Chris & Lynn are awesome people to work with on closing of Real Estate properties. Chris is always attentive to great detail, he is often available to answer all kind of title related questions, he doesnt mind to answer even legal questions regarding property transactions. Closing with Chris Sullivan was a breeze. He and Lynn made my recent closing smooth and seamless. What a relief! From Contract to Close, this group worked tirelessly to make sure all the details were covered. The communication during the transaction was constant and its always nice to know whats going on behind the scenes with Survey, HOA, Title Commitment, etc. When it came time to fund, I was impressed with the speed and efficiency. And again, the communication! I was very pleased with their entire process. I recommend Chris and Lynn and Alamo Title Company to all my agents.

Im a huge fan of the way Chris and Lynn do business. Great place thatll take care of your clients from the moment they receive a contract. The best title company is one that your clients dont remember the names of the people working the files because it means nothing went wrong. These people are freakin ninjas, I tell you.

We recently used Chris for review and changes to a contract and I must say he went beyond and even worked on a Sunday before he went to church and afterwards for us to be able to close the transaction the following Monday.
