My family and I went in for breakfast and our server forgot to bring us syrup so I asked another server by the name of Nico if he can get us some, He hesitated because he was in our server and sure enough he never brought us our syrup. Nico has poor customer service skills and I feel he needs proper training. For him to ignore me because he wasn t serving me it s just not right. Do better Cracker Barrel

The location I went to seems to be struggling as the dining room has few customers and waitstaff always seems to be newbies. The food was served promptly, was hot and delicious, and I very much enjoyed the chocolate Coca Cola cake that was free to rewards members. My only complaint with CB is the containers are very limited and often unsuitable for leftovers. The waiters say every time that they arent allowed to use containers that are reserved for to-go orders, so my cake which would not fit in a side dish container was taken home in a large styrofoam container. Such a waste and nonsensical. Otherwise I love Cracker Barrel!

Ordered Curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready at 2:20 pm on Thursday 9-12-24 arrived at 2:15 pm and parked, sent arrival notification and sat in the car with my wheelchair bound mother until 2:45 pm when we finally got our order. They were not even busy, approx. 8 or 9 cars in the parking lot.

Disappointed with the food on this visit. We arrived at eleven for an early lunch and my mom s meat loaf was obviously leftovers and very dry. My entree appeared to be leftovers as well. Walked in for a late breakfast, not busy at all. At least 6 tables in my area still had dirty dishes on them. Floor was filthy. Place continues to go downhill. Shame. By far the best experience all year!! My family and I came here on a Sunday expecting a long wait. We were told 15 mins but was seated in 2 mins. My waitress Omega was PHENOMENAL!! I loved her wonderful smile as well as her honesty and knowledge on the top best foods. Everyone at my table had no complaints on the food. Everything was freshly made, very juicey and tasty. With all the food received the price was so unexpectedly reasonable. I really enjoyed my visit and definitely loved Omega and the excellent customer service she provided us. We will be back. I highly recommend the Homestyle Chicken. Extremely juicey and flavorful.

When ever in the Houston area on business, we always come to this particular restaurant, everyone knows us. Its like going to a familys gathering. Parking: If you happen to have just your truck, or RV there is an easy enough place to park and get there off the street. You do park straight into the back area of the store/restaurant, but then its just as easy to get back out, once youre done.

Besides the fact that I just notice is cracker barrel and not crackle barrel..I love this place, is so homey and not bank account friendly. It never fails, your stomach comes out bigger and your wallet smaller. Food is really good, the berry French toast bake is MMMMM...and I love all the holiday themes..even if they put Halloween stuff in july..is all good..still bought it..lol The waiters/waitress are so welcoming and nice, never rude. I really like their personalized aprons. Is nice to know the person apart from just a server. I love the breakfast, but not happy with the pricing. The will charge for any substitution on your order, we ended up paying almost $20 for a plate of 2 eggs and hash brown, paid $39.89 for 2 plates and 1 orange juice. Update 7/28 - WORST SERVICE EVER! Where do I start? Being served lukewarm water, waiting to syrup for pancakes for 20 minutes, waiting on 1 order that never came because they kept messing it up . Spoke to a manager (Eli) and not once were we offered an apology, we were told they were short staffed but everyone was being served accordingly, that the ice machine had mold yet drinks with ice kept coming out, ANOTHER SERVER CAME OUT TO OFFER US ICE WATER yet there s mold in the machine ?? My family and I were there on 10/25 to have a late breakfast and were served by the most wonderful server around. She was very nice, attentive and always had a smile on her face behind the mask. Cierra made the whole experience a whole lot better, kudos to her, she deserves a raise!

The staff from Greeters - Seaters - Wait-Staff are friendly, polite & efficient. The service was fast and available. The taste was spot-on!! Thanks, Crew!! I ordered breakfast curbside ONLINE, arrived, checked in via curbside text link, no one brought food. I went inside , I spoke to a woman at register, explained why I was there . Was quickly interrupted by a young guy that said Ummm we AREN T doing to go orders! ( this a day after hurricane ) I said well your website accepted my order & took my money , so I need to get my money back. He radioed manager , and looked back at the other woman and said we are doing to go orders. He never addressed me with that reply. Then he looked up and sees a fellow coworker , smiles and starts flapping hands and happily runs to her saying , oh my god !! And hugs her. Then returns to counter , as he passes I ask well can you find out how long it will be so I know where to wait ? ( store or car?) he snarls his face up at me and said we are running 30-40 min behind!! Then he snatches up a phone and goes back to helping at register. I told the other woman , that he was rude. She apologized for the miscommunication and I assured her it was not HER fault. I turned and went to the car. A short time after, my food arrives to car. I told that young lady that the guy at register was rude and handled that situation poorly ! She apologized and I told her also , not your fault but I will definitely make a report about how he treated me. This is not acceptable anytime, whether we are dealing with aftermath of a Hurricane or not ! He had no idea what MY situation was and what I was dealing with , and I certainly did NOT need to be treated the way he treated me. Parking: Curbside parking in very front is helpful. It was on side of building but moved.

