I was very disappointed with this place. The price of the food is very high for the amount of protein it has. I ordered the large carne azada fries, thinking I would get more carne azada sadly this wasn t the case. I won t go back.

So excited someone finally brought some Cali food to Texas! We ordered a couple of different things to give everything a taste test.. Shredded beef tacos with the crispy shells are definitely what we will be back for - they reminded us of our favorite tacos back in Cali - which is a huge compliment. The carne asada fries were pretty good - I m not sure if I d order them again. I enjoyed the tostada but the rolled tacos, lacked in flavor at least this visit and the churros were disappointing - they didn t have much sugar on them & were served cold? Overall, we loved this place & will definitely be back

I came in for the first time and ordered two burritos. Everyone was super friendly. The cashier even helped me choose a popular choice. My husband was working so I dropped his off to him and took mine home (Bmt). The burritos were labeled on the wrapper. My husband calls and says this isn t chicken and there s potatoes in it. He s super picky so he didn t eat it. He had my California Burrito and I had his Chicken factory burrito. They mislabeled our burritos and I was too exhausted to drive back to Port Arthur. Sucks cause the experience started really well..

The guacamole was simply smashed avocado. They have no queso which is like a sin against Texas, and the birria tacos were average, usually everywhere I ve had them it comes with cheese on them, you had to add them. Chips are not fresh tasting either. I usually like to give good reviews, this is more of a Mexican McDonald s vibe , maybe Wendys.

I had never heard of this place, but my husband was stationed in California in the marines and he was excited to try the California burrito since he missed them! He said it taste identical! It was really good. I got the chicken Factory burrito. It was delish as well! I could no where near finish mine, they are HUGE! Cool place only complaint is there were a lot of bugs in the window seal at the booth we sat in. Almost made me not want to eat it.

Decent burrito(California Surf). Ordered bag of chips as a side, didnt find out until I picked up the order that they dont have salsa for chips. Put 3 for atmosphere as I didnt go in. Red salsa is hot and pretty good.

The menu looks delicious and a good variety. I got the kids meal carne asada since I wasnt too hungry but wanted to try the protein. It was delicious and fresh. It came with a drink and sides of beans and rice. The rice and taco had cheese added to them. They have me 2 packets of salsa and I honestly wasnt expecting them to be so good! The horchata was great too. All of this was under $9. Im looking forward to trying out the other items for sure. I went through the drive thru but from what I could see, the inside looked beautiful.

Even though I ve been in Texas for years I m native to CA and the Mexican there compared to here is vastly different. So if you re are wanting fresh, real authentic Mexican food you have got to try this place. It is absolutely delicious. The salsas are also amazing. Mix the original red and avocado green, trust me yum! This place will not disappoint you. My family and I drive 35 min to eat here and it s worth it. So thankful that there is finally a true blue taco shop here in South East Texas! I got a carne asada burrito and shredded beef rolled tacos! All freshly made, down to the guacamole. I couldn t even finish it all. DELICIOUS

Very clean place with friendly staff. The food was good, and massive. The portion sizes are very good for price. I got the chicken factory burrito, and the burrito was as big as my head. Also got the Carne Asada taco in a soft taco shell. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. Service was very quick too.

Great Portions, polite staff, well seasoned carne asada and shrimp in the California Surfer Burrito and came out quickly during the lunch rush. The Pepsi soda fountain was pouring the perfect amount of syrup and carbonated water. Big TV showing sports Would go back.

Stopped by The Burrito Factory today for lunch with the wife and with all the talk, I did not disappoint! She got the Factory Fries and I got the Diablo shrimp burrito. Everything was well seasoned, fresh and absolutely amazing! The salsa bar with all the choices and all were good as well. Highly recommend dropping in if you havent!

Most definitely recommend this spot. All the food we got as a family was so good. No line for dine in. Didnt wait long to get our order. They even have Mexican bottle coke. Oh and they have a salsa bar with carrots curtidos. We will come back for sure. The one thing I can request is they upgrade their napkins. Lol. I went through like 10 of them. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

The Burrito Factory in Port Arthur, TX, is a hidden gem that every burrito lover needs to experience. I ordered the Grande Factory Burrito, and it blew me away. This burrito wasnt just big; it was colossal, easily the size of my arm. It was packed with flavorful ingredients, perfectly balanced in every bite. Its rare that something actually fills me up, but this burrito did the job and then some. What really impressed me, though, was the speed and quality of the service. I went through the drive-through, and even with such a large order, the staff was quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and the food was hot and fresh. The Burrito Factory is definitely doing something right, and I can t wait to come back and explore more of their menu. If you re in Port Arthur and looking for a satisfying, hearty meal, this is the place to go!
