The internet service has been fine and runs as it should but the customer service and payment options are absolutely awful, got charged twice for September and when I called to see what was going on the lady on the phone kept trying to tell me that it was charging me for July and August which I had already paid for and told me to at I STILL owed for September. Sent emails with my pictures proving I had paid for those months and where it pulled out too much for September and nobody answers, absolutely fed up at this point and considering canceling my service.

Crap wish I never switched over some nights I get to watch tv some nights I don t. Even importantly I need it for school and had a serious exam test two days of mess . Workers left the wire hanging by bottom back door tripping hazard my dogs get caught up in it . I ve called and called with reports etc . I m about to search for someone else after two months

I have no complaints...the installer was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. As far as burying the line from box to the house, it was okay. I have rocks and had to move some along with bits of weed barrier that were showing. All in all......nine out of ten on that portion.

The service is ok, but what s got me considering switching to another company is the false promises I was given when signing up, such as, every 4th month free, but they double charge on the 3rd month, so it seems like a free month, and a $100 gift card after 90 days that never happened, these were lies to get you to switch..like I said, the service is adequate but being lied to is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I do not use Vexus but have looked into them in the past as an alternative ISP. This review is solely related to their door to door salesman. I recently had one arrive who, upon discovering the name of the ISP I am currently using, spent their time bashing my current ISP and speaking about how awful it is. Regardless of how much I spoke about how my experience with my current ISP has been stellar, I was met with comments about how my ISP was known for being awful (the rep googled reviews and ratings for my ISP to show me) and how Vexus was more reliable and much better. Then I was asked what vexus could do to switch me over, despite not having a better deal than what I was currently paying. When mentioning my current deal, the rep said Vexus had a better one (but upon checking Vexuss site, this was not the case). Regardless of who has better deals, I do not believe I could trust my service in the hands of a company whos representatives spend the majority of their time bashing the competition and making future prospects feel as though their current ISP choices are foolish.

Vexus was great until I moved. Then my bill jump from $65 a month to $189 a month. I spoke with several people to try to get this fixed and kept getting told it was goodand here it is at the end of the month still at $189. I m getting calls from collections saying that I owe them money. When I explain what is going on the lady tells me it s not her problem. At the same time, I have called multiple times to come have this cable buried thats been run across my backyard for 2 1/2 months now And it s still there. I really enjoyed the service up until about 2 1/2 months ago. Their billing department just can t get it straight. I would understand if they would just talk to me about this line running across my backyard It wouldn t be that big a deal but I keep getting told people will be here and then they never show up.

We recently change over to Vexus and it was so simple. The agent who came to our door, offered Vexus to us and was very professional and explained everything. He had an answer for our questions and backed up everything he said. The technician who came by and installed the new internet was very helpful, he didn t not leave until everything was working correctly and explained it to us.The prices are also very good compared to others in town. I gave Vexus a four start because we just started with them and so far it s great. I don t believe in giving a 5 start until it s proven to me personally. I have not had to call customer service and I will update my ratings as soon as there is a need to contact Vexus customer support. So far, our internet runs fast and we don t have any problems with it. We very happy to have changed to Vexus.

Alex Villalobos was the technician who came to install my modem and router. He was very professional, kind, and thorough with the installation. It has also been a very long time since Ive seen a technician clean up after themselves. He left no mess outside or inside. When he completed the installation, he walked me through the steps of setting up my router. He did not leave until he confirmed that I could connect to the internet as well as the wifi. The explanation of the router and modem lights was extremely helpful. He also had me perform a goggle speed test to show how fast my internet was working for my phone. This entire interaction definitely made my doubts about switching to Vexus disappear. Im a happy customer so far!

