I ve been buying a pizza a week for several years. Todd started complaining about how many toppings I ve been getting in the past few months. Now I ordered 4 pizzas and he gave me kids size pizzas we measured them they were all 8 in. I asked why and he said it was the new size, but on the website it still states 11 in pizza

I liked coming here but the quality has gone down over the months it s sad. The staff rather been on their phones then paying attention to what they are doing. I was trying to call in an order the phone was never answered. I figured they were busy but I was wrong. So while I was waiting for my order I called several times the staff was just standing around and no one answered. Then they bring me an order that wasn t even mine. They had given my order to someone else so they had to remake mine and it wasn t even made the way I originally asked for it but I didn t want to wait any longer. This will probably be the last time I come to this place.

On Sunday, August 18th, my sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a small date at what we thought would be a nice, casual spot. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met. As soon as we walked into the store, the first person who greeted us, who was responsible for spreading the sauce and cheese on the pizza, clearly lacked basic skills. It was evident that he didnt know how to evenly spread the sauce and cheese, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. Next, the person in charge of adding the toppings seemed to struggle with communication. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask the same question three times, and despite that, he still managed to get my order wrong. I requested two toppings, but somehow ended up with three an obvious case of miscommunication, although I tried my best to be clear. And didn t know what type of meat were in the meatballs and other meats as well. He said idk maybe , that was concerning for me since i am highly allergic to pork. The experience continued to deteriorate when we reached the checkout. The person who finalized our order, who I suspect was the manager, had a stern and unfriendly demeanor, as if he had no interest in being there. He seemed annoyed, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. We ended up paying around $30 for two pizzas and two extra drinks, but what happened next was even more concerning. When we went to open our drinks next to the register, we noticed that most of them had mold on the caps. It was disgusting and honestly made me want to ask for a refund, but I didn t want to create a scene. Although the pizzas themselves tasted decent, we weren t warned about how hot they were, so both my sister and I ended up burning our mouths. To top it off, they even charged extra for ranch, which just seemed excessive. Overall, what was supposed to be a simple and enjoyable outing turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We like to visit this place, but lately it is very dirty and neglected. The trash cans are full, tables are dirty, last time I had to clean the table and chairs myself to be able to eat. I would like them to pay more attention to this because it is a food place and I think hygiene is important.

Ordered two make your own pizzas for pick up. I had my brother pick up the pizzas. Got home and they forgot the ranch that we paid extra for, they added a few crumbs of sausage that I paid extra for, and one of the pizzas didn t have cheese or sauce. Looked like a flat bread. Called them to see how they could make it right, they said I d have to bring the pizzas back and wait for them to remake them. No partial refund, didn t offer to bring the pizzas to us. I couldn t even finish talking to the manager on the phone before he interrupted me. Poor service and the pizzas we did receive were cold. The manager said he would call me back to see about giving me a partial refund. 10 minutes later they didn t call so I called back. Well come to find that I wasn t even speaking to a manager, just a Team Lead and they said to call back in 30 minutes.

So I went to this pizzeria and they have a bad sauce, I got charge for double for a pizza. They said they would give me credit but when I went to get it (the credit) and I was even going to buy another one, they kept me waiting for about an hour. Just to find out that they hadn t even made the pizzas . They didn t want to give me a refund but said the only way they would be able to help me out was by giving me credit again or for me to wait more time while they prepare it. I said that all I wanted was my money back. They said they would refund my money back, but it s been bout a week or 2 and my money hasn t been refunded! Please be very careful when going to this place.

My husband and I ate at this establishment in Edinburg and the service was horrible. No one was wearing a hairnet and males with facial hair were not wearing a beard net. If it is not required ,it should be. Employees were wearing jewelry while preparing pizza. The young man at the register was chewing gum. Not one employee greeted or thanked us. The pizza was made with attitude. All the tables were dirty and when I asked if they can be cleaned they were bothered by it. All the employees were on their phone or wearing AirPods. We will not go back to this establishment.

