Very poor decision on my part!! You better have deep pockets to afford this place. Spoke with the attorney and he knew very little about the case! If your attorney doesn t know about the case, you are in trouble! Wow Update: my wife contacted the opposing attorney and found out what they are asking for. $3400.00 to our attorney and we have to do the work ourselves! What a joke We were never given any options on how to proceed with the case. We had paid 3,000 and received another bill for 3,000 and called the attorney to inform them we would not be paying the last 3,000 and the next day we received a email stating the attorney would be removing himself from the case. My complaint has nothing to do with the timeline, it has to with financial. I don t feel like we received 3,000 much less 6,000 worth of effort

I would not recommend the Cuccia Wilson firm in Cleburne, TX. I began my child support/medical insurance case in July of 2021. After many months of me having to be persistent, email and call, we finally went to court in April 2022 and child support was supposed to begin on May 1, 2022. After papers were drawn up wrong and more prompting by me, the papers were finally filed with the court in November 2022. It is now May, 2023 and I am still not receiving the child support that was ordered. The attorney general wont work with me because I have an attorney. Ive emailed Mr. Wilson and his paralegal on several occasions without resolution. I have seen zero initiative from them this entire time, and nothing has been accomplished without me basically having to beg, however, they do not hesitate to keep billing me for it. Unfortunately, what seemed like an easy, cut and dry case, has turned into a nightmare for me with this firm.

Mr. Cuccia is an amazing lawyer. Hes so friendly and listens to everything you have to say. He helped us get through one of the hardest times in our lives and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend his practice.
