I love the food but unfortunately labor is not used to its best capacity here. Every time I visit this restaurant there will be 3 to 4 employees on the food line just staring waiting to just place toppings on a sandwich or wrap. Which is very unfortunate because the build up of people is typically held up at the very beginning where more help is needed I call to place an order over the phone which usually results in a wait time of 10min or more. Positions and employee responsibility/sense of urgency needs to reevaluated.

Ordered two scoops of chicken salad over lettuce. Scoops of chicken salad were very small, lettuce was old with dark edges. I got the red roasted pasta salad that was very plain and tasted like pure mayo. Not planning on returning. Don t waste your money, go to siempre natural.

I loved the atmosphere here so cute, the staff is very friendly and there wasn t any long lines when I went inside. You can sample each of their chicken salad flavors which I thought was pretty unique for a sandwich shop lol but I liked that. I like the array of toppings and chip selection too. They have in-house made lemonade and tea which is pretty tasty and they accept EBT! You can t beat that. Prices are a bit steep considering it doesn t include the drink or chips but the quality of their chicken salads are unbeatable.

Great food but I don t agree with the Non cash fee if you use a card. Under Chapter 604A it makes it illegal to charge the credit card fee. Recommendation use another credit card company which are many. Other than that I would recommend eating here. Food

Update 1/18/24 Went with my friends who had never eaten there. They loved they got the Chipotle tuna salad with croissant I had the Mexican corn on regular bread. It was very good. 8-18-23 I went again cuz I love this place. Ordered the same thing as before but this time I added broccoli pasta. Still clean, still great food and still great service. 8-11-23 This place to me is really good. I loved the food and their service. The place was very clean. One of the works there Linda really helped out a lot. She made me smile and even brought the food to us. I love chicken salad, so I tried this place out. I went with my parents I ordered the Mexican corn chicken salad Panini. My parents ordered chicken ploblano. Our side was soup my dad and I ordered broccoli and my mom ordered tortilla soup. Its was all good. We even had dessert the ice cream which Linda suggested was really good. No complaints what so ever. Will definitely go again. I recommend to pay with cash not cc or debit card. I have visited the chicken salad factory several times. The first few a girl was in charge of preparing orders and another girl was charging the customers. The last time I went there was a lady in front of me who mentioned the guys preparing the orders were the same guys charging the orders. She said the last time she had been there she had asked one of the guys to change his gloves and he had gotten upset. When the guy came to take our orders (he had finished charging another person) we asked him to change his gloves and he got upset. Then another guy came and asked what was happening to what the guy replied they asked me to change my gloves. The new guy immediately grabbed the box of gloves and took it inside the kitchen, came back a minute later and when asked if he had changed his (he was also charging people) he said he had done it in the kitchen. I ordered by wrap and when asked if he could toast it he took my order to the kitchen. I was surprised because the toaster in by the salad bar was not being used! I asked another girl who got there and she said they could use both but I couldnt understand why take it to the kitchen if the other one behind him was available. I told them I did not want the order any more since I was afraid he would spit on my food or put something on it since he was upset he had asked them to change their gloves after charging people and before preparing our order. Never had this problem before, as mentioned the other times a girl was charging and another one preparing orders. I love their salads but this employees need to understand we also value cleanliness and customer service.

Freshly prepared! This is the best way to describe the different varieties of chicken salads, sandwiches, and leafy salads. Have tasted at least have of the varieties, their salads and their desserts. So far, the only complaint is the amount served-lol! You can try their flavors like at an ice cream shop on little spoons to help you decide which filling to get. Besides chicken salad they also have chicken NOT pie and a lot of foods besides chicken salad, theres a lot of different things to try and theyre all delicious! You get to make your own sandwich the way you like it, on a Spinach wrap, in a croissant, on wheat or whole breads, you can toast it, add more ingredients and customize any way you like. Let me start off by talking about the food: The food is great, I love the flavors of chicken salad they have and the Fideo is great! Since the last time we ve been things have changed. I normally would get a sandwich with toppings on a croissant. Although this time I wanted lettuce instead of bread. They offer this on the menu although they charge more for the meal with lettuce than on bread plus you have to pay $0.50 for every topping.(Which they didn t do before) So I decided to get the sandwich and add lettuce for $0.50 cents instead in order to get more toppings for less of the cost and I would just throw away the bread.didn t allow us to buy the one piece of lettuce for $0.50 but instead offered us mixed greens. (We think she caught on to what we were doing) After some pleading we were able to get the lettuce we wanted that we were willing to pay for by the way. All I wanted was a sandwich with toppings and lettuce instead of bread. I don t know why there was a big fuss but this isn t my first not so great encounter with this specific person. From a business standpoint, lettuce isn t worth a argument with a customer. The lady at the checkout was the sweetest and was one of the reasons we re okay with coming back as well as the person who I believe may be the manager (the woman with the bun). Truly love this place just really dislike having to place orders with this person, had she been nice or accommodating things what be different but that unfortunately wasn t the case.

