Misleading service package, paid like crazy for the terrible service from front desk and service staff (exception is the lady at the bar). Hired place for a birthday event for 8 kids and service was atrocious with birthday package not even having a table cloth in our birthday package and us begging for plates and spoons. No water was even provided and credit card payments are charged 3.99% service fees! funny part was that the lady who was attending the bar was more sympathetic and tried her best to help us rather the person who were assigned this task! Do not recommend as kids were highly disappointed with service where they were told to wait 30 min or more to finish games included in package and then we decided to leave as lot of people were coming in and it was a chaos. This place needs serious revamp from customer service point! Will give zero stars if given an option.

Alex was really rude to us and his workers the worker told us to clean out guns because shots were accidentally fired in the barrel cover in the range he was very rude and unprofessional to the workers and the guns were bad there would be times where they wouldn t shoot I would definitely ask for a refund.

I enjoyed my experience. The lady who helped me and my group check-in on Sunday, September 15 around 4pm was super nice and helpful. She greeted us at arrival and said goodbye as we were leaving. The guys who got us geared up and playing were detailed and helpful as well. They were attentive and made sure everyone knew to be safe and had a good time. Even though the Miniball balls still hurt on impact, they definitely didn t hurt as bad as paintballs and the little ones were able to enjoy a game with no problems. I especially like that my clothes didn t get stained from paint. I highly recommend Miniball at AGR Sports.

Rude staff and highly inexperienced. Long wait times even when it s not busy. Way over priced. There are better paintball places in Houston. Only reason they have high reviews is because they give you free paintballs in the park if you scan the QR code, all of them are fake compared to the experience you receive.

Sarai helped us upfront and checked on us frequently, very hospitable. Mr. An assisted the children with the gear, he was very patient and made sure safety was the first priority. We came here as a family of 5 for some indoor fun to beat the heat and rain showers. Im not sure we will be back as a family. We were scheduled for a 3pm laser tag, and got delayed because another group kept being allowed to play beyond their time. We went and did our 30 minute axe throwing while we waited instead. That was fun, but Id never been to one without sensors. On this, its just a projector and you do your own clicks. When we finally got to laser tag, the room was tiny. I expected better with how big the other fields are. Each time we went to the bar, it was almost a 10 minute wait just to get non-alcoholic drinks. They had one person working the bar, and she was busier just dishing out buckets of Gatorade for parties. The service NEEDS to be improved. Its a cool place, but the waiting and being shifted around really dampened the experience.

I recently visited this paintball place, and I cant say enough good things about it! From start to finish, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Marcello, our guide and host for the day, made all the difference. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, ensuring that everyone in our group had a blast. The fields were well-designed with a variety of layouts and obstacles, catering to both beginners and seasoned players. The equipment was in great condition, and safety was clearly a top priority, which put everyone at ease. Marcello went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and having a great time. He gave us useful tips and even joined in the fun, making the day even more memorable. His energy and passion for paintball are contagious! Z at the bar was impeccable. The service is quite literally second to none. The familiarity with the menu, the friendliness and welcoming, as well as a cherry on top entertainment factor. My party ordered maybe 40 drinks and she was excellent for each and every one of them. Even gave us suggestions for better drinks. Princess was also an extremely wonderful addition to the night. Kind and informative, as well as patient and helpful because we were a larger group. I see why she is one of the first people you see when you come in. Ensures you will enjoy your time here. Z and Princess are phenomenal members and I can almost guarantee that my experience would not have been as fantastic without them. There was a member of the staff that did make my experience less than perfect but I ll refrain from naming the individual.

Took my son there this summer to play air soft. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was very clean. Friday 08/09/2024 Rented the main stage, tables, and the indoor field rooms for nerf wars. Birthday party for kiddos. First off, this facility is huge! Plenty of room to accommodate any size party from a few to a few dozen. There is also axe throwing, pool tables, and a bar in the back; run by an amazing woman who was very nice and very attentive to our needs. Which leads me to our exceptional experience from the staff. From the owner to the guys maning the paintball equipment to the girl answering the phones, everyone was very friendly and very ready to help any way they could. I can only apologise to their ears for some of the songs that were sung by ambitious kiddos! Oh, and the food was really tasty as well. Pizza, fried pickles, fries, standard late night fare but very well done. I want to come back just to try out more of the menu. I can honestly say we had a fantastic time and I hope this place gets super busy all the time because we need this place in Katy! Clean, safe, friendly, I highly recommend you check this place out!

It was fun even for first-timers and kids. We only did the axe throwing but the person who checked us in and gave us the run-down was fantastic. The instruction we received and the ability to switch digitally between different types of games (tic tac toe, zombies, bullseye target, etc.) kept it fun throughout our time. We liked being able to switch to the ninja star when our arms got tired too. Well be back!

This place is not worth it. Me and my family were looking for a fun activity to do over the weekend. We decided on this place, that looks kid friendly and like a fun time. We got seated and waited about 20 minutes to be served for drinks. Once a server came over, the service was horrible. They were disrespectful, had a horrible tone, and had horrible customer service overall. We got served our food, which also took an hour and a half to come out. By time the food came out, we didn t even have an appetite.The food was cold, and not good. Not only was this inconvenient of our time, but i would never recommend this place to anyone. Had our company party there, we ordered food in advance. We had well over 50 people. They literally brought small pan pizzas 15-20 mins at a time. That fed 2 people maybe. Then they started to bring out wings. Again, by the dozen approximately every 15-20 mins. They brought out salad which also went by fast. It was so slow and so many people were not eating, we had numerous people leave to get food. It was not a good experience and the food was terrible. To make matters even worse, knowing how many people were scheduled to come, they placed 1 bartender at the bar. Sadly, she didn t even know how to make whiskey and water. It was a disaster and awful experience. Never again. If I could rate a 0, I would.

We came to this place on a whim and had a blast! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were good for an entertainment center. Maria was a huge help and made our experience a 10/10. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend the axe throwing.

I had a blast axe throwing here! The staff was so nice and gave us step by step instructions on how to throw the axe. Maria was really sweet and the entire staff showed us nothing but kindness. I would definitely come again!

My son and I really enjoyed the activities, and the sports at AGR! Maria at the front desk was very polite, knowledgeable about the sports offered and professional. I would love to give a party for my son at AGR. I gave AGR 5 stars!

I ll tell yall what this place was fricking amazing!!! Our first time (date night) and everyone was very welcoming. It started with the reception desk being very nice shout out to them they re super awesome. Once we arrived to the bar Z was spot on and she knew exactly what she was doing. I 100% recommend this place and if you re looking for a nice date night this is the SPOT TO BE IN KATY!!!!

This place has me in the middle. So here goes another mixed review - the actives available are paintball shooting, orby shooting and nerf ball shooting games, about 8 arcade games, pool tables, and axe throwing. Ill start with the positive areas. The bar in the back is great. They have different drink specials daily, and the female bar tender with dreds is wonderful. If I didnt speak with her today, this review would be 100% negative. The short Caucasian man with a heavy accent in front is rude and frankly should stay away from the register if he does not like customer service. He may be the owner or manager because his attitude was like he didnt care about anything and no one could or would reprimand him. The axe throwing is a rip-off. However, the pool table and arcade are reasonably priced. The main attraction is shooting games, which is close to a monopoly since its the only place around this katy area of its kind. I will say this now and check back in a year. If this company does not work on customer service and fix a few things, they will be closed in 12 months.

This was our first time and it was awesome! Me and my 2 sons age 4 and 6, they loved it. There first laser tag and it didn t disappoint. We didn t do the nerf war or axe throwing but we ll be back with mom. They have food and beers too!
