We have done a lot of different escape rooms and this one by far was the most interactive. It was challenging and the puzzles made sense. the staff was very helpful and worked with me to get a large group booked for my sons birthday.

We did 4 games this week because we just couldnt get enough!! Games are so intricate and absolutely astonishing. Sora was our game master each time and you could tell she really loved her job. She was the cherry on top of an already great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Went with a group of friends this weekend. Our host (Bridget I believe) was so energetic and really kept the mood up even when we were lagging behind. She is a STAR and I can t believe she s only been there such a short time. The facility and the rooms are really nice and the themes are on point. Will absolutely be visiting again soon!

Definitely recommend this place! Came to celebrate my birthday this weekend, ended up doing 4/5 escape rooms in 2 days! Shayna, especially, was a BIG highlight to our experience! She is engaged up, genuine, and overall, is a great asset to this company! Definitely will be coming in to complete the last escape room we didn t do, as well as purchased the board game, Can t wait to play that one at home and visit the other locations!

The games have been fun as a family. We will love to give a 5 but the leading up to scheduling is not always easy with a disability. Booking is not always easy if you have a specific medical request or service animal. The online booking doesn t allow for notes and the only way to let them know ahead of time is via the phone. When (50/50 chance someone will answer) you are able to get someone on the phone it s usually hit or miss - if you get someone from the RIM store it s a great experience but if it s their answering team it s normally not great. A way to add in details online would be great (ex. Service dog, wheel chair, etc.) for experience of ALL guests. Our favorite gaming host has been Lina, and both times that we have had her specifically, it s been a WONDERFUL experience nice on-site.

My first time partaking in an Escape room and it was a BLAST! Did the Prison room and a challenge it was. I was unfortunately a few minutes late due to limited parking during peek hrs on a weekend, my fault entirely. However, the staff was understanding and asked my fellow Prison mates if it was alright that i joined the escape a bit late. They had no problem with it whatsoever, thanks again guys if yall see this and so glad we Escaped!! Take your family and friends, get there early so you can find a decent parking spot, and have fun! Many great food places to choose from to celebrate your escape as well.

I went here for the first time this last weekend with a couple friends for my birthday. We did the Gold Rush room and were able to get out with about 10 minutes to spare! The decor inside the room was amazing, there were actual locks that moved you to two additional areas within the room to escape, and it even had a slide which was such a fun touch! Our host, Sydney (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) was amazing and very sweet. She even got a signed card from all the staff to wish me happy birthday once we escaped. That was such a nice touch from her. We will definitely be back to try more rooms!

I was specifically looking for an extremely well-reviewed and challenging escape room for my birthday with a group of very puzzle-minded people. And holy crap was I not disappointed. Everything was clean and welcoming, the staff was super friendly (special shoutout to Molly), and the game itself was amazing. Multiple layers of surprises with challenging but logical puzzles and secrets. Helpful hints along the way at to keep us from getting frustrated. They even had a signed birthday card waiting for me when we escaped and offered to take our photo! They ve done an amazing job. If there had been an available time right after, we absolutely would have done another room right away. Amazing. We will be back!

My husband and I were here in San Antonio for a mini-cation. We did Prison Break yesterday, and it was phenomenal! We came back today, had the same guide, Lilo, and did Playground. With just the two of us, it was a little rough, but oh my gosh! It was amazing and so satisfying to barely make it out of there. Lilo is by far the best escape room guide we ve ever had, and we can t wait to come back and have her again!

I have been doing escape rooms with this company for a long time now! Today showed me why. My now fiance, as of today, proposed to me in the escape room! Definitely not how it should have been planned BUT it was still so much fun! What touched me to most was the goody bag Jennifer made for me!!!! I had a blast doing this escape room with my own group, but it was a different story when I did it with strangers. Unfortunately, some of the other group had already done this room before, which put the rest of us at a disadvantage. While I understand the business wants to maximize profits by filling the room, it comes at the cost of a less enjoyable experience. Unless youre willing to splurge on a private booking, Id say its not worth it. Just a heads up!

We visited The Escape Game San Antonio while on vacation. We had an absolutely amazing experience playing The Depths. It was super well put together and we had a blast with the multiple rooms and interactive portions. We enjoyed ourselves so much we immediately scheduled to come back later the same day and do the Prision Break room. Everything was well thought out and was a blast with our group of 5. We were able to finish with 13 minutes to spare, with minimal hints along the way. Hunter was our outstanding game master and we had so much fun getting to play with him. 5/5 would 100% recommend visiting The Escape Game.

Chris was an amazing 3rd team mate at the Playground - He kept us going when we were ready to take our ball and go home! This was a super fun game with a ton of fun puzzles. Surprised we made it to the Dodge Ball on game in time with just the two of us (+chris)! Only downside with this Escape Room chain is that games aren t private. For a couple who doesn t play well with others, this makes it hard for us to come play.
