GREAT TIME!!! Girls/Date night fun! This location doesnt serve alcohol or fountain drinks. Bar type food, mini arcade area, and great race track photo opportunities. Really enjoyed K1 and will return to this location and try out the other one!

I recently planned a sorority sisterhood event at K1 Speed, and we rented out the entire venue it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensure everything ran smoothly. The go-karts were so much fun, and the competition brought out everyone s inner racer. The facility was clean, well-organized, and the employees were friendly, professional, and made sure we had an amazing time. I highly recommend K1 Speed for any group event we couldn t have asked for a better experience!

I had an amazing time at K1 Kart Racing! My friends and I had an absolute blast, and it was such a great way to kick off my birthday week. The facility is spacious and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot for some high-speed fun. A special shoutout to the staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience. To top it all off, they surprised me with a free race as a birthday treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I cant recommend K1 Kart Racing enough! I hate this place. I have been waiting to be able to ride with my cousin in the adult races bc he s too tall for the junior and I ve always been to short for the adult. We get there and we fleck to see if Im tall enough to race and u reach just over the line. We start paying but a guy sitting legit across from the height requirement already determined that I was too short. I thought that was unfair and asked to just try sitting in the adult cart. They guy wasn t having it but eventually let me and even thought I was able to reach and push the pedals they still didn t let me race and since it was after 8pm they weren t doing any more junior races so I couldn t race whatsoever. I am extremely pissed off at that I met all the requirements but I was still denied

I did not have the best experience here. It was my first time here and let me tell you Henry was extremely rude and there was no reason to be, Henry also wasn t the only one that was rude, it was other staff members. BEWARE if you are an adult that is 5 0 and weights 100lbs, they called me out to the side to see if I could fit in an adult kart, some guy said in an extremely rude way get in even with the extensions and added seat I didn t reach and then he said it in an extremely rude manner get out . A girl in my group was the same height as me and she was able to get in, there was another girl, different group, the same size as me and yet they still got on ?!?! It does not make sense as to why I could not get on and they can. There is a sign by the entrance and bathroom that says the minimum height for adults and kids, I was well above the minimum height for adults, and I thought I was good to go and since I didn t reach then shouldn t the sign be changed? I felt extremely targeted and didn t understand as to why other could and I couldn t.

So normally we go to Andrettis in Grandscape but decided to try K1 because its much closer. I have to say there are alot of differences between the two but K1 really is awesome. The karts here are much faster and took more skill to run. I was definitely surprised at how much more fun I had. My son was racing juniors and he absolutely loved it. The system had a glitch and the workers went way beyond to make sure he knew how he did and even credited him another race to make up for it. That meant alot to me that they cared about the racers and it wasnt just another race for them. If you want to have alot of fun and Karting is on your agenda I Wholeheartedly recommend you try K1. And maybe me or the little one will see you on the track.

Good for indoor gokarting. The loop was small but the maintenance is good! But they allow to complete the 12 loops if you are the fastest racer if you are beginner or intermediate driver then you will not get the 12 loops which is not fair in my opinion and not worthy of money. We have better go kart tracks which provide good number of laps and time for the same price

I went here, July 14th. There were several issues with this facility. #1, they didn t separate ages per race, I cant tell you how many times I come around a corner and there were children going 10mph with 3 people coming full speed behind them. #2 there were countless times where the karts stalled, and not like they slowed them down because of someone spinning out (which by the way they allowed people who were spinning out and causing accidents to stay on the track after several times) but because they literally didn t have power no matter how hard you pressed the gas. #3 I spent $130 for 2 people to do two races which were interrupted several times and genuinely frustrating. I would have rather went somewhere else which is the same price, better karts, better drivers, better track and better management

The place is very cool, the problem is that there are people there with their own helmets and they get into the races without being called and they want to drive like professionals or maybe they go to practice there, if it is supposedly a place to have fun, they are the ones who They cause disaster and hit peoples cars so much that they dont even know how to turn them around. They are kids around 15 years old who think they are professionals and make people feel unsafe when driving.

Nice place to enjoy indoor karting with arcade games. It feels little expensive to me as they sell you membership for a year per person. Also, go karting prices are on higher side. Overall karting is fun here, arcade games seem secondary business within this place. Pool table is good alternative but have to buy gaming card to play!

A race is 12 laps BUT only for one person in the race. They stop the race after the first person completes their 12th lap. It is pretty much a scam. Each driver should be able to complete the 12 laps they paid for.

Upon booking a group. I was given a different time than what was put on my email. Also, told her it was for kids and she put it for adults. When we arrived, the staff had no idea it was for kids which they said the cars would have to charge the cars. The staff accommodated rhe group. They said if it wouldve been on a weekend, it wouldve been a different story. I appreciate their help because the kids had a blast. This was at the Richardson location. Thanks team! I enjoy going to K1, but wont be visiting this location again. The employees that were in charge of the races were very rude, unhelpful, and kept marking snarky remarks. They obviously didnt want to be there or enjoy their jobs as they kept complaining about how much longer they had left. Didnt appreciate that kind of service at all... why are you working at a place you dont want to be at and ruining the experiences of customers there? Very unprofessional.

I was just a walk-in customer after finding the company online. I was pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, considering I was the first and only customer in there that day. The track is a good length and you get 12 laps each race, and the cars are pretty powerful for being so small. I will definitely be back when I need that rush again!

