Absolutely vile and disgusting drive thru. Literally thousands of giants bugs crawling and jumping all over the wall and floor nearby the window. Never such a poorly maintained drive thru so much that I completely lost my appetite and could imagine how many of those bugs are infesting the inside of the restaurant and getting in the food.

We waited a bit, there was a gentleman in front of us. Looked under staffed which is fine. But not one person came to the front to acknowledge us. Or at least we apologize but there is a wait . Instead the girl with a bun on her head, maybe manager on duty? Walks to do some ice creams for drive thru, never checked on the front to say anything. I went to her and asked what the estimated wait time and she quick to say we will get to you soon but with attitude. She is overwhelmed I get it, but with the response I got we just walked out. my husband and I are both managers and customer service was just bad Im sorry. The other guy and her both had faces that showed they didnt want to be there, I wouldnt either being short staffed. I been there but I still put my game face on and take care of the customer. End of day, the customer pays our check.

We came in for dinner and the food was awful!! My burger was super salty and my fries were cold and hard. They had one person running all of front counter as well as making custard for the drive through so Im not sure if she was working that as well. There were flies everywhere as well as dead crickets. I felt sick about halfway through my burger and has to stop eating. Wont ever visit this location again!

We ordered takeout and the order was wrong. The burgers were average at best, very VERY salty and cheap tasting. It s been a few years since I ve had Freddy s and it s painfully obvious that the quality has gone way down. The fries were okay, cheese sauce was cold and tasted like cheap canned cheese sauce. The burgers were put together very sloppily. I m very disappointed in the quality and the overall taste of everything. For the price I was expecting better quality, the meat tasted old and tough with enough salt to kill an elephant. It s obvious that to cover up the poor meat quality, salt is added to disguise the gross taste. I m sad to say that this was my last experience at this establishment.

Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years as I work around the corner. I will say they have gone through some employee changes and rough roads. For the past year now, its been really awful. I went there yesterday and as you can see this is what I got. The woman who took my order was rude and didnt seem like she cared for her job. When I placed my order, I had to repeat myself 4 times because she was interested in doing other things. That would be fine however, I was the only one in the drive-thru. I wouldnt have a issue for this however when I drive away and get a burger slapped in a bag not even close to being together, no napkins, terrible service, and waited for around 10 minutes. I will say Ive had some great experiences from this location. Within the last year, the customer experience has been extremely awful, and the burger I received in the foil bag is a great example of how the customer has been treated over the last year.

I placed an order from Freddys through Door Dash on 8-7-2024. However, I checked my order and realized the top bun and the fry sauce I had requested on the side were missing. I tried calling Freddys multiple times but never received a response. This experience left a terrible first impression. Furthermore, the food was lukewarm when it arrived. I recommend avoiding this establishment due to the poor service. I ended up disposing of the food because I didnt trust it.

I wanted a shake but I didn t realize it was a concrete so a bit disappointed in that, burger was too salty but it tasted good just needs less salt, good pairing with mushrooms though. And cheese curds are really good better than Culver s. Not bad just wish bathroom was more cleaner.

I had not been to a Freddy s since pre-COVID? So, I was talked into going tonight -why not?!! I have to say, from the moment we walked in, the Staff was amazingly friendly, responsive and great attitudes! The food was good, as I remembered, consistent on the portions, quality, presentation and taste. Atmosphere was average, same as every other time I d been in past - but it was clean & stocked We got some dessert to share since it was National Ice Cream Day both vanilla and chocolate custard were silky smooth and delicious - but I say Chocolate for the Win! If you re like me and you haven t been there in a while, great for a quick meal! (Cedar Park, TX location)

July 18....just lost another star today...again....why...lets say it together for the kitchen in the back.... Seems like they have consistent mess ups to where they think customers are trying to pull a fast one. Woman at window forgot our receipt, forgot half of our order. Charged $26 for a single burger(that they also messed up) and fries. Came back less than 10 minutes. She asked multiple times for the receipt but when asked if she could pull it as all we had of proof was our bank statement and empty hands it really seemed of more of a defiance/laziness issue rather than an inability to do so and solve the issue. I mean, how hard is it to believe you messed up, especially if its been multiple errors with a single transaction with one customer. Petty enough, she asked for the messed up burger back vs just saying sorry for this inconvenience

Wanted to share what great customer service we received. We went through the drive through and the new manager, (I feel awful I can t remember her name it started with an M) so kind and attentive. I think great service in such a short transaction is something you don t receive much of these days. The food was great, I got my girls ice cream and they said it was delicious. But mainly the service is was stood out, amazing customer service. This manager created a wonderful atmosphere.

The new manager here is awesome!!! My family eats here several times a month and it s always great, but the last time we were there we noticed they had a new GM. She made sure my family was taken care of and even came to our table and checked on us. The restaurant was clean and the energy there just seemed really positive. The food was fresh and delicious and came out super quick. I would definitely recommend this Freddy s with full confidence.