We love eating at cracker Barrel. But sometimes their food is not up to the standards we are used to receiving from cracker Barrel. For example, we ate there last Saturday. I ordered the catfish, and it wasnt good. The catfish was like I was eating catfish crackling. My mother ordered the famous hashbrown casserole it was very salty. My mother couldnt eat it. This is not the standard for cracker Barrel. I would know I have been eating here for over 25 years. I know they have new cooks, but they need to get on the same page. Cracker Barrel is great about making your order right . One last thing they have their ceiling fans running even in wintertime. If they sit you under the fans, and you get cold from the air, some managers will turn the ceiling fan off of you. Then you have some of the managers that will not turn the fan off. They give you a lie like corporate said we cant turn the fan off. We are talking about one fan they refused to accommodate us. Not the service we are used to. Cracker Barrel need to get all their managers on the same page cause there is no unity. Without unity, you will not stand. Like I said, were been going to cracker Barrel for a long time, and it was great. I know it can be that way again. Just be consistent with product, service, and policy. Parking: Cracker Barrel is off of Garth rd. And I10 and there are plenty of parking spaces. Including handicap parking. Kid-friendliness: Cracker Barrel is jud friendly and has a kid menu section. Have high chairs for the babies and booster seats for the toddlers. They have little games on the table. Wheelchair accessibility: You wont have any problems finding a ramp or wheeling them to the table.

Ordered curbside online . Got there, and they assured us everything was there . Needless to say, everything wasnt there . Git the Southern Fried Chicken, and the two sides werent there . I just wanted to let you know the waitress had a very bad attitude. We set at the table for 10 minutes without anyone coming up to ask us what we wanted to drink. When the waitress arrived and asked us what we like to drink, she left with annoyed attitude. When she came back with our coffee, the coffee jug was almost empty. She opened in front of us and reluctantly served us what was left. The rest of our experience won t matter after that. She changed her attitude when we were up bout to leave. Finally she gave us a small smile.

Excellent experience, authentic southern food, the service is excellent and the incredible environment feels like you are in a museum. and the food was very delicious. The downside is the waiting time for a table to be available, but this is understandable due to the high demand.

Very bad services since they have checked us in on the waiting list for around 20 minutes but then we had waited 30 minutes and was told that our name wasnt on the list and we need to have our name get on the waiting list again. Thats ridiculous. The manager should have handle the situation more professional and reasonable rather than told us to get back on the waiting list again (long waiting line). We supported your restaurant almost every week and this is how your restaurant treated us. We are very disappointed and will definitely stopped going there. Your restaurant isnt the only one in town, if your people make a mistake, oks accept and fix it. Dont blame on the system that got malfunction and make us accept your mistake. Very unprofessional and rude.

Lacey with her smile & great service, made up for the things that went wrong with our dinner, they were really busy that evening, really no fault of hers, that the dinners were cold, the sirloin we ordered to go was tuff, cold & a manager had a miserable attitude on several levels. But Lacey with her dedication to her job and her wonderful smile made it all better. Im sure it was just a frustrating night for all, but you cant let a busy restaurant make your attitude so unbecoming to others, to us that saw you. We as customers, dont deserve that. The fact the manager had it was brought to our attention, was bad for business. So a big Shout out to our waitress Lacey .. Skylender C really made my meal experience WONDERFUL!!! TBH I wasnt expecting much I just asked the host not to seat me in the Karen section as Karens stress me out. Luckily I was seated in Skylenders section and had a wonderful time due in major part to being taken care of like I was family. (The good part of the family not the ones you try to dodge at the family reunion) Just one of many examples of how much he actually cared, when I let him know that I wanted unsweetened iced tea with a lot of ice he asked me if he could bring an extra glass of ice for me which was a great suggestion! What a cool person! The location is close to I-10 and Garth road in Baytown.

Didn t make it to the table !! Hostess would not seat us down at a table for two that was not crowded by other tables with lots of people. He wanted us to sit at a table that was 3 away from a table on one side and about 12 away from a table on the other side. And those Two tables and the one behind it. Where flaxes out with people. Way to crowded and no room. We will never go back.

My first visit at a Cracker Barrel establishment and it was horrific. We were greeted by a gentleman at the door and he took down my boyfriend s name Jesus and we were told we d receive a text and they d call the name when we were ready. Great. We waited over 30 minutes and received no text and never heard the name Jesus so we went to check and the hostess gave horrible attitude to my boyfriend when she said she called his name on the speaker a few times (probably when we heard JOSE and not JESUS and we never received a text.) After waiting another 5 minutes, we hear over the mic Jose party of 2 and we had to walk inside and tell her she s calling the wrong name so we don t know if it s us and she had the nastiest attitude toward me snd my boyfriend. Condescendingly and sarcastically says to the second hostess this is JOSE and they need to be seated. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and I never once said anything rude. She was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and I never got a visit from one to my table. If this is the kind of treatment Cracker Barrel gives their guests then this is the first and last time I spend money here. The food was average. Biscuits are the reason I gave two stars. The place is jam packed though. Please go to The Toasted Yolk instead!!
