Good atmosphere. Great drink selection. Great pizza. Long waits and terrible parking. The last time time we came here I spent the entire dinner shooing flies from my food, at a table inside. They kept the doors open and have no fly catchers. It completely ruined the experience. Dropping from 5 to 3 stars. Food is still good. But, how bad are the flies in the kitchen??

Pretty good little spot with thin crust tavern style pizza and tasty local craft draft beer on tap. This is certainly not my favorite style of pizza but I do appreciate it from time to time. They also have live music later in the evenings, would love to come back for that at some point.

This is by far the greatest pizza pub in the DFW area. It has been going strong since 2006 and has never veered from its original quality and exceptional service! The menu is by far the best and balanced with perfection with each item. They have a monthly menu with a carefully thought-out pizza as well as salad that cant be beat. Should you be a Business As Usual guest, youll be fine. Eat inside or on the patio and enjoy your time meeting friends and family while youre there. The staff is top-notch! My favorite server, Ashley, has been there forever! She has the best personality and makes outstanding suggestions every time. She listens and offers alternative items on the menu and never hesitates to let you know they can alter to your liking. This establishment never disappoints! All patrons will walk away full and pleasantly satisfied. Thank you Cadillac Pizza Pub for the best years in downtown McKinney! Kid-friendliness: All ages are going to be happy!

We love coming here when we visit our daughter in the Dallas area. They have indoor and outdoor dining. The service is excellent as well as the food. The pizza is the specialty, but they also have a great chicken club and a tasty Mac and cheese along with other options. Its a busy restaurant, which means the food must be good. You might have to wait a bit, but its worth it. Definitely worth trying.

The food was worth the 45 minute wait for our table, however, the wait itself was extremely frustrating as we watched large group after large group being seated knowing they had walked in after us. I understand having a way for people to get on the waitlist electronically- used it myself earlier in the day at a different establishment - however, when the number of table tops is small and there are tables being held for a large group that hasn t arrived yet, that says reservation to me - and the sign just inside the door said No Reservations. We will go back because the food was good, but we are using the electronic wait list from now on! I encourage you to do the same!

Even the outdoor seating on a day like today was nice! Good Pizza. Good Beer. No notes. We got the Smoked Pie and Queen Margherita pizzas, and a Golden Mustache beer. Parking: The lot is used by a lot of Old Towne McKinney folks, so unless youre lucky, you may want to park at the free parking garage a few blocks down. Youll probably be shopping in the area after eating anyhow. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, and its pizza which is one of the most kid friendly foods.

We love Cadillac s but we haven t been since I had to implement dietary restrictions for my baby. Amanda made all of my nerves melt away : ) she was so informative and helpful. **sorry no photos. Pizza was to good we couldnt stop before taking it.** McKinney has been hiding this gem of a pizzeria! My husband and I are moving to the area and decided to came here for a date night last night and Im soooo glad we did! First I LOVE that we were able to do half and half of two pizzas because we couldnt decide. We got the Bee Knees and a BBQ pizza (forgot the name). We did modify it a bit by requesting the pork to be taken off. Honestly, prices werent bad at all! *Chef Kiss* There was live music playing inside and we sat at a high top outside near the street. You can still hear the music outside but its not as loud outside. There was also water mist outside with fans to help keep us cool. The only suggestion I would say is to lower the pressure of the water to a fiber mist. It wasnt soaking us but we could feel the water more than typical. But it wasnt bad enough for us to complain or ask to be removed. I dont drink anymore so I didnt try the bar but you can just tell this is the place to get a good cocktail with the delicious pizza. Im gonna bring my mom to try the drinks when she comes into town. It did get a little busy when we started eating. When we were ready to check out we couldnt find our server but her coworker saw us looking around and came to take care of us. I love seeing restaurants working as a team. We will definitely be back! TL;DR: Pizza is bomb AF and youll hate yourself for not coming! Parking: Theres a large parking lot to the left of the building behind the police store front that is shared with other businesses downtown. We did see a paid parking lot (sign said $10) next to that parking lot across a small street. Kid-friendliness: I wouldnt say Chucky Cheese friendly but if youre meeting up with friends you dont have to worry about finding a sitter. It is a small space.