The go karts were fun but so expensive. It costed our group of 6, $380.00 for two races. That was not the worst part though. On our first race these two adults were added to our group for the race. One guy thought that his reputation or lives were at stake on the race. He ran into three of us at full speed causing accidents. A day later two of us are still in pain. These go karts travel at speeds of over 40 MPH which is fun but dangerous as well. The staff gives a safety brief and stresses how you can be kicked out for unsafe driving but does not enforce it. When our race was done all we asked is that the guy not be allowed to race with our group on our next race as he was extremely reckless and could get someone seriously hurt. Staff responded that they would try but could not guarantee as if it was a major inconvenience on a slow day.

We went here tonight and last night. A common theme is the workers do not want to be there and it s not a secret. Last night was fine for the most part. Tonight, however, was not. They were trying to push all the races out as fast as they could so all 5 guys on the floor could sit and watch the game on tv. Yes I signed a waiver for two 16 year olds but that is only valid if the workers are using their better judgement and not just trying to get everyone done so they will leave. The guy running the go karts at the gate flat out told this old reckless man to not hit my teen girls while racing. What did that man proceed to do? Hit the teen girls. He should not have been included in that race and they knew it. The next race they have the girls driving with like 6-7 adult men who were absolutely too aggressive for them to have been added to that race. I even questioned the guy are you seriously having my two girls drive with all these wild men? He said yeah I am I bought 6 races tonight and it wasn t really worth it. Also, STOP ADVERTISING GLOKART FRIDAYS if the location never turns on the LEDs and lowers the lights. We put the helmet cameras on both girls and I filmed the entire thing in case anyone wanted proof of the group driving conditions. When we left no one was on the floor. All 5 guys were sitting on the couch watching the game. That s all they cared about and still had 2 hours of work to go and we were the last people in there. We heard the woman counting the till say that it was a 1400 dollar day so at this rate I m assuming this location will close in the near future. Y all need to remind your workers they are there to work and to quit acting like they hate being there. You need to also tell the guy in charge of the race lineup to stop being selfish and make better choices with who drives with who. There is no reason grown men should be ramming little girls. They also made sure these reckless grown men got to race by themselves but were super quick to make mine join unsafe groups of drivers. Really cool.

I went for my first time to K1. Unless you go as a group and can only race against the members of your group I would not recommend this place. As an individual they will put you in a slower go cart and youll spend part of the time on the course that you paid for being flagged to let the other go carts pass. I suspected the staff had reduced the power to the go cart when I would see other people braking and I never needed to. Could have been an enjoyable visit but at least I know now not to waste my time and money going back or recommending this place to my friends and family.

We had a 10 year old birthday party with 7 kids. The workers at the track were great, but unfortunately there were multiple issues with the carts in both races; the first race was stopped twice, and the second race was stopped about 6 times. One kid only got to do half the laps because his car (and the two replacement cars) kept malfunctioning. This was an expensive party, and what we paid didnt match up to the hype.

Absolutely terrible. One of the members in my party is 5ft tall and they said she was too short to drive. Despite the fact that she was above the measurement line on the wall. Depite the fact that they let us race last year with no problem. They have junior carts but she was too tall to ride in it?? It was like they were looking for any excuse. They said they let someone else drive earlier that day who was too short and got in trouble . That has nothing to do with us. If youre an average sized person then you will probably have a good time. The carts are fun when the agents arent too scared to do their jobs and let you get inside them.

We went today for the first time with my 10 and 11-year-old. All of the staff was super super friendly, and eased my kids minds, especially my daughter who was quite nervous at first. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!!

We came here on a Saturday morning. Every staff member we encountered from check in to safety overview to racing was super patient, friendly, and helpful. You can tell the staff here have great communication with each other because everything was seamless.

Had a birthday party for my son who was turning 12 plus 9 of his friends. The kids had a great time racing and enjoyed the arcade area between races. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was an overall good experience!

Editing to adjust my review our experience was even better the next time we came back. The manager was so helpful and communicated the line up so we weren t just sitting around. I see the shift and it makes taking our girls up there to race enjoyable. OG POST Joseph was able to assist with the renewal fee we were charged even though we paid that in July and he helped with another account issue. Management clearly wants to make things right and keep their customers.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brock and the staff for the wonderful time we had. This was our 1st visit and it will not be the last. Brock was very helpful and patient with all the questions and concerns we had for our daughters birthday. We loved the F1 decor and atmosphere of racing experience. The weight time was not long at all with all the games to play and setting area. We never felt out of place even with our inexperience. Brock also thanked me for my service when giving a military discount. He really went up and above for us. Thanks again and we will be back.

Very cool indoor racing track. Unfortunately the communication between employees was very poor, and they were pretty unhelpful and rude to our group. We waited over 2 hours, despite it not even being crowded! Can t imagine how long it would have been if it had been more crowded. My cart was deactivated/partial power for almost the entire second race, which was a bummer for the price. We still had a fun time in the end though.

ATTENTION! RESEARCH RACE CAR DRIVING BEFORE YOU DO THIS!! The karts and how you drive is directly related to professional racing. Do only one race the first time. WARNING! Dont overestimate your strength. Taking the G force around the turns is tiring even if you think youre buff. DO NOT DRIFT! It slows you down instantly, then you get passed by little kids.

me and my bf went for their lil valentines deal. it was a great deal. it wasn t busy at all so we didn t have to wait for other races to be done. and after we raced we we got to share a pizza, which was bombbbbbb. like srsly the pizza is really good
