The food is absolutely fantastic but I can t afford to come back. You have to pay for french fries whether you want them or not. Two cheeseburgers with mandatory fries, one with extra cheese (extra .75 cents) was $28 dollars! We didn t even have drinks. Food and service amazing. Price way out of my budget range.

Overall not the best experience. As a mom, the child menu is very limited and not great options. They aren t flexible with adding and removing ingredients from anything and I was told we don t have a way to charge that . I was never offered a high chair for my 20mo old son. Food is nothing special. I was expecting more for the price Oh and I was charged a refill for my child s fountain drink that I was unaware of and not listed in the menu.

My experience as a 1st time customer not good. My order was taken wrong got an extra meal that I did not want and when I brought it to the cashier s attention the meal cost was $13 off I got a $3off and I was told to skip tip when I paid with my card I did not have an option to choose my tip choice. Not coming back for sure again. Of and by the way I got charge for a fountain drink refill

We were looking for a place to eat lunch and Big Ribs Burgers came up as open for lunch on a Sunday. My wife had a patty melt with added mushrooms and fries. I had the Bacon Swiss Avocado burger with tater tots. Both were amazing and we will definitely be back. Our waitress was friendly and explained the menu since it was our first time.

I gotta give it to the owner this evening I order take out for my husband and I myself and everything was fantastic I did have a small issue with my Order I called them up just to notify them about the error I didn t want my order remade but for the owner to be aware of the issue . He insisted I go in and he would make it right for me I was beyond grateful he was persistent in redoing my salad for me and making himself. My family and I have always loved this place and we will definitely be back soon either to dine in or take out gotta got try out this place if you haven t you won t be disappointed.

My friend had the avocado bacon swiss patty melt wrapped in lettuce and tater tots. It was very tasty. The service was excellent and our meals were served quickly which was a surprise because it was during busy lunch time. I had a cheeseburger and onion rings. It was good. They close at 9 PM and we walk in at 8:58 expecting to hear, Sorry were closed. I apologized and said we understood if too late. They jumped in and asked us to have a seat. Good food. It is a quaint little spot in the middle of Kyle that has some good burgers. The portion size was generous and the service was top notch. The burgers were nice and tasty. Would definitely come here again. I also love the sports bar atmosphere they have going on. They have all sorts of neat posters all over the walls and quirky decorations all over the place.

The food here is delicious but watch your money. They advertise that they give a 3% credit card fee discount for cash, but the cash price is actually higher. The burger was good but the fries were terrible. Like others have said, it seems like everything was prepared from fozen packages. So its overpriced for what you are getting. To top it off when you are at the cashier they add a 3% non cash surcharge if you pay by card. That just feels so scammy. Just put the real prices on the menu.

Per our usual, we found this place on Google, and that was lunch. The young lady that was our server was amazing. She worked her butt off and took very good care of us. We had a burger, Philly, and bacon Swiss avocado burger. The burgers were all on point. They were frozen patties. However, they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just as well. We also tried three different sides, fries, swetpotato fries, and onion rings. We were all very disappointed in the onion rings, which were not worth the upcharge. Again not fresh, frozen, but had no flavor and undercooked. The fries were great. Cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Nice little place.

I have wanted to try Big Rob s Burgers for a while and I was not disappointed! The meat was fresh, the bacon was crisp (not overcooked!) and the burger was delicious. This is a nice little spot tucked away in a corner. Its cute inside they have a couple of tvs. They have put in some booths, so that was nice and comfy to sit at just two people. The fries are seasoned and have good flavor a bit salty for me but overall good taste. The burger was delicious, nice and juicy.

Some of the best burgers in town! We went at 6 on a Friday night and it wasn t packed. Service was quick. I had the bacon Swiss avocado burger. SO GOOD! Fries are well seasoned. Kids menu has only three options, but they are kids usual choices. Sweet tea has the perfect amount of sweetness. Atmosphere is awesome. Good burgers but terrible service . First visit I asked the difference between a chicken sandwich and chicken fried sandwich and waitress didn t know. CheeseBurger was good so I tried it again. Service was just as rude and slow. I was underserved fries in a to go order. Lady was not happy to try to please me with more fries with a smile on. I rechecked the order and nothing changed. Came back to edit this- WISH I COULD GIVE YOU NEGATIVE STARS!!! Check out the most recent menu according to the manager on duty last night. Look at the menu price and then look at my receipt. Every single item is priced higher on my receipt then their menu claims the price is. 50 cents here, 29 cents there no consistency. Just price gouging like no one is going to catch on. All of these prices were entered in before she even knew how I was paying- so you can t tell me it s a credit card fee. Such a huge disappointment- shop local my behind. They re robbing their community!!! Been a long time regular until tonight. Called to place my order and the lady on the phone told me I couldn t get what I wanted. A chicken fried steak with double potatoes. She told me they can t give me double mashed potatoes because it overwhelms them. So fine I order it as it comes. Go to pick up my food and the bill for 4 people came to $81. The menu on their Facebook page is not accurate. The prices are wrong and the listing for what their plates come with is wrong. I called back telling them I did not receive my side salad for my steak dinner and she told me they don t do that either. Carolina was not pleasant and frankly pretty rude for being the one in charge. She made zero apology and had no empathy for the customer. If you re going to run a business- at least have all you menus and socials updated instead of having false information. Won t be returning. They were great years ago when they cared about their customers- but they definitely went downhill in the last year. I ll eat at other local places.

