I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Temple during a business trip and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The property itself is well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. A special shoutout to the onsite manager, Sarthi, who was wonderful to talk to and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and will definitely be back for my next business trip!

I recently stayed at the Days Inn, and I can t say enough about how wonderful my experience was! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and easy, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The amenities were fantastic my room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of tasty options. I especially loved the pool and business center, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend the Days Inn to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway. 5 stars all the way! I ll definitely be returning!

Jesse was very courteous and provided us with great service. Extra clean rooms, fresh tasting breakfast and a pool! Its always hot in Texas so getting in the pool is ideal to keep cool. The hotel has been revamped and is modern . Free internet service. 1st time staying here but it wont be my last!

I love that there was plenty of parking. When you walk in it is absolutely beautiful and clean. The Staff was friendly and kind . Very welcoming and always greeting you. My family and I go to Temple twice a year and this is definitely the place we will be staying for now on. Like my husband said this is a Five Star Resort minus the price! We ll definitely be back and let our family and friends about this hotel. The manager, Mr.Patel was very accommodating to our requests during our entire stay!

I had to visit my brother and his family in Texas this past week unfortunately for a tragedy, my niece passed away, me along with my family traveled over 17 hours to help to support and comfort my brother and his family. I reserved 2 rooms one for my son and aunt and the for wife and me. My aunt was to arrive the next day from check in, my brother picked her up from the airport which is 2 hours away (4hrs round trip). The next day from check in my brother along with his wife , our aunt, his son and daughter arrived at the hotel to let our aunt get situated in her room, we helped her with he bags to the second level of the hotel and all of a sudden they room phone started to ring, I picked up the phone and heard someone on the other end saying that there is no visitors allowed. When there was no visitors my brother was only helping our aunt with her luggage. I went to the front office to tell him the situation and there was no cares given at all he told me I had 5 min to vacate the premises and he called the police. I am sure he was not a manager because a manager would have had a way better approach to this situation. Instead of saying we don t allow visitors in the 1 min of their arrival why not say hey we noticed you have visitors on the premises, but can they be gone in 5-10 minutes (the rooms that I reserved). Initially when we arrived to the hotel the person at the front desk was great he greeted me when i walked into the establishment, he answered questions that I had, but unfortunately it went down hill the next day, totally disrespectful and disregard to the situation presented to them. Of course I called Expedia to get an refund they are saying they can not refund me. The hotel said I have to call expedia for a refund because I booked with them , but now it is because of the hotel that I am not receiving a refund, due to a cancellation (I did not cancel my reservation, I was kicked out) would recommend not booking through Expedia do to he say, they say, we say. They are clearly not concerned about their customers.

Room 117 was straight out of the 80s, ruined a good pair of white socks walking on the dirty floor. Room had at one time been a smoking room and had that residual odor. TV was so small I needed binoculars to see it and had a red line down the middle of the screen. Would not recommend this hotel. Front desk staff were friendly is the only positive I can give this hotel.

Beware! These scumbags that run this hotel are scammers n not professionals. I wanted to extend my stay and I told them I will do it online but they said if I do I will have to check out and come back at 2 pm. I was shocked and asked what kind of rule is that? They said if I extend at their office I can stay and don t have to check out. I jokingly said is this a new rule from India n these guys were pissed and told me to get out and leave which I was ok with it. The manager who is obviously another scummer from India knocked my door and asked if I can leave. And I told him sure I can but I just woke up let me brush and shower? Guess what he said? No I should not take shower or brush my teeth? I simply shut the door took shower and brushed my teeth and went to the office to check out. Guess what these acummers refused to refund my $50 deposit . When I said no that s not right. They threatened me to call the cops or leave my $50 deposit. I called the cops unfortunately the cops told me to take them to court which I will definitely do. So stay away from this scummers. This hotel is run by scummers and stay away. My Husband and I have stayed at this particular location twice in the past six months. Front desk clerks have both been courteous. The rooms both were very clean and comfortable. No issues with noise. The parking lot was clean both visits. The Internet did not disappoint. Well definitely make this our regular getaway. Safety: The parking lot has plenty of lights to see after dark and there are plenty security cameras. We feel safe when visiting this particular location.