I placed an order online. Got there at the scheduled time. My pizza wasn t ready they were still putting the ingredients on it. Why give a time and the food isn t ready, I had to get out of work to pick it up. And I got stuck waiting on my food for almost half of my break. What started great ended horribly. The service was good, Javier helped as well as another gentleman with glasses. Seeing as Javier was the only one wearing a name tag he is the only one I can identify. Upon waiting for my pizza and watching the preparation area, two gentleman with no caps, proceeded to prepare pizza with NO GLOVES. grabbing a handful of cheese, toppings and then returning the unused toppings back in their containers. They proceeded to wipes their hands on their shirt , use their cellphones, and return to preparing more pizzas. I get it , the fire would kill germs and what not. Then someone cleaned up the tables. Literally grabs items off the table and does not proceed to wipe anything down. The aguas frescas they have, the spouts are black. Have not been properly cleaned in a while it seems. I hate to post this kind of review because the topping options are great, but seeing what I saw ruined my appetite.

The food was quite enjoyable, although slightly on the pricey side considering its a personal-sized pizza. This marked my first visit, and I wasnt familiar with the ordering process. You join the line, select your crust, decide on sauce and cheese, and then add the toppings. Its great that you can choose as many toppings as you want! The pizzas are quickly baked, usually ready in about 6-7 minutes, which is impressive. My only concern is the cost $10.99 for the personal size, and an additional $2.50 for cauliflower crust. So, for my cauliflower crust pizza, I ended up paying $13.50, plus $2.99 for a drink, totaling over $17.00 with taxes. The pizza itself was delicious, and the service was good. However, Im not fully convinced that the price matches the pizzas size. Id consider returning, but it wont become a frequent dining choice for me. Update: I brought my son today, and he loved it.

First time here, and I was amazed by the customer service, and pizza was great! When you visit this place I recommend you try their Dessert Pizza with nutella, I am not a big fan of sweets, but this one is delicious. I requested the Gluten free Pizza if you are in the Edinburg area I truly recommend visit this place.

When i was there ordering some food (creating your own pizza) i witnessed some manager with a name tag Todd scream at some young individuals for doing their job, this is really excessive when i loved the customer service from the young ones compared to todd. The kids beat themself up working already and he beats them even more mentally. He abuses of his power as a manager myself . If you are a manager you should really putting the example but you cant when you are just on the register, I really dont recommend anyones kid working here due to how management is. I would really like going to pieology again but not when he is there.

Using reviews as my guide this seemed like a solid choice even though this chain has closed its restaurants in Cedar Park, Austin, San Marcos and San Antonio. Toppings were scarce and it was the thinnest and one of the smallest pizza s I ve ever seen. This should be advertised similar to the chain Mod Pizza as in personal size . The pizza was ready on time, did taste good other than the extremely hard edges. This was a to-go order with a 4-5 minute drive and upon returning to a meeting, this pizza was cold.

