My 11-year-old loved the experience, but my 5-year-old said it was too loud, and they gave his flights to his older brother since there werent any refunds. Overall, the experience was great, and we d go again. SN: *Reservations are mandatory* If you have a group of people, make your reservation. But if youre unsure about your little flying, don t buy their ticket until you get there because the flight is one minute and a few seconds. Two flights for $100 is wasteful if they don t fly.

Can t say enough nice things about this company. They really give and unfortunately experience from warmly greeting at the door to individuals introductions and attention from the instructors for their students. This was our second time at a different location based here in DFW metroplex, despite the Easter weekend crowd for a Monday the staff was patient, warm and enthusiastic with all their guests. Upon completion they provide the students with certificates and discounted prices for follow ups. I made a purchase of 4 at a whopping discounted rate. Looking forward to my very own free fall.

It was a very fun experience. We even bought another session with the instructor Cat (short for Catherine) and she was fabulous. She not only instructed 2 kids with kindness, patience and grace, she also instructed a fairly seasoned flyer, and was very knowledgeable. I recommend this place if you want to try something new and fun and I recommend Cat as your instructor.

I was here last Saturday for my birthday (yay 27th!). My wife and I had a blast! First off the building was very well kept and clean. The staff was friendly. Our instructor, Dylan, made the experience so much fun. He is charismatic and funny while also making sure our group had a full understanding of the activity and how to be safe. If you haven t tried indoor skydiving I would definitely recommend you check this place out!

Lovely , modern and an experience place . Ticket plus Waiver take about 5 min at most , staff is friendly and professional and well trained on stuff specially flying part . After ticket , fill waiver , then dressed up in suite , watch safety video and sign video then get to business of flying indoor . Such a memorable experience! We had two kids under twelve and an adult it was marketed as accessible from 3 to 103, and that seemed to be true. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were kind and patient, and the whole process from start to finish was exceptionally safe. We were glad we added the high flight option. It made it that much more fun!

The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is because the assistant that controls the wind tunnel does not give the participants enough wind power to do the fun stuff that the instructors get at the end to showcase their abilities. Even when you pay the $20 additional to do the high fly, which is basically having more wind, it is far from what the instructors use in their final demo to the students. Also it would have been nice if they have told us in advance that pics can be taken outside the inner circle that surrounds the Wind Tunnel. (I would have invited someone to takes as few photos)

06/25: We loved our visit to ifly Fort Worth. It was not crowded the day we visited and we had a reservations. There were people who came walk-in as well & they accommodate everyone. Our fly person was Mr. Dillion &he was awesome and made our entire family comfortable & memorable. One of us didn t wanted to try high fly but Dillion made sure we take highfly and enjoy even more. Our family of 4 enjoyed ifly with highfly. We did purchase photo & video but not so happy with the clarity after redeeming. Only one suggestions to anyone who wants to take a photo from mobile take out glasses as you will look like you just had a face/lip surgery due to glasses being pulled tight, our photo looked very weird with goggles/glasses on. Wish they had closed helmet instead of the glasses may be there is a reason not to choose closed helmet. Overall loved our experience and would recommend anyone wants to try. Edited 06/30: Thanks for the reply. Glad to know the closed helmets are available for rent which we were unaware of. Will try next time when we visit IFLY. Thanks IFLY.

Brought our 7yr old daughter and 60+ yr old MIL. Both loved it. Did the High Fly (which is silly it costs more, but I guess thats how they getcha). My husband and I brought our two kids (7 and 10) with us to iFly today. We had both been before, but our kiddos had not. We were assigned Ben as our instructor and I don t know if it was coincidence or fate, but he was absolutely amazing!! Parents, please hear me when I say this man was nothing less than a Godsend for our children! He was patient, understanding, encouraging, and kind. I wasn t too pleased with my experience. Preston was the instructor. I had purchased a 4 flight package. I also purchased two high flights when we arrived. No one else had purchased high flights in our time slot. Preston checked with my 9 year old (I was several feet away during this discussion) if it was ok that that they skip the 4th flight but he d give her some extra time. She said yes - what else is she supposed to say? She s 9 I also didn t notice any extra time given. After the third flight, he asked if anyone wanted to pay extra for another flight. I m not sure how many extra flights were purchased by the other parents there, but mine didn t get her 4th flight that I paid for. No only that, but what s the point in paying for the high flights if he s giving him to everyone for free? I purchased a 4-flight pack again to be used elsewhere. I won t be going back to the Fort Worth location I feel scammed and ripped off. Next time, have the conversation with the adult, not a child, and give me what I paid for or offer a refund - especially when I paid for something no one else did, yet everyone else got. At a minimum, they should have offered to refund the high flights I paid for. For what it s worth, Preston was good with the kids. He was entertaining and polite.

