I have to be honest, at the beginning I thought she was charging us a lot of money for a will and lady bird deed etc. BUT now anytime someone ask for document Kathleen did everything right I Love her, she was so patient with my aunt and will recommend her to everyone she really cares about people. I was very Impressed with the legal services received from Kathleen Mendoza. She was quite thorough and timely in providing the help I needed for when i was looking for a lawyer knowledgeable in real estate law and business contracts. Her prices were very reasonable and upfront. She was succinct and easy to work with while accommodating my work schedule. I want to first start off by saying that it takes us certain instances for us to write reviews. Good or Bad. It has to have a significant impact on us to share our experience. We had bought our first piece of vacant land 6/2020 in the midst of the pandemic. We thought we hit the jackpot when we got this particular land, but soon things started to unravel a bit when we found out certain legal matters would stand in our way of doing things we wanted. After attempting to reconcile the issues at hand on our own, and not getting anywhere due to lack of communication from the parties involved, we sought legal assistance. After reaching out to a few attorneys and getting nowhere, we came across Kathleen. She is God sent and has and still is going above and beyond for us! From the moment I contacted her to where we are now in our case, she was on top of everything and got us everything we were requesting from day one!