It took forever to get our food, but it was good when we did. When I mentioned they were out of drink lids and napkins, I was told they had napkins on the other side. We needed a lid for the kids drink and asked again. We had to stand there and watch them restock them before we could have one. The garbage cans were overflowing and nowhere to leave trash or tray. We were told not to speak to the kitchen help as they didnt speak English. Well not be back.

Freddys is one of my favorite smashed burgers. The food is fresh and cooked perfectly. Onion rings are piping hot and crispy. Their customer service is also really good. I am gluten intolerant. The manager re-gloved and made sure he scooped the custard with clean scoops to prevent any cross contamination. He really went the extra mile for me today! Thanks so much!!! Parking: There is plenty of free parking or use the drive-through window. Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu items for kids! I had never been here before but I will be coming back. The young guy that took my order was super sweet, and gave great advice about what to order. It was delicious. To me the fries alone are worth trying this place. They re really good fries and the fry sauce was amazing. The Oreo concrete I got was also incredible. Freddies has to be one of my favorite burger places to eat. The burgers are made fresh. The fries are always small and crispy. The frozen custard is not super sweet like Andys, but very yummy. The customer service is great! And this location has the old fashioned Diner feel to it. My favorite item is the patty melt with grilled onions, I also like to throw on their spicy fry sauce to kick it up a notch. I love the way they grill their patties, they have these thin, crispy edges to them that give it a little more flavor and texture. I dont know how they get their fries so small but they are like shoe string potatoes that are crispy, yummy, and fun to eat. I usually like to order the meal and upgrade my fries to chili cheese fries and they are absolutely bang bang delicious!! And it doesnt cost much more to upgrade either. The frozen custard is great, and so are the milk shakes, so worth the calories ;P. I highly recommend giving this place a try, its very underrated, I enjoy coming here with my family, and were usually never disappointed.

2/16/24 update: I went inside for a late lunch (~3pm). I was warmly greeted by Cahmal. He was very energetic. He took my order and immediately made my malt. My hamburger and fries came out within a minute of getting the malt. The hamburger was hot and delicious. My fries were barely warm Very surprising and unusual for Freddy s. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the burger and malt. Delicious! The young lady taking our order inside the restaurant had a very flat affect. However, the burger and fries are absolutely DELICIOUS and always hot and freshly prepared for your order. Grab a shake with it, too. YUMMMM! The restaurant founder was a veteran. God Bless him!

My first time here and I was lucky enough to meet the owner, Nick. Nick was so wonderful. I was overwhelmed by the menu and he was very helpful! My appetite was all over the place from the black bean burger, to chicken tenders, to a hot dog. The interesting bun had me settle on the hot dog, which was deeeeelicious! I also had their classic burger and a specialty concrete shake. In addition to helping you navigate the menu, Nick also told me about downloading the app for coupons and reward points. We came here for the first time today, August 18th and had dinner. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The team in the kitchen when we picked up our food were also friendly. The burgers were overcooked to the point of being burnt. It made them near gross. They were not very busy, so Im not sure why they got burnt so bad. The fries were good, so that helped. The eating area was nice and clean, but the cold air return vents were nasty disgusting. See pics. They desperately need to be cleaned and most likely all the duct work needs a deep clean. Regardless, Im sure we will return.

I left a review as soon as I drove away. If I could rate any lower than one star, I would. I very plainly stated my order at the drive-thru speaker, where my order was then confirmed to me. I drove up to the window where she quoted the almost-right, but wrong, order to me. I asked her to make sure it was my correct order and she assured me it was. The custard here is wonderful, but the food is subpar and overpriced. The burger patties are Extremely thin, the chicken is dry, both are pretty much tasteless, and the onion rings are greasy. The fries (and fry sauce) are awesome, but theyre so thin that they get cold very fast. Id definitely go back here for a cool treat, but the food was just disappointing. Food was good but man was it overpriced! That was with the $8.50 credit for the free burger promo they have going on. Portion sizes were small and the place looked like it hasn t been cleaned in awhile. Customer service was pretty bad, too and seemed very untrained and disinterested in conversation. The manager just seemed burned out and I felt bad for all of them all around. I don t think I ll be returning when there are so many other burger places around that are more affordable with friendlier staff.

For the most part a nice experience. Except our 3 piece Chicken Tenders had a bad, really bad, grisly fatty strip that was inedible. Burger was good. Fries good. Drinks good. Soft serve good. So 4 Stars. And I am certain if we were not in a hurry the excellent Staff would have corrected it. But, we had an Appt. to keep and went about our way .. So my opinion is Burger, yes! Fries, yes! Chicken Strips, be careful. Over all Go Here.

Our experience here was terrible. They didn t have proper drink lids; they had to use ice cream lids with the huge hole in the top which defeats the entire purpose of the lid. We were offered spicy fries with one meal and did not get spicy fries .why even offer it? Oh and best of all, the double burger we ordered had no meat patties on the burger just vegetables and bread. I tried to call and speak with someone in management but no one answered the phone.

The last two times weve been to Freddys the burgers have bee in inedible. Half raw, saturated in grease to the point the containers disintegrated. No ice in drinks. This place used to be pretty good, not anymore.