Fantastic experience, very brief and straightforward walk through of instructions so that everyone is on the same page. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. Dylan gave wonderful feedback and Preston was easy to understand and very engaging making it a fantastic family experience. Very friendly for first time fliers! We booked here, as couldn t get any on Frisco location for the time we were looking for coz of Thanksgiving holidays. We felt that this location and even the high flight tunnel looked small. Even the high flights they took were not that high as we did before at the other location, I have the videos and got disappointed after comparing it. It s okay, we had fun and kids really enjoyed it. We doubt that we may visit this location again and will be visiting Frisco location soon! But definitely recommend this place, if you are first time flyer and want memorable experience!

3 of us when here for Thanksgiving. We bought a package of 4 flights but everyone else in the group bought 3. We did not realize we only got 3 flights when we got home and reviewed the pictures (yes, partly our fault). Since then, we have emailed our instructor and not gotten a answer. Filled out the survey saying we wanted to talk about our charges. You can not call just the store and their corporate headquarters said it was our fault. Very poor customer service after the point of sale. Their corporate office made it sound like they did not care and just wanted our money. Very disappointing.

First time there and I got to admit I was a little nervous. But Denzel who is the person that takes you from start to finish. He gives you the info needed to not only put you at ease but the quick training to have fun and do it right. Also A young lady named Kiss is called the driver who also gives instructions to you while you re flying And regulates the air speed needed to get up and around.. Between the both of them it was awesome and tons of fun. There were 6 of us and everyone had a blast. We are going back around Xmas to do it again. I went to iFLY last night with my boyfriend for my 31st birthday and it was pretty cool. I was not that good at it but the instructors were amazing. I even got to do the high rise thing which was really really cool and I am grateful I got the chance to fly I am a bit amazed at how sore my glutes are today though. And my back. And my shoulders. Honestly I could probably completely replace squats and deadlifts with indoor skydiving and get a nicer butt much faster. LOL.

The experience was AWESOME! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were having a few issues with booking online, so the staff allowed us to join the class upon walking in. My husband almost changed his mind, because he thought that he could do it by himself. The guy at the front desk informed him that the learning curve was pretty steep. Needless to say .we were glad that we had to have the instructor. Catherine Herzler was our instructor. Catherine was so awesome! She took the time to explain what we needed to do, and what we were doing incorrectly. The amount of patience that she had was incredible. She never stopped smiling, the entire time. Her attitude was so infectious. She made the experience fun and educational. She even took the time after the flight to give us some tips that would help, the next time. We don t stay in TX, but if we are ever in the area again we ll come to this location.

I flew for my first time today, it was awesome. The guy s took great care of me and kept me safe. It was definitely an experience worth doing and I would recommend it to anyone who would be interested in a skydiving experience.

I took my grandson who is 12 for a special treat. He was treated like a super star the whole time. He went home telling everyone he is a natural. The instructor was fun, patient and full of adventure.

Very nice experience and the crew is very friendly. The downside is that I paid the extra $15 for the high fly + 2 pics and 2 videos and none of the pics nor the videos were taken when I was fliying high with the instructor and that was the idea of paying for it

I bought the biggest/most expensive package with add on videos and photos along with another two extra flights to give everyone three. Ive always wanted to do it, so Im glad I did. When we got there one kid refused to go, and I asked to do it another day because those three extra flights would have been a lot with the kids there. I was told no, and told them that they lost a customer forever in that case because I definitely wouldnt be back. Eventually they changed their mind, but it shouldnt have taken a complaint to get there. If people, especially children, are afraid, they should offer an alternative. They eventually made it right, and really the people were all awesome. The experience was fun. The videos and pictures are through glad because they cant be in the tunnel, but I think they were decent considering that. When I selected my videos, they were only 20 seconds long, and I was very upset that the 90 second figure want fully captured, but that was just a snip. The full things did download. There are also several pictures to choose from, so thats nice. The instructors doing tricks after is a nice touch. Ill definitely use my other times, but I may not go again unless its paid for somehow. It was cool to do, but I dont think I need to do it a bunch. They give a hand signal option if you want to stop early, and this little girl who must have been 3 or 4 have that signal, and he got her out immediately. That was pretty great, too.

Was excited to go but they said my bf was over the weight. When we called before we bought the tickets they said it wasn t a problem & that he just couldn t do the high fly. The older woman at the front said no, he couldn t fly due the them being understaffed lol. Misinformed and they apparent don t communicate with their coworkers.

Staff was friendly and cool atmosphere, a lot of fun, but PICS and VIDEO are not what you imagine!! Really DISAPPOINTED with the quality!! If I had known that they would give me a quality of a cell phone that I used 10 years ago, I would not have bought the photos and the videos are not worth it!
