online. Best Buy thought it was acceptable to send the Lego set without putting it in a shipping box. It had tape all around, the shipping label was pasted directly to the Lego box, the box was damaged as a result of it not being shipped properly and left on my front porch. I then had to spend an hour of my time going to a Best Buy in person to get a return. The associate that helped me was pleasant, but there was nothing she could do to compensate me for my time, including just saying sorry. It is beyond me, how a company can believe this is an acceptable way to operate. If you buy Legos for collecting purposes, do not rely on Best Buy to get it right. I have never had another vendor be so careless in the way they ship an item. I will never again utilize Best Buy for online purchases.

Best Try should be allowed to have a no star rating after making an appointment for IPhone repair waiting a few days then driving 45 minutes to get here and being told maybe check around at another store to see if they have the part needed. I was told they would have to keep my phone for a few days to get the part and get it repaired. I asked if they could order the part and then I would come back when they received it. I was told no because they weren t sure I would come back I have entered this store for the last time. They have become a horrible place to try and do business with over the last 4-5 years. In these days of Brick and Mortar stores struggling to survive you would think they would try and do better for Customers. Helpful staff. Proposed my lack of cell signal strength issues in a metal building, and they found the appropriate solution. They even gave me a few options to select from to best suit my needs and budget. When offered to see if Id qualify for a Bestbuy credit card I thought it may be like other card offers where you wait a week or 2 to receive the news. I made an online purchase and drove over an hour to pick up my open box prize . If you re not familiar with their open box goods you are missing out on some great deals! Often, as in this case, there isn t anything wrong with the product, just the box itself was dinged up. I would be embarrassed if I m Best Buy, I go in as a Best Buy credit card holder and looking to make a purchase with my promotion I currently have on it. I go to TV section browse around and finally make a decision to invest and make a purchase on one. I find out very quickly that there is no sales help around to help me or anyone trying to help, so I leave! It is not my job to hunt down associates for assistance. Your lack of acknowledgement and sales mentality is going to lose you a lot of money making opportunities. Literally everything I buy from this store stops working after 2-3 months. Bought 3 different headsets and a controller from here, and everything either doesn t work right off the bat or stops working within a couple months. Had to return a controller and a headset directly after buying for not working, and have had every headset I ve bought from here stop working randomly within a couple months ownership. And we re talking about $150+ headsets, not just cheap stuff that d you d expect to stop working. Real convenient for their return policy. I d stay away, feels like they re repacking and selling returned items.

Yesterday bought a new TV, Zak, the sales person was wonderful. Returned TV today to exchange it. Guy at door was not friendly. I had another experience with them and their caring, concern and expertise was awesome! The young lady on the Geek Squad took my laptop, opened it and told me exactly which parts I needed to order. After the parts arrived, I took my laptop back to this location and the young man on the Squad installed my parts and sent me on my way. They saved me $855 by repairing my laptop and saving me the hassle of purchasing a new one! 1st Review: I just drove about 30 miles to purchase a phone! The service that I received from Josh was exceptional! Not only did he sell me the phone, he took the time to help me set it up and even hand wrote me detailed notes to finish the process when I arrived home! A most disappointing experience with these guys. I brought in my laptop for an issue of microphone. They did not only fail to repair it but created a problem of speakers. This is the third time I have been to the shop at rockwall for this lap top. I have asked them to replace the lap top since my warranty is still valid but they vehemently refused claiming that repairs have to be attempted 3 times for same issue before replacement. They created the subsequent problems, and I have to suffer for it? This is so unfair to me. I have spent so much on gas and mileage coming to this shop. I need a lap top and this is my instrument of work. Best buy is frustrating me out of greed because they dont want to replace the laptop. This is causing me untold hardship. This has been going on for over 2 months.

My wife bought a new computer and printer and paid for it on the spot. They didnt have it in stock so they shipped it through a miserable 3rd party. The irony is I could have picked it up from the Garland store just a few miles away and they didnt even give me the option. Delivery driver had an accident and failed to make the delivery. No notification. I took a day off work to wait, had I not called, I would have been left in the dark. 3rd party, foreign customer service was a joke. Gaslighting experts. The driver left my new laptop in her car when it was towed so we we told we had to wait. Do you want a computer thats been in an accident? I again called Best Buy and got a 3rd party who explained that I would not get a refund for 10 to 15 days. I never got the goods. Additionally, the store in Garland had no signature required for a $1200 Dollar delivery!! Bottom line is never buy from this incompetent, apathetic bunch of non professional hacks. The most miserable purchase experience Ive ever had, hands down. Worst Buy

Awesome staff. Very helpful. I would like to mention especially Cesar, Judith, and Lydia, who were very helpful in setting up my new phone. Had to go the next day due to some update issues, and Lydia spent a lot of extra time in sorting out the issues to make sure all my emails were working.

I purchased 3 TVs online for pick up on memorial weekend to update my old non smart TVs. I go get my order Once it s ready for pickup and take them home. 2 of the tv have cracked screens and take them back to the store. They inspect the damage to the screens but since the box does not have damage to match the damage to the tvs they can not exchange or refund anything. I argued what i could and was offered $100 off another TV purchase. I left with out the TVs and out the money I paid. Lesson learned to protect myself open the box and inspect the TV before walking out the store with it.

Brought 2 printers, changed mind and returned printers unopened, and staff helped decide on 2 bigger printers. Husband is very happy with his work and home printers now. Very patient and helpful staff!

I feel like a fool! I allowed the staff to talk me into buying a high-end gaming computer and purchasing one year protection plan for tech support. What sold me was the $200 coupon they offered me towards my next purchase. I left that day as a happy and satisfied customer excited about coming back. Sometime later I returned to Best Buy to purchase a large scene TV (@$1800) excited about using my $200. To my surprise they would not honor the $200, apparently it was only good for about 30 days, . . . it was then I realized I had been SCAMMED!! I was never told there was a very short period to use the coupon. Best Buy is dirty, and it will be a cold day in ______, . . . well you get the picture. Don t take my word, I recommend reading the other feedback you will notice deceiving customers appears to be an ongoing habit/practice with Best Buy.

Very disappointed. It is useless to buy the guarantee of electronic items. They only do small repairs that dont last long to devices that turn out to be defective and actually need to be replaced. I will investigate a responsible company where to buy and guarantee my items, geek squad, I feel scammed

I wanted to get Animal Crossing for my new Nintendo Switch Lite, and I walked in and immediately asked the man at the front where to find it and he found an employee to take me there immediately. They were so quick, helpful, and friendly! The game is super cute and fun!

Loved the place. It was where I bought my new phone and the employees were really nice and helped me choose the perfect phone for me. I was absolutely stunned by how enthusiastic everyone seemed, especially since the memo is that employees hate their job, but these guys seemed pretty chill and helped me out a lot. The store it self looked pretty well kept and it was a nice place to be at.
