This GameStop has been great! Any hard to find or sold out games we immediately go to GameStop. The store associates are always friendly, the majority of them are able to tell you about every game in the store. Spent 70$+ on a xbox controller lost the recipe and not even 4 weeks go by and it get stick drift they say they cant confirm that I bought it from there even though the one I bought is only being sold their so yeah I got screwed on that I dont recommend this place go to Walmart or purchase something online from Amazon or something so you dont also get screwed over

I promised a new game to my son so we pre ordered it . He was so excited to get it. when the day came to get it the store was closed until further notice. I went to the other store in town to try and get it there but they said that it was out of there hands. Hope I am not out the $70 for the game and my sons hops of playing his new game have been crushed. I will never do business at his location again.

I have to say that normally GameStop hasnt always been impressive usually courteous though. This GStop was awesome! Waited in line for about 30 min (for PS5) Ray came outside before opening and let us look at what was in stock and we were able to choose before even getting into the line. I called the store first part of Aug and talked to Phil he went out of his way to help me and I really appreciate that! My 16 yr old will be 17 Sept 7 and this is for his bday! Thank you again GS Ray & Phil!

So irritated with gamestop. Last year they had a lot more systems that can go on layaway. This year they only have certain ones that can go on layaway. The man I had talked to at the burleson location was super sweet and helpful. It isnt there fault that the corporate office changed everything.

The staff is very friendly and before I know it, I am talking to them as if they were friends of mine. They have always kept that store very clean and tidy. The staff also is very knowledgeable about games I am looking for. I suck at shooting games but my husband loves them. They helped me find games I could get him that were similar to those he has played. He loved them all! This store was nice enough to even call the Crowley Gamestop when I was looking for specific stuff. Thank you for the help! Yall are amazing!

The manager Ray is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He treats every customer like a friend, hell chat with you and has a lot of good info about various questions. He answered every question flawlessly. This is the only gamestop Ill shop at while hes the team lead and if he left Id drive out of my way to visit him at whatever store he goes to next. Clean store with top notch customer service.

I bought a game 3 days ago, brand new, paid 64 dollars. Played it didn t like it. Tried to return it and was rejected, was told policy is once it s opened it can t be returned. Instead they offered me 22 in credit. Are you serious. How am I suppose to know if I like the game or not if I can t open it and play it. Wow. Biggest scam in the world. I tried to give game stop the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last straw.
