I arrived after 5pm, I had placed an online order. When I was greeted at the speaker I was told to pull through. I was waiting at the window when from inside I hear shouts of pull all the way around. Clearly I misunderstood, someone then came to the window to very abruptly explain that I needed to pull away from the window. There was no line, no mad rush inside, there was one more car waiting in front of the building. In the time it took to explain that I needed to move away from the window my order could have been made. Maybe someone can explain what happened.

My family went to enjoy icecream yesterday evening and we were greeted with frowns, but when a different race came in behind us they received the biggest smiles. I write this review with the deepest regret. Unfortunately I have to inform the world that the green goddess wrap is a disgrace. It looked really big and yummy on the board. Upon receiving it I discovered it was small, cold, and smelly. The tortilla smelled of model magic clay. The feta cheese was rubbery. I am v3ry disappointed.

The food is good and the service is alright depending what time you go, but the coffee? Ordered an iced coffee and it tasted like water with maybe an espresso shot I guess?? Ordered a coffee that was supposed to have cinnamon and vanilla syrup in it but all I got was coffee flavored water went home tried to doctor it up by putting creamer and brown sugar in it but then it just tasted like water with creamer and brown sugar in it. Was so bad ended up just dumping it out.

Ordered 10 boxes of 50 donut holes. They only had 8. I asked them to make sure to mix it up (assorted box). When I got to work, they werent assorted boxes. One box had all glaze, one had all chocolate, one had all blueberry and so on.

Went here to get the new brown sugar cookie frozen coffee and It tasted like burnt foot and ice! Didnt even bother asking them to remake it because when Ive asked them to remake a disgusting drink they made before, it was a problem! Its sad McDonalds makes better frozen coffee than any of these coffee shops. Well..hard earned money went down the drain. At least i got points on the app I guess...

Just really poor overall. Very rude, very slow, and food/drinks were not good. Two of the employees, Nathan and Caroline, went out of their way to be extremely petty for no reason. Our coffee tasted burnt and the food was still cold. We were met with rude faces and attitude. I assume this Dunkin only hires teenagers who do not understand emotional regulation yet. Avoid if you can.

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. We walked in and were ignored for a few minutes, while a man and three girls finished their conversation by the drive thru window. Finally, the man came over to help us. Though he was pleasant he did make a face when my daughter decided she wanted a different flavor than the one he started to get for her. This was her first visit to a Baskin Robbins. We got our ice cream and sat down at a table with wer water stain rings. A second customer walked in and the same treatment was given to her. The girls who worked here walked past her several times without smiling, acknowledging she was there, or anything! The man came again and took her order. I told my daughter, Its a shame customer service does not exist anymore. I wish I could work at places like this and show them, this is how you treat a customer,. She said she wouldnt know because this seems normal, everywhere we go. Its sad when the young people in these days will not get to see employees who take pride in their work, genuinely love to help customers, and greet people with a smile.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the early morning staff here. First thing in the morning I can always rely on them to mail my order of two small DECAF Americanos with 2 pumps sugar free coconut, and they always make it right! I would never come back here if they cut corners, but - They never cheat and just give me regular which is way too Much caffeine for me. And unfortunately Starbucks screws me over all the time and gives me regular . Lol so It means a lot that they are so Consistent. Thanks friends!

I ve been going to Dunkin Donuts on Phelan Blvd for YEARS! I have always had impeccable service. I always get the same coffee with a straw. (To protect my teeth. It s annoying but everyone who has served me, knows this about me because I m a regular). Upon requesting a straw, for the last 3 days, this employee, Rubi, has been dismissive and quite rude. Today was literally the LAST STRAW! She threw 3 straws at me and told me they are all the same. Of course, I let her have it. It s the principle of her being rude, raising her voice and dismissing me. I will be contacting corporate on Rubi from the Phelan location.

2 years ago I wrote a review on how terrible the employees were. They have definitely improved and I love the employee who have been there for awhile! But..whoever was working drive thru today gave my dad a frozen drink when my dad told him he didn t want frozen he wanted hot. the employee tried explaining what frozen meant we know what frozen means lol .Now I wasn t there but according to what my dad told me he said latte and my dad has never order a frozen coffee so i don t know why my dad would say frozen. So anyway, my dad wanted it hot and the employee heard him wrong but chose not to solve the problem and sent my dad on his way with the frozen drink . I work in the food business and I even use to be a barista and no matter what the complaint was about even if I thought I was right I remade the drink to my customers liking. It s part of the job. Anyway I went back myself and got the hot drink and I didn t wanna complain so Im writing the review instead lol. Just do better plz!