Great speeds for uploads. Pricing is competitive for fiber. Fiber internet compared to Cable: the difference and response is noticeable. With Web 3.0, uploads happen a lot more often and are larger - 70gb a week for most users. With cable, the issues of lag are exacerbated and Web 3.0 with slow upload speeds. You will notice better performance out of your devices that require Web 3.0 connections (all new phones and computers after 2021). Better uploads is why I went with Vexus, and they rock. Installation: unique. For me, this was a 2 stage installation process. They came to install (within 34 hrs of me signing), ran a temp line that laid on the lawn, ensured connections then came back a week later to burry the line. It was all completed within an hour onsite. The three installers were all very professional. They will need to drill An entry point through a wall. They may leave a temporary line in your yard to be buried at a later date. Pros: the Wi-Fi service is through a retail third party and not regulated by Vexus - you have 100% control over your network. The Wi-Fi hubs are made by erro . Con s: there is no online portal or way to view your account online. Although you can pay online, you are notified via text message that you have a bill. Download speeds have not been guaranteed at or around one gig, however, they have always been over 500 mbps. Upload speeds are consistently one gig. Things they could do better: online portal for customers. Paperwork on how to setup the router (it s easy, you may feel confused about how to rename it when they leave - no network paperwork provided). NTS/Vexus rebranded and has been aggressively working to expand their fiber network. They are a small company and will go out of their way to support a customers needs. Their call centers are based out of the USA, and they usually respond within the same day.

They claimed that they had fast Internet for the San Angelo area. That was a lie. The equipment is garbage their Internet speed is garbage and frontier is way better at least in my area because it was a joke on the speed I was supposed to get when I could barely get even five for my upload and about eight for my download. We not trust them even if they promise, cheaper bill you better check your Internet speed because they lie just as bad as everyone else I would not trust them. The equipment they give you is not as good as if you go buy it yourself specially their Wi-Fi and when they offer you a free booster, it s only for three months then they charge you afterwards. Long story short, if you re Internet works fine and you get pretty good speed I wouldn t change it just because they make promises that they really can t keep and it s horrible

I had no issues with the install. The man that came out was very professional. After I told him where I wanted the ONT unit, we talked options for placing it there. Once the installation was completed, he showed me how the cable was run to my home (no trash left in my yard) and we tested my speed option. He answered all my questions. A five star experience.

Never will go with this company again. Tech held me up for over 2hrs of my time. If I could give zero stars I would. Take it from me it is not worth the headache, find another internet provider. Customer service is the worst. Long story short tech will not show up to schedule an appointment, once they do show up they will start drilling into your home to install a router just to realize there is no service in your area. Now we have a hole in our home and no word as to when service will be installed. Not worth the deal they promised.

Out of curiosity, I went to their site to see their prices. Nope, cant do it. You have to give them all of your contact information before you can even see if their service reaches your home. They have no prices posted on their site. That combined with how their contractors have torn up our streets (and water lines and comm lines) and done such a shoddy job on patching their damage, I do not recommend them.

Workers dug up both sides of the alleyway behind my house trapping me at home when I needed to be picking my kid up from school. Completely unacceptable to be blocking peoples driveways preventing them from leaving home without any notice. I will never use Vexus if this is the kind of company they are running.

So glad the actual connection box is small. They were able to bring in wires to house where we wanted, not where its standard. Customer service works! We have had little issue with a streaming service network. But the refresh has been short vs lost signal from previous service company.

While working in my alley yesterday workers were walking all over my yard up very close to my house. They were in my flower beds walking around. My husband came home and they stood and stared at him. He came in the house with the thoughts of arming his himself as he had no idea who these men were. When he went out the the front door the group of about 8 men are standing in my yard. The truck and trailer they were in had no markings on it letting us know who they were. When he tried to ask what was there business not one of the men claimed to speak English. Another gentleman drove up like he was the boss and he also didn t speak English. This all is very alarming living in this part of the country. Someone should be able to talk to home owners and find out what businesses they are doing. And they had no business in my yard by my house.

We were excited to switch to fiber optic when it came to San angelo. Unfortunately, the salesman lied to us about payment being due right away. I asked all of these questions to confirm before hand. They didnt have the lines properly set up for the tech which delayed the set up by a few days. Luckily we had not canceled our optimum service and just canceled this mess right away.

They are more or less new to San Angelo and so far they are nailing it. Service installation was pretty smooth (outside of having to delay a couple days to fix a line issue) and speeds have been awesome. Zero complaints so far and barring someone slicing the fiber line I don t expect we will see any. The best part is speeds are consistent unlike our previous net.

Tried to contact them to see if they are the ones installing fiber in our area and left the hole in our yard for two months now (with orange conduit sticking up out of it). They didnt get back to me after I contacted them through the website and I cant get a person when I called. Completely annoyed with this company and Im not even a customer yet, so Id hate to be one