I gave the Chicken Salad Factory a visit. Its been open for about 2 months by now. I was very impressed with the decor, service and freshness of the food. At first you think to yourself, Chicken salad is chicken salad. Then you look at the menu and all the options show up and you start to see all the options available to you. As soon as I saw all the ingredients in the service bar, I wanted to try everything. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the presentation of the food and place. Now lets talk about the food. I chose the Chipotle chicken salad on a croissant. Then I had the option to add some sides. I chose grapes, red onion, and apples. As excited as I was to see how fresh all the food was, I was happy the food was as good as I thought, when I took my first bite. This was the experience I wanted from my meal. The flavors were distinct, and freshness is what came to mind as well. If you havent figured out the theme of this review, or the draw this place has, its the freshness of the food, and the pleasant experience of the place. Highly recommend and will definitely go again.

Chicken salad was really good! I had the 3 sliders. I love how you can have all 3 be different. I chose their traditional, raspberry chipotle, and their nutty mandarin. They have maybe 12 different flavors of chicken salad. Cant decide which is my favorite since they all hit different moods. Not a great selection of drinks, but their tea variety is nice and fruitful. Their staff was very friendly and understanding of my first time there. Seating space is a little small with limited room for a party of 5 or more adults. They have mainly booths that seat 4. My only disappointment was the bland tortilla soup. It needed more spices. Went here for the first time tonight. Got the red pepper jalapeño chicken salad sandwich and roasted red pepper pasta. Was really good, definitely gonna go back and try the other flavors. Its slightly pricier than other sandwich places Ive been to, but its not gonna break the bank to put it in my lunch rotation, either way the food really is good quality so its worth a bit extra. Customer service was also really good, they were patient with first timers and let me try a couple of flavors before I ordered. My only real complaint is that its very small inside, the narrow area going to the soda fountain felt like eating in a hallway. Hopefully these guys are successful and can move to a bigger location soon

The food here is amazing I got the mandarin pasta salad which so yummy and refreshing and the employees recommend the raspberry chipotle sandwich which is awesome they have a ton of options and flavors for everyone also I d like to point out the cleanliness of the place and the great service the young lady who helped me walked me through the whole thing and described how everything tasted will definitely recommend and be coming back

Im giving this place 4 stars because of their customer service. The food tasted a little bland and the set up of the restaurant is unconventional. The booths are right next to the order here line which makes it kind of awkward to order and eat there. We tried the Famous Waldorf and Chipotle chicken salad. They were ok. Also tried the tomato soup but it was missing flavor and kind of watery. I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars but Ill round up for their customer service. Very friendly.

The Chicken Salad Factory is a new favorite spot that must be experienced! There are a dozen different chicken salads to choose from and the friendly staff offers samples that tickle the taste buds! I ate the Mexican Street Corn on toasted whole wheat and the MandrinTerry Aki Pasta Salad AMAZING! My friend had the Pineapple Pecan on a toasted croissant with a cup of Tomato Basil Soup! The combo is $8.99 and very filling! We both got dessert and it did not disappoint! The Spumoni ice cream is a perfect blend of chocolate, pistachio and cherry ice cream and the Bread Pudding was straight up DREAMY! Vegetarian options: A variety of Green Salads, Pasta Salads and Pimento Cheese Parking: Large parking lot

I was amazed because the line was so long but they have a really good customer service! Fast and attentive, I tried the Pineapple chicken salad (half sandwich) and and the Chipotle raspberry chicken salad (half sandwich) on a factory combo includes a side salad. I asked for strawberries, grapes and arugula mix with cilantro dressing. I really enjoyed the salads!!! The place is super clean! Vegetarian options: They have green salads.

Chicken Salad Factory is a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or special requests. One of the best things about Chicken Salad Factory is the wide variety of chicken salad options available. From classic chicken salad to more unique flavors like southwest sirarcha chicken salad, there is something for everyone. My personal favorite is the chicken avocado salad, its creamy and full of flavor. I also really enjoy the Green Southwest chopped salad, it has a nice kick of heat and is loaded with tasty veggies. I m from out of town and stumbled upon this place and I m happy I did. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was amazing. I will definitely be stopping by every time I m in town. I got the Mexican street corn and tortilla soup. Both were full of flavor and very thought out recipes. Great job!