Ive had most every burger from all around these parts, and anytime I decided to rate anything it usually hits a B-tier at the very least. That being said, Big Robs Burgers by far has some of the best tasting burgers around. My only beef (pun intended) is that its a little pricey.. but one taste lets you know why. The food is phenomenal in taste and portion. the staff is kind and courteous, and the tables and floors are clean. Big Robs Burgers is an A-tier eatery, with S+ Food. Its one of the 2 places Ive ever deemed worthy of the highest praise I can think of. (Just so Im clear, I grade anything this scale: F,C,B,A,S,S+) Thank you for some of the best burgers Ive had in years. If you care for what I tried, try the bacon cheeseburger.

Chicken fried steak was good and Texas toast was buttery love it but over priced for 2 items $13. Texas Philly was way over priced almost $14 with onion rings . There was hardly no meat on it, it came on Texas toast with mayonnaise no cheese it was not good. Not going back first impression is everything

Eaten there twice. First time I ordered a burger and second time I ordered the BLT. The burger was delicious but service took more than an hour between the time I ordered and the burger making it to my table. It took me 20 minutes to check out while waiting at the front desk to pay. Completely unorganized and SLOOOWWWWW moving staff. The second was a take out order, and again it took more than an hour to make a BLT and chicken fried steak meal. Then upon opening the food containers, there were some components of the meals missing (ex: the gravy for the fried chicken steak, sauces for the fries, utensils and napkins, etc.).

They change The Onion rings and theyre not good anymore at all. They used to be breaded and crunchy and delicious. These latest ones are battered and overcooked and not nearly as delicious I was very disappointed. The Burger is still good but half of the reason Im going there for The Onion rings and thats kind of ruined now

Aside from the fried pickles, which are overpriced, the food is not worth going back, especially at $14 and up per burger. I decided to meet the wife and kids here when our original plans changed, as we are new to the area. Simply put, we were greatly disappointed. The price made me expect some gourmet burger but they were more like fast food quality. I prefer Dans, Whataburger, or any other burger place, cheaper or not. Sparing the details, the wait staff was also below average with service, options are lacking, and my server didnt know what I meant when I asked for utensils for my kids. Speaking of kids, the kids meals reminded me of something we get from the frozen food section of Sams or Costco. For a family of five (one baby), we did not expect to spend $65+ for two kids meals, two burgers, an appetizer (fried pickles), and no drinks.

I was excited to take my husband here tonight. I ordered chicken fried chicken. Rise and Shine burger. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and my food was ice cold. Mash potatoes, corn and over cooked Chicken Fried Steak cold. My hubbies fries were burnt cold and old. Not worth the $38 plus $5 tip. The worst place with outrageous prices. I could of gone to another place. The place doesn t have a crowd. It s dead. They are robbing the community in Kyle. I was so excited then very disappointed. Never again. Sad that our own community robbing from the very people that live in the community. I am sure they cater to the community because not too many places to eat in that area except Spicy Bites and Sonic. . You can fool me once but never twice. Plus No freaking HOT Sauce. They want to charge me for .98 cent for Buffalo sauce.

Our first visit to Robs we walked in, it was very laid back and casual kind of a sports bar feel as they have flat screens everywhere..without all the testosterone and more food focused even though they do offer beer . Waitress was super friendly and had great suggestions . The mozzarella sticks, HUGE burgers, fries, & crispy tots were excellent and affordable. We will definitely be back to try out more of the menu items!

I got the patty melt and a side of rings. The patty melt was pretty darn tasty. The rings were about as perfect as they could be. Giant rings with real onion rings, not a shredded onion circle. They were fried to perfection. The rings were not greasy. They were crisp and the inner onion was cooked so that you bite through without pulling the rest of the onion out and having it slap down on your chin.
