Back in 2018 my father was sentenced to 29 years in prison for being parked in the driver seat and blowing over the legal limit- he had two previous DWI s (none of which he had ever injured people or property) and the small town judge apparently wanted to make an example out of him. Did he deserve to serve some time? Probably. But 29 years for an already 55 year old man- completely unfair. He served 5 years with good behavior but kept getting denied for parole. That s when I hired Mr. Darrow s firm. They simply had us send in letters to the parole board in support of my dad and Mr. Darrow met with the board soon after. They almost immediately approved my father s release. He came back home to his family today- sober and determined to stay that way. I don t think that we would have seen him again on the outside if it weren t for Mr. Darrow s expertise.

We hired Darrow for a criminal investigation. He did basically nothing for %5,000. He went on vacation at the start of the case, then comes back to do nothing. The investigator filed charges when they most definitely shouldnt have been filed.

Paul is a fighter and he will do just that to make sure your family gets the justice you deserve. My husband was faced with what I call the most difficult case to defend, involving 22.021. He had the upmost respect for us and didn t treat us like a criminal. Paul turned a horrible situation around. So few criminal defense lawyers are fearless. I was fortunate enough to assist Paul in a trial where his client was accused of sexually assaulting not one, but two children. The plea bargain offer from the DA was forty years in prison. Despite the horrific charges and the hanging judge, Paul guided the jury to vote for him and not the DA. Pauls client went home to his family after that trial. Paul was fearless and saved his clients life.
