I cant believe the nerve of this property group. They are mailing letters to peoples home telling them that they are vacant when they are clearly not. I am tired of getting harrasing mail and phone calls. I would never sell or rent from these people because clearly they have enough money to be able to harrasse for months on end wanting to buy a property

Man I wish you guys rented apartments or manage rental apartments or houses I ve read some real horror stories on here you re the only team with a five star rating and not a bad word to say about you. The Mitchell s are a great couple to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful! We met with him first, as our thoughts were to sell to a house flipper since our well loved home of 26 years needed some work and attention. He could ve bought it outright and made a handsome profit (great square footage, location and neighborhood ), but he asked us to visit with his wife (who is usually with him) and see if she thought (as he did) that we could realize more profit from listing it. Initially I received a letter in the mail from them offering to buy the house.everyone has received those letters, most of the time I tossed it in the shredder. Somehow this one felt different. I called & spoke to an actual person within a ring or two. The receptionist was an absolute delight. I told her I wanted to sell quickly. Wade called me within an hour and went immediately to look at the house. I am not local and was initially a little nervous to do business with someone I d never meet in person. I read the reviews and that helped put me at ease. This was a reputable company that wanted to keep their reputation as a trust worthy team. They did not disappoint. Wade and his team were such a blessing to me. My husband had recently passed from cancer and I had a rental property that, in my eyes, had been destroyed. I had no idea of what to do until I called Wade. He was very honest, upfront and sort of held my hand through the process. I was anxious with questions about how the renters left the property at first but Wade talked me through every worry imaginable . He gave me a good value on the property. Great to work with: I am not a real estate person but have bought and/or sold 8 properties over the years and have dealt with several people in the real estate business. Some of these properties were due to me taking care of the estate of a family member. Out of all of those in the real estate business that I have worked with, Wade Mitchell has been the best. We moved to Oklahoma and had an older rent house in Amarillo that we needed to sell. Wade Mitchell was referred to me as a resource by a realtor friend who I trust. Dee Dee Waldo was a great realtor during the sell of my house and the relocation of my family. She always provided my wife and l with the things we needed to aid in the sell of my home. She stood by my wife and I through our nervousness and indecision, listing our home three separate times, providing guidance and knowledge through the entire process. She always made us know she was looking out for the best interest of my family and I. We had several issues relocating, out of state, and would NOT have been able to do so without her help, knowledge and expertise. If you have a property to sell, contact the Mitchell Property Group BEFORE you deal with these places that send out letters and postcards that advertise buying houses. We needed to sell our elderly Dads house quickly and his house was in need of a lot of repairs. Wade came out and was very helpful to give us the options we had, and the pros and cons we could expect with either direction we chose. He did not pressure us and spent time educating us about what to expect. We also got bids from other people. As a real estate investor, Wade Mitchell exudes integrity. I was though as a homeowner, through with the remodeling, through with the repairs and just wanted to get to get out from under but, cringed at the thought of strangers traipsing through my house so I contacted Wade Mitchell to find out what the Mitchell Property Group would offer to buy my house. The offer was very fair but, unexpectedly Wade suggested I let one of their agents from Mitchell Realty list my house instead. Wade was aware of how I felt dealing with strangers in my house but, said he felt strongly it wouldn t take long to sell and I would get considerably more for it on the market. Wade recommended I meet with Laura Riggin and if things didn t work out he would stand behind his original offer. I agreed to give it a try but, only for a short period of time. Well a short period of time is all it took Laura listed my house and 3 days after she planted the sign in my yard she presented me with a cash offer for the asking price. Wade was exactly right; his great advice and honesty attests to Mitchell s exceptional business ethics.
