I wouldn t say this place is the most atmospheric restaurant I ve been to. However, the food was absolutely fantastic! The patties sauce they bring to the table is next level good, its black pepper forward with vinegar and spice on the back end. Burger was also cooked excellently and the onion rings were gone in minutes. Will be returning, very satisfied.

My wife and I just had our first experience here. It was beyond amazing. The burgers were perfectly cooked, and the homemade buns brought it all together. They also have loaded fries with cheese and bacon. But its real cheese and bacon. Not that plastic wrap you get everywhere else. We will definitely be coming back here.

Cute little restaurant, best burger Ive had in the DFW and Ive been here 23 years. BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with a fresh made bun (who does that these days??), fries look fresh cut, and hand battered fresh onion rings?! Everything was absolutely delicious. Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger on the menu.

Nice place with several picnic tables inside. Order at the counter, and they call your name when your food is ready. I got the Patty Burger protein style when it is the best hamburger Ive had in ages! My husband got a bacon burger. He prefers it with swisscheese, but theyre only using cheddar. You can tell the ground beef is fresh from the butcher in the patties and is handcrafted while you wait. It was cooked to perfection. The french fries and onion rings are homemade. The onion rings were to die for. The burgers are super big. My husband nor I finished them. Of course, we ate our fries and onion rings, though. Its probably one of the juciest and best burgers in DFW. Definitely go there.

Took the family here tonight and was amazed at how wonderful this place was. Definitely not your average burger chain. We love trying local burger joints and this Patty s is quite the little hole in the wall. Buns were soft and buttery, while the burgers had the best flavor. The homemade fries were cooked perfectly and could even get cheese fries which were delicious. Will be back here again for sure.

I highly recommend the Patties burger. This is definitely not a fast food burger. The first bite you could feel the love crafted into this burger. The onion rings were crispy, flaky, and a little bland, but once I dipped them into the Patties sauce, it made all the difference in the world. The service was excellent. I definitely look forward to my next visit.

You have not had the most excellent burger in the MANSFIELD Burleson area until you tried Patty s place. You have the best service. Thankfully the burger roadside sign caught our attention! We both had the Pattties Burger with beef and sausage. It was a nice size and the buns were fresh. The cheese fries were fresh cut and good. I liked how they melted the cheese all over them so each bite had cheese. But the show stopper was the onion rings. Light, crispy and delicious! We will be back. Oh, and hubby approves too!

I usually dont like burgers that much, but I really liked this place! The buns are so freshh, fluffy and soft - very impressed. The meat was also fresh and delicious. I just got a basic cheeseburger and it was better than both Charleys and Kincaid. The Fries were hot, crisp, and homemade, and their secret sauce had a nice kick to it. Amazing burger, very home made, very fresh fixings, the bread was soft, lots of flavor not your average dry burger. The picture doesn t do it justice at all! I devoured it almost then realized I better take a pic. As a true Texan there are times when you just want a good burger. Decided to give Patties a try. Words cannot describe what a hidden gem this place is. You walk in and immediately are greeted by the smell of what you immediately recognize is good meat. 100% Angus. The place is immaculate and then you go to the countertop to order and the people are beyond gracious and friendly. You can stand at the counter and watch them prepare your burger exactly to your specifications and watch your fries grilled too. Then you bite into one of these bad boys and your eyes literally roll back into your head. I cannot put into words the deliciousness that overwhelmed my taste buds with joy and appreciation. Finally! Yall, dont sleep on this place! Stopped today for my first visit ever and could not have been more impressed. The bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly: juicy, well-seasoned, absolutely delicious. The burger was not the best Ive had.... by far....the bold meat seasoning choice is questionable for a mass audience. Its super distinctive so youd either love it or hate it. My preference would be the sides stayed in the frier a little longer. All that being said, they arent trying to be something they are not. The place is simple, not overly done and not trying to be too trendy. The thing that makes this place special though is it really seems to hit the mark as a local favorite. That cannot be undervalued. While we were there, a steady stream of customers came in that appeared to be regulars. Thats great for the community and is giving jobs to what seem like some amazing folks. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back but its not for me and thats kind of the point.

I would have to agree with all of the other positive reviews. This is a one of a kind place with great food and wonderful staff. Patty told us the story of her famous burger and what a treat! Unique artwork and very clean interior are icing on the cake. This is not a fast food joint. Food is prepared fresh, and quality takes some time. Call ahead if you need it fast.

Now this is an experience! For months I have been passing by this place and noticed it said Patties Burgers! Quite catchy I must say. I took a friend of mine in there for lunch last Sunday and noticed from the time that I had gotten out of my truck and took a good smell! I noticed this is the place I want to be. Upon entering and noticing how truly clean the place is assured me I was in the right spot. The wall art is really something with aliens and futuristic burgers on the wall. The couple that was there were very nice and straight up cool. I got a classic and learned quick to get the next one with the house sauce! It is what you want! And you cant have what you want without fresh cut fries! I do like mine with the skins on! Just sayin! but with that said they were absolutely wonderful and cooked to that nice light golden crisp seasoned well. Man that food was good! I strongly recommend this place. I always love a good fresh old school burger. Toasted on the inside only,no grease on the outside crisp with that crunch. Ill be back next week! Hope yall are there too! Rendon needs a burger place like Patties. One of the owners was running the grill when my wife, granddaughter and I went on a Tuesday evening. He took our order and told us how long we could expect it to take. He and I exchanged small talk and he was very personable. The food was great! Onion rings exceeded my expectations. The burgers were perfectly grilled. We will be back.

Fantastic burgers. Only way I can compare it is like having my Dad cook it out on his grill. Super fresh ingredients that make every bite delicious and the fluffy homemade buns are just the cherry on top. Will be my go to place when my Dad doesnt feel like indulging me! Oh, definitely try the fries plain. They are a light, crisp, well seasoned treat unto themselves!