The food is usually good here. Unfortunately, the guy that moves the pizza inside the oven had his hands in his hair. He was rubbing his head and shaking his hair with his hands. While they have great quality food and a good atmosphere, the service was just sub par and they weren t paying attention to orders and giving away the wrong food. I ve ordered online for pick up two times in the last month and both times I ve arrived to pick up with my order no where to be found and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get it made because there was a line. I could understand once but two times? There s gotta be a fix to this problem. Somehow they could figure out how to keep this from happening? Maybe double check all orders going out just to be safe. This last time we were there we were next at the counter to order and it took ages before any of the employees even looked at us or acknowledged that we were there, not even a hello well be right with you or nothing, not a peep from any of the workers. This is basic customer service and if you cant even greet your customers properly you shouldnt expect a good review. Not sure whats so hard about being friendly and professional. So I placed a phone order today. When I get to restaurant I let the cashier I had placed a phone order and it was paid. 10 minutes later Anabel comes to my table to tell me they didn t place the order and she was sorry. So we gave her the order again and almost 30 min later we get our pizza. To my surprise my order was wrong. As I tried to pick out the black olives that I didn t order the smell of those disgusting items in my pizza was driving me crazy. I went back to let the cashier know and he tells me I can make you another pizza. I was like no I want my refund and he went on to say let me give a voucher to come back another time. I was thinking really you expect me to come back no thank you. If it didn t get worse he goes on tell me if your credit card company doesn t post the refund you need dispute the charge. We have tried a total of 7 different pizzas in the two times we have ordered takeout. Great pizza, combination of ingredients work! In reference to service, I think it was better the first time. Only because all the pizzas were brought out of the oven around the same time. This time we arrived, there were 2 boxes out and when I went up to the counter I told the young employee I was picking up 4 pizzas and gave him the name. The next pizza came out, he boxed it and gave us the 3 boxes and thanking us. The manager caught it and reminded him there were 4 pizzas. We only waited a few minutes and then we were off to enjoy the great variety! The first time, the young lady was polite and attentive. Pizzas were fantastic tasting!

After passing by this place for a while, I decided to finally try it. The environment was NASTY. Super filthy. The trash cans were filled to the brim and the tables were disgusting. Pop machine was broke so we got bottled pop and asked for a cups to get ice. They gave us the small water cups that don t have lids. Since we were taking our pizza to go we asked for the regular cups to get ice for our pops we already purchased so we could have lids, and we were told we d have to purchase those cups. Told them we would understand if the pop machine wasn t broken but this was the only drink option we had and we d like a cup of ice. They again said we d have to purchase it. Also, as we were waiting for our pizza we noticed one of the workers carry in stuff from outside, then start prepping food without washing their hands. Same worker threw things away, touched the open garbage can several times and then started prepping food again without washing hands. Very poor experience today at this specific location.

This place was really pleasant about a year ago but has slowly gone down hill since then. The staff is not always very friendly and the pizzas aren t made very even. And now every time you go in the music is on so loud you can t even hear what the staff is saying to make your order and the tv is blaring at the same time. The food is always good but the environment could improve a lot!

The place was freezing about 65 degrees inside. We nicely asked manager if they could raise the temperature. He was a bit rude and replied no its always this cold. We come here all the time and it has NEVER been this cold. All the patrons were shivering. Totally ridiculous.

Our first time ordering from this place was a terrible experience. We placed a delivery order for two pepperoni pizzas. After realizing that the estimated delivery time had passed, we checked our email and realized that the pizzas had already been delivered. They had been left on the floor outside our door 10 minutes prior without a knock or doorbell ring. By then, the pizzas were lukewarm at best. The dough was really tough and hard to chew. The only good thing was the crust, which was crispy. Our search for good pizza in the valley continues.

Went there for the first time and really really enjoyed it Brian helped me out and was a really big help. The pizza he helped me with tasted absolutely phenomenal. I was thrown off a bit by the other workers. I could see alot of attitude and got alot of rude looks from them but Brian was great about shifting my mood away from theirs. I will definitely be going again and hopefully Brian will be able to help me again.

Not only was the food immaculate, so was the service! Brian specifically! He was the only one who catered to my needs and checked up on me to make sure everything was good. (No one else bothered to come up and check up on me they all gave the vibes that they didn t want to be there and they looked like they hated their job) Brian on the other hand smiled like there was no tomorrow and made me feel like I knew him for years and made me feel so welcome! Brian has such a beautiful soul and without a doubt the best worker there! 20/10 recommend to go when Brian is there!!!

I like that you can build your pizza from crust, sauce and toppings. Theyve got some good cookies and brownies and lemonades that are trying to hard (I like the classic), their sweet tea is not so sweet, but.you should only go here if youre craving is pizza because thats all they have no wings or other side items. Most of the time the tables are a bit dirty but I recommend this place, the pizzas are affordable and the staff is friendly.
