Always check your bag. Got home, no slaw. Thats why I get the bigger combo, is for the slaw. Last time I tried to switch slaw for fries, he gave me sauce. Like thats worth a side? Nice people but please get the orders right

We came to this Canes because my son mentioned that they were better than the others. We ordered our food and I forgot to give them a name for the order. We waited a little while and I went up to check on things. Without asking or trying to get anyones attention, the young person working the front asked if everything was okay. I said I forgot to give a name. She checked on our food and told us it might be a few minutes. She also apologized... I was surprised by this, and thought sorry for what? They brought our food to the table and brought a pleasant surprise as well... We will definitely be back. Great service and this veteran appreciates the discount as well!!! Great work!

EDIT: 06/21/2024 Dropping a star for this location, just cant get my extra crispy fries here. They call it back to kitchen (which seems to have an inside joke running about people ordering extra crispy fries) and they come out limp & soggy. If you cant/wont do it, say so. Also, tenders keep getting smaller. ------------- Service is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes I get what I order. This time I didnt. I ordered extry crispy fries (yes, they have them) and they werent. This is 3rd time I have went here and they didnt do extra crispy. Im sorry, just cant stand soggy, lifeless fries. The tenders seem to have gotten smaller, less fries and they only gave 1 thing of sauce with each meal. I forgot to get pics this time, but will, IF we go again. Idk if shrinkflation has hit Canes, as this was first time with smaller portions, but at $16 per Caniac meal, I hope not. (And whats up with toasting only 1 side of the bread)

Edit*** I would like to personally think Patrick M the restaurant leader at the Bailey Boswell Raising Canes location . As I was coming to redeem my food, we ran into an issue, and as he was clocking in but he let me know that he was there for me whether he knew the story or not and he went above and beyond. Also thanks to Raising Canes corporate office. I must commend them for their outstanding professionalism and sincere apologies. They promptly addressed and resolved the situation, exceeding my expectations. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I greatly appreciate their efforts to make things right.

3 times in a row I have ordered extra cane sauce and have not been given it. I even asked at the window if they were sure they put it in the box and they said yes. Got home and once again they did not put it in the box! Ridiculous that you pay for things and dont get it! Kind of crazy they make you pay for it in the first place. Granted the workers at this location were very nice the food wasn t. As we were leaving the parking lot I thought maybe I was smelling like a burnt smell. My boyfriend said that didn t smell it and I brushed it off. Being 5 months pregnant I smell what others don t. Upon getting home and opening the food the fries were lukewarm (we live about 3-5 minutes away) and had zero salt. I let it slide I don t need it anyways. We ordered 3 toast ,1 literally looks half eaten. Then we get down to the tenders they just look slightly overcooked but no big deal. I smell the tenders they make me sick to my stomach how burnt they smell. He takes a bite and says yeah they definitely taste burnt . Idk if you guys needed to change the grease or what but it was $22 down the drain. And the wait was so long just for burnt food We ve got to do better.

I hate to say it, but their chicken is always cooked to perfection. Their prices are a little high, and their chicken can use a tad bit more seasoning, but the way they cook it is so tender and juicy and crunchy and fresh that you have no choice but to like it. I think they make up for the flavor with their signature sauce. I also love the ice and bread, of course. I think the fries are good, but I cant remember because the chicken is the star. It is bussin as my granddaughter always says.

The Service and Staff are top notch! Mix the Cane sauce with a couple packets of their hot sauce - sooo delicious! Parking: The NE entrance/exit is difficult to navigate - go slow. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is slim but accommodating as it is near the entrance and accessible.

CHANGE YOUR FRYER OIL!!!!!! This chicken tastes burnt and smoky because the fryer oil hasn t been changed in a good while. This is a frequent problem i run into when ordering from here. the bread was hardly grilled, and basically still completely untouched (soggy, no flavor) but the fries were fine. All of my drinks were wrong and there were only six cars in the drive through. I ve worked in the restaurant for awhile so this is just really upsetting to me. Also your staff is very lacking in terms of communication, and professionalism (this only applies to the people i interacted with tonight, friday the 13th. typically the staff is awesome)

I went to eat with my wife last Thursday. Next to us sat a lady who was complaining about her meal to a young lady cleaning the tables as soon as she opened the bag. She was upset at the portion of food in her Kids Meal the employee explained that her Kids Meal only came with 2 strips and that amount of French fries. The upset lady kept complaining about her meal. The employee then asked the counter for a side order of French fries. She gave the French fries to the lady who ordered the kids meal. If I start to complain will I get free food at this location too? If you want a full meal then order a regular one not a kids meal!

I have been a fan of Raising Canes for some time now, but have never had a problem with any of the locations until today at this location. Today, we only wanted to order chicken only in which I purchased 10 tenders for $18.50, but they did not give me any Canes sauce. They stated that I had to pay $.45 each for it, but I just purchased 10 tenders. The only way that you can get their sauce with your orders is if you purchase a combo meal which is sad. I guess their sauce is so valuable that they have to charge for any way that they can. This might be a small deal, but its the small things that matters. Nickel and dime you for their sauce. Kid-friendliness: Was okay. They were more concerned with the drive-thru than the front counter, but thats my first time at this location.

(8:50pm) Ordered Caniac combo to go, sub coleslaw for texas toast, lemonade. Im guessing the guy didnt hear me because he gives me the box after checking it. No bag, no napkins, just raw dogs it and slides it to me open. Check the toast. Only one and it still has a coleslaw (but also a extra gains sauce??), he fixes it. Guessing they ran out of large cups because he fills a regular and then a water cup? I go here all the time. Just be a little careful when ordering with nightshift.

Man. This place has really gone downhill. More expensive, less quality and quantity of food... Very disappointing. $23 for 8 chicken pinkies, an exploded coleslaw in the box, undercooked fries and 3x 0.8oz cups of sauce. I gave this restaurant three chances and they managed to screw it up every time. At least they manage to give patrons the horrible food quickly. Youre better off just grabbing stuff out of their dumpster. Also. The parking lot and drive thru concept was designed by Stevie Wonder.

We decided to go inside today and noticed that have shirts, cups, a backpack, and other items to buy! I couldn t help but admire the art of the walls too. As we approached the register we found our cashier to be friendly and patient, even when I forgot to ask for extra sauce when I first placed my order. Okay, the reason I had to update my review so soon after my other was because those fingers were PERFECT today. Everything was made fresh, but I couldn t get over how much better the fingers were this visit! YUM! The teas were all full, the drink stations were clean as were the tables. This was a hip restaurant. Clean and spacious dining area with an outdoor seating area as well. The chicken tenders came out hot and fresh but I really wish there was more dipping sauce options. I don t care for the Canes sauce and there is only common condiments like ketchup and mustard which I dislike both. Maybe a bbq or ranch would suffice. My husband liked his chicken sandwich.

Absolutely fantastic experience going here the other day. My dude Hayden went above and beyond his normal duties.