From the time we entered the service was not good at all. The employee seemed bothered that we were there. Very pushy about ordering fast. We were the only ones in the store and there were no drive thru customers. Our large coffee was not even filled up it was more like a medium in a large cup. The hot chocolate we ordered was like water. They said the machine makes that not them. They did get us another hot chocolate and it wasnt really any better. The donuts tasted stale and they were hard. Definitely wont go back to that location.

I just ordered a customized birthday cake online 48 hours prior the pick up date from Dunkin at Beaumont TX (Phelan Blvd). Terrible experience! 80% of the time my drink is made wrong. Well this morning I ordered an iced coffee and when I got there they went to give me a hot coffee... told the lady at the window it was wrong it s supposed to be iced (which is what I ordered and it clearly said iced coffee with cream and Irish cream on my sticker) Once it was re made I grabbed the coffee and had to leave I didn t try it at the window cause I assumed it was made correctly. Once I got to work and tried my iced coffee, it was clearly not Irish creme (which is my favorite flavor) it was something else like a hazel nut flavor, which I don t like. Well now I can t leave work to go back and have it re made, tried calling the store a few times at 830 and no one would answer. I didn t drink my coffee, so once I was able to go on my lunch I tried calling the store again, no answer. I called the store 4 times before I tried going up there to have my drink re made. Of course at work a co worker dumped the coffee out and threw out my cup, once I noticed that happened I took the sticker off my cup to show them what I ordered. I get to the store and the guy at the speaker tells me to pull forward I explain to him what happened at the window and he says I ll be right back, then another kid comes to the window and says we can t re make the drink without the original coffee... I explain to him it got dumped and thrown away but I have my receipt on my phone. He tells me he won t re make it without the original coffee, I ask to speak to a manager and he proceeds to tell me a manager is NOT at the store.... I m a regular at this store and come Monday-Friday even twice a day sometimes. Not trying to get a free coffee just wanted my drink that they made wrong re made... So I ended up leaving cause he refused to make it. Then I had to call another store in the area to try and a get a district managers number or a number to corporate, instead the manager at the 11th street location listened to what happened and offered to re make my drink for me. I worked as a manager at Starbucks for 4 years and have never turned down a customer to remake a drink, especially if they couldn t come back until a later time because of a work schedule. This store sucks, they could have just done the right thing and re made my drink instead of arguing with me about it. And why is there not a manager at the store at 1230 in the afternoon? Hopefully a district manager reads this and will correct the employees at this location.

Hands down the worst service I have had in a long time. After I sat at the menu, waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about three minutes, I drove to the window... where I continued to wait. The girl in the window sat and visited with the car in front of me for almost 10 minutes. When I finally did get to the window to order, she told me I would have to order at the menu next time if I wanted to get served. I completely understand waiting when an establishment is busy, but there was only one other car.

Rude. I live across the street so i stop by every so often. I went through the drive thru early this morning and was trying to see what was on the menu and the woman kept rushing me to order. Things i wanted they didn t carry anymore so I was taking my time looking for something else, again, there was still no one behind me and I was still being rushed. On top of that I was not satisfied with the order i got but didn t feel like going back because I was already irritated. I will not be coming back to this location anymore. Wasnt a fan. Place was clean and employees friendly. The food is expensive by now and days standards. I got a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. The muffin was a bit hard and chewy. The sausage was bland and tasted not of actual sausage. The egg well was an egg I guess. The cheese was cheese. But it felt like all of it came out of a frozen package and they just nuked it or just maybe put it through a toaster oven (nuked more than likely). My daughter got the same but on a croissant which all was the same. The croissant was huge compared to everything inside so she didnt eat have of it. I got the hash browns which were tasty but soggy. I like mine crisp. Finally the coffee, you guys arent Starbucks so why are your iced macchiatos so dang expensive which lack luster taste? Burnt notes but ok I guess I mean I drank it. Anywho I prolly wont be eating here or any other Dunkin I come across for a while. But hey you try it cuz you might like it more than I did.

I much prefer DD over starbucks. The coffee is milder and cheaper.

I give them a 3 because the coffee is really! Good fresh. Donuts are pretty Great too! Haven t been inside yet so can t confirm inside cleanliness because I m usually in a hurry but, from the outside it s very well kept and others tell me they are clean so another Great point! My only issue is every time I order in drive through my total isn t confirmed and the cashiers aren t very happy. Again Today 1/31/2018 served with a frown and finally given total. I probably want come back I m scared something could be in my food whoever is causing the morning chaos s it s displaying in your workers.