Went out to lunch on Saturday and was super excited after seeing all the good reviews however the pizza was not up to our expectations. We ordered the Smokey pie which said it had barbecue sauce and brisket. The pizza had zero sauce and their brisket was more like maple bacon. The second pizza we ordered was better but it was supposed to have tomato sauce and had almost zero sauce on it. The sauce to cheese ratio was just not it. You might like the pizzas if you love a crazy amount of cheese. Probably would not choose to come back however if I had to I would probably get a salad as they looked pretty good

Love this thin crust pizza, probably has the best flavor out of all the pizzas I town. I particularly like the chicken bacon boom boom and the Smokey pie. The lunch special is awesome for the price as well! $13 for a drink + Salad + personal pizza (which is bigger than I thought, couldnt manage to finish it, had 3 slices left!) I have come several times & normally all is well, but that wasn t the case today. I called to place a to go order & Kat W. could not have been more unpleasant while taking my order. She very rudely kept speaking over me while I was trying to clarify the order - at her request. She practically hung up me because she was irritated she could not hear me. Nor did she apply the down town discount as I requested three separate times. Well hear this, YOU ARE RUDE AND YOU COULD HAVE HEARD ME IF YOU WOULD HAVE STOPPED SPEAKING OVER ME. IT S HARD TO LISTEN WHEN YOU ARE SPEAKING AT YOUR CUSTOMERS. ALSO, IF YOU CANNOT HEAR MOVE WHERE IT IS QUIETER EINSTEIN. GET A KLUE KAT. Terrible experience. This place is great and is crowded for a reason, but its so cramped and so busy all the time the wait is easily an hour and a half on the weekend and when you order curbside they are too busy to bring it out to your car and you have to go in and wait in line. Cadillac Pizza Pub is absolutely the best pizza on the Square. The place is typically very crowded, but the service is still good quality. No reservations, so you have to wait for a table to open up. We got a seat pretty quickly on a busy Wednesday night. The menu offers have fantastic, unique pizza combinations like the Goat Cheese and Fig and the Bees Knees, and revolving beers on tap from local breweries. We enjoyed the spinach dip and the Chicken Bacon Boom Boom pizza. They also have a patio for nice weather and live music on certain nights. Definitely worth a visit when in downtown McKinney. This pizza is one of my new go-to s now. Although we went on a busy Friday afternoon, the wait wasn t tremendously long. We started out with the baked wings. They were a nice size, juicy and were plenty covered in sauce. Some sort of bbq sauce but nothing that was overwhelming. The wings were 5/5. Keep in mind they are not crispy because it is not fried. The pizza was great. You can split your pizza into two different options and we had the bee s knee and Smokey pie. I love a good bbq pizza and this did not disappoint. The sauce was a perfect sweetness with the bacon flavor. The bee knees basil was a bit much for me but the flavors were well balanced. My favorite part about the pizza was the fact that the crust was thin AND CRISPY. Nothing missed on flavor or presentation. The restaurant is small so it s a bit crowded when busy but nothing that s a turnoff. Will definitely be ordering here again soon! Parking: There s a large parking lot behind the restaurant but since it is shared with other places, parking can be a bit difficult if you re frequently at a busy time.

Not a huge fan of how loud the live music feels inside because the room isn t huge, but the food was great!!! Vegetarian options: You can get salads and ask for anything to be removed from your dish I had ranch and cheese removed from my salad.

Food is delicious. Our server was great. The wait...absolutely ridiculous. We got on the waitlist a little after 6:00 p.m. based on an anticipated 92-138 minute wait on Yelp. Didnt get seated until after 9:00 p.m., and that was with us giving in and sitting outside in 35 weather. No idea how long it wouldve taken to get an inside table. Just keep that in mind if you want to eat here. Go at off hours or get on the waitlist several hours ahead. We were only a group of 4. Definitely wont be back.

We typically get this delivered (Favor) or to-go as they are really busy at times, plus parking downtown (not their fault) sometimes is awful so its just easier to get it & go. The pizza is super good. Our standard order is Pepperoni Pizza & wings. However, the baked rigatoni is an excellent dish & recently started ordering Bees Knees. The only issue weve experienced in the past is because they get so busy sometimes it can take a while for your food to be ready. So if its a Fri/Sat night, whatever time they tell us for pick up. We just add 10-15 min on top and it works out!

Cadillac Pizza is our favorite spot in McKinney. Whenever we are in town, we always come in. Jake, the manager, makes my husband THE BEST Long Island Iced Tea. Service is always spectacular as well as anything we order. Build your own pizza, ranch salad, the Goat and Fig is amazing!! Vinnies cheese bread! Literally have never had anything bad here. Extensive bar, no mixes either, all made right there. We love to sit at the bar, but the last three times we have been in (different times of the day), its always full. I love it so much, I bought a T-shirt and glassware so I could talk it up wherever we go. The entire staff go above and beyond.

One of the best local spots in downtown McKinney. We always have a pizza with their monthly R&D split with one of their classics. Their queso + brisket is always a family fave. The place is small and pretty much always busy, utilize yelps feature to get on list.
