The administrative team is absolutely amazing. All I had was a question about my immigration status and I did not know where to find the answer for it. I called the Daniel Stewart firm to see if I can make an appointment with a lawyer but they were backed up for months. My husbands case is still in process however I wanted to note how my Legal Assistant Victor is TOP NOTCH! when you first meet him, he is very professional and the way he had things in his office that help him be organized really impressed us. That does say a lot! We have been waiting almost a year now but that is due to USCIS processing times. Very happy with their work, I already received my residency, very correct in the dates, I started my process in December 2021 and my application was submitted in January 2022 and by March of that same year I got the appointment for the fingerprints and from there on Adeante told me that if I didnt get my residency by the end of the year it would arrive in 2023 and thats how it was, my work permit arrived in February and days later my permanent residency arrived so I recommend it 100%.. thanks Daniel Stewart and His entire team is very friendly.

My English not being perfect at all, I asked my fiancé to find a lawyer who speaks French to be more comfortable in our discussions and not to be lost in the process, like a miracle we found Daniel Stewart. I do not regret at any time my meeting with him and his more than adorable and understanding team. In America everything is so hard and stricter compared to France, you can quickly feel helpless, stressed, anxious. I am a very anxious person and I admit that the whole process of doing my Green Card on a scale of 1 to 10 stress I placed myself at 10. Daniel Stewart and his assistant Karina Cupples were a great support to me, strength and gentleness combined, a perfect match. Daniel reassures you and shows you that he is an attacker, that he will do everything for you and that he will be there to protect you until the end. Karina always responded to our emails and was very reassuring, she took the time to answer all our questions. It takes a long time to get your papers, we got our provisional papers 9 months after our request and 3 days later we had an appointment with the migration service, so be patient and try not to be paranoid, everything is normal. In any case I advise you 200% Daniel, believe me that he is more than human, listens to you sincerely, takes the time to understand you. He was my immigration lawyer in a pardon case. I was already going to be deported and the lawyer prepared the pardon application for me. He processed everything necessary, together with the lawyer Jacob, they helped my wife and my family to process everything necessary for my pardon and In one week, Lawyer Stewarts Office obtained the pardon and I was able to leave and retain my residence with a path to citizenship. In December 2015, before hiring Daniel Stewart, I had hired a very well rated but expensive attorney in Austin for my citizenship. I was turned down the first time and charged another $8,500 for appeal. They asked 50% before and 50% at completion. The whole time she made me feel uncomfortable. Finally, I received my citizenship on September 11, 2017. Yeah! Then, in November 2017, my girlfriend ended up overstaying her Visa after traveling back and forth from France. We decided she should go back to France because we thought it was the right thing to do. However, my Austin lawyer made me feel like an idiot and that it would cost more than $15,000 to fix (with 50% down) and that she couldnt return until it was all resolved. Also that I would have to prove personal and business hardships like almost having to be put in a mental hospital and inability to work. My future wife and I decided to call the consulate and ask for a recommendation. We received a listing of attorneys that speak French, so we started contacting them. When we spoke with Daniel Stewart, he was immediately comforting. He provided a listing of expenses to fix our problems which were about one-third cheaper, including a more than reasonable monthly payment plant. A total follow-up from staff to the attorney was always available including good communication by both phone and e-mail. I always heard that attorneys were thieves, but this gentleman is honest, professional, and very reliable. Daniel Stewart is located in Dallas and flew to San Antonio for our interview. He was instrumental in getting green cards for both my girlfriend and her son in less than a year. He is our lifesaver and I would recommend Daniel Stewart to my friends, family, and anybody that needs an immigration attorney.

This man is a beast! I caught a felony drug charge and dwi while on daca and I had gone to over 6 different attorneys to try to renew it. All of them told me it was impossible and that my daca was gone forever. I ended up running into a client of his in court by coincidence and told me he had helped him get his daca with the exact same charges as mine. First of all, Mr. Stewart helped me with all of my immigration matters till Ive got my green card. I found him when i was desperate and disappointed. My previous attorney almost destroyed my case. When I was looking everywhere to find a good attorney because I didnt want to make one mistake twice (I met with maybe 10 attorneys in DFW area up to Houston) I met with Mr. Stewart last and I discussed my case with him, he carefully red my case then he accepted it while my previous attorney was threatening me to sue me (by the way, I never understood for what) and Mr. Stewart stood up for me until my previous attorney backed off. At the beginning Mr. Stewart undid all the damages that were done by my previous attorney and he put me in the right path till Ive got everything I deserve. To discribe him: He is super smart, knows every corner of the law, does everything in his clients benefit, very ethical, very responsible with very fair price and more important he always respond very quickly. Since the first time that he took my case and won, if i have any problem related to immigration i just send him an email and ask him what should I do and he tells me what should I do and how much it cost and i give him my credit card and its done. I never follow up with him or anything like that and after a while he send me an email and says congratulation, you got that. He chose his profession wisely because his vocation is helping people. Thanks to him I am now a US citizen, a dream I never thought I could reach. In the process, he educated me about the system, answered every question (no matter how many times I asked the same thing), and helped calm my anxiety. The loyal that I just to have told me that my case was nothing to do about that the only thing I had to do was going back to my country but thanks goodness I find the person that just to have my case before and he was working with Daniel Stuart and they told me that on my case there is 90% to solve the problem in here wish make me really satisfied and the loyal that I just to have roll Perez change me more that 5 thousand dollar and he STOP my case for 3 years and the only thing he did was put the aplication and that was for 5 thousand dollar
