Lil girl at the drive thru has a bad attitude. She just looked at me with an ugly face and didn t say a word. Lucky for her I didn t get her name but you ll know the face when you see it. Customer service at every Taco Bell is horrible.

To the store manager who needs to open his eyes right now, You have and asset, his name is Victor! Give this man a raise, promotion, parking spot! Give this gentleman his own store! In a industry where hospitality has died and its turn and burn guests in a moving away from just being a decent human this man made my entire year by simply being himself. I pulled up to his windowat 3:05am and wasnt even aware the time, it was past closing time! id just came off a 14 hour shift, and was beyond hungry. He didnt skip a beat, even acknowledge it. I noticed when I pulled my phone out and saw the time, I felt horrible. He just smiled and handed me my perfectly prepared dinner. Its people like this that make life worth living, and make the world go round! Attention: Taco Bell headquarters, Ive been in the hospitality industry 20+ years, this type of person doesnt exist in fine dining establishments today. Michelin Star, they should go check out his shift and his soul and give this taco bell a Michelin

Employees said they were only taking mobile orders were very rude did not answer the mic where we order to let us know they were only taking mobiles completely ignored us had to pull up to the window then few minutes later we re taking orders but also failed to talk to the car in front of us and we come to this specific Taco Bell all the time and typically never have a problem with the staff. They also got the order wrong gave me a cheese it crunch wrap for the second time when I got a tostada then when I called the store they said they never said they re computers were down complete liars can t make a simple order to save their life

Clean atmosphere, good food, professional staff. The food is always prepared freshly and neatly bagged. Great place to eat. Vegetarian options: The black beans are good. You can get a vegetarian burrito or bowl. They have other choices, but I havent tried them. Parking: Its a lot of parking around the restaurant.

Big Cheez-It tostada is a joke. I suppose putting Big in the title was the telltale sign, it s NOT big at all and probably the least value for the money. Taco Bell is slipping up, everything is getting smaller and still costing more. Do they know that Tex-Mex is everywhere? Plenty of other places to spend your money and get more value.

Watched a young man having issues with the order system. One employee briefly helped and then walked away. When he gave up and tried to order at the counter, they told him he had to order at the kiosk and walked away with no effort to help him. He went back to the counter a second time and was ignored. He finally left. Not a one-time thing either. i have seen them with 4 or more people on duty do the same thing. I only come here because it is a easy walk from the hotel i often stay at and next to the walmart i get my refills at otherwise i would never come here due the complete lack of customer service good or bad .

Never open till 3:30am like it says online. I work late at night so 2am 3am is like my lunch time and this place is right next to my house. Would be super convenient to be able to stop here real quick and skip home to eat. I tried a few times but Ive given up hope. I even rolled up at 1:30 am one time and no one was seen to be inside. I came here 10/18 at 12:00 Am , This is THE best Taco Bell I ve ever been to they had the friendliest employees. Sam had a GREAT positive attitude and made sure I enjoyed my experience. Food was hot and service was fast . Definitely the best Taco Bell in Mesquite. Also Jordan has helped me in the past and she went far above and beyond to adress the issues and since then it s been awesome 10/10

I try not to complain I really dont try to do that. With that being said I mean when your hours on your door say that you open at 7:00 a.m. why are you not ready to go at 7:00 a.m.? I just walked over there and the doors are locked someone saw me at the door and employee saw me at the door she went to get another employee the gentleman came to where he can see me from behind the counter. And just nodded now a couple times. I called them and he answered and he proceeds to tell me that they dont open till 7:30. Which if you do not open till 7:30 that is fine but that information and your hours on your door need to be reflecting that dont you think? The guy acts surprised when I said to him is that why the hours say 7:00 a.m.? He acted like he was surprised and then he goes on to tell me oh well were just not ready yet. Good grief either open at the time posted on your door or update your information thats all Im saying.