I booked a room with this booking service.i had no idea they needed a 50$ deposit so I told the man at the front desk i had to run up to my bank inside of Walmart and make a deposit if he couldnt take cash and I would be right back. When I got back he said he canceled my booking. I sat at the table to call the booking co. when a man called manager came out told me to leave being so rude I was almost in tears. I was on the phone w the booking co.when said manager came out yelling at me to get off his property, he was calling the police. I rolled up my window and waited for the police who informed me this hotel does that alot . He refused to refund the booking co.and this is the e-mail I got from them..these folk that run this place will steal from you . If this happens, call temple police department and make a theift report. Safety: I honestly wouldnt not doubt if they go into peoples rooms and take things is how bad these thieves operate from the research Ive done. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Whatever you pay to stay here add $50 because you won t get that deposit back. Read how many reviews saying this guy keeps the deposits for the same reasons. Jesse has excellent customer service skills! We didnt have to ask any questions because he was informative from the start. Checking in was easy. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was too. I am so disappointed in the lack of service I received at this hotel. It is pet friendly & I told the gentleman I had an ESA staying with me. He said there was a $45 fee. I mentioned the ADA TITLE I & II & another man came out to confirm that I would not be able to stay because they had no more pet rooms available. My husband asked for clarification since the first attendant was just abt to check us in with a $45 pet deposit. The man added that ESA were not considered for thier hotel and in fact they would need an additional $100 + $45 to stay. My husband repeated that they just told us there were no pet rooms now if we leave extra $$ they could accommodate us! We were appalled. A third man came out and speaking Arab to the first two men. Of course we threatened legal action since we felt discriminated against for our need to carry & care for our ESA while staying in their hotel. They told me thier hotel specifically did not consider emotional support animal as a real service animal. They waved us off like we were peasants when we confronted them about lying about the room availability! Totally disgraceful. They didnt blink an eye.

Where do I began with this place. From a third party site, the rooms were listed as a reasonable price. I called and was told that the same room would be twice the amount (red flag #1). Not to mention he wanted to put me on hold before I was even greeted. I arrived to the property and the same guy was even worse in person. I was told that I needed a $50 deposit in addition to the room price for 2 nights after he had taken my license and form of payment. I asked for the items back and told him that I would go to the ATM an get the money. While I was away, I get an alert and hes ran my card already. I get back to the property and tells me that I approved the transaction and I cant do anything about it. The process was unfair because I never received a receipt or anything and it was unauthorized. Needless to say he offers me a refund after talking to my manager. I decide to stay at this point and hand him another debit card for the deposit. I go to the room to discover double beds which is not the King that I booked through third party. Also, theres no deadbolt or security mechanism on the door. The following day I come back only to discover I cant get into my room. I go get another key and go up to find that someone has been there to put out fresh linen and change the thermostat from what I had it set on to 74. Im so disappointed at this point because I feel like their was no one taking safety, communication, and respect as important as I do. I leave Sunday morning and ask about the deposit. I was told that housekeeping has to check for stains and of damages before its refunded. This could take up to seven days. Please send someone in to make this a better place because this people are heartless scammers. To all of my nurse friends that work through agency and at the hospital, take it from me, it isnt worth the hassle to stay here. The only positive is that the lobby is clean and smells good, lol!

So my husband and I about a month ago now had a pleasant surprise and pleasure of staying at this particular Days Inn. With it being a highway motelI to me, I wasnt expecting too much, but boy, we were surprised. From the time you walk in, you clearly see this place had plastic surgery and not the kind off of Botched. This place is dishonest and will take your money when you were told it was a refundable deposit. So upon arrival I was told I would have to pay 45 for my service dog. Which is not legal to charge for service dogs in first place. On top of a 50 refundable deposit and then on top of 102 for the room. So totally 189!! This is a Days inn for goodness sake!! 9 days went by and no 50 back in my account. I called the hotel and they told me they are keeping my 50 deposit bc of stains on bed. Which they absolutely were not there when I checked in. On top of that it should be covered in my pet fee that was paid bc they are blaming my pet for the stain. They now roll not answer the phone for me. But have sent me these pics as they are saying is their proof. There is not one Days Inn in the world that has all stain free sheets and such. It is literally a Days inn claiming to be some top no h hotel.

I would like to start off with I rented three rooms for my company on the 16th of January 2024 We was working in Temple for one day we rented the rooms we didn t have time to check them. Had to get back to work only to come back 1 o clock in the morning to find out we did not have heat in the hotel rooms I asked for them to switch the rooms they gave me the runaround they did not switch the room. It was 36° out there so we slept in the room freezing they are the worst look out for these guys. They re out to take your money they refuse to reimburse us because they wouldn t change rooms I called the Better Business Bureau on these people, the The city of Temple, Texas sent people out to check out there, hotel to find that they have heaters not working in the rooms. Do not come to this place. I had to call the police on them. Rooms: The rooms are nice but the heater does not work in the rooms and some rooms. The television doesn t work as well.

If I could give this place a zero I would horrible service rude as hell !!!! not only did my reservation get canceled by them and I wasn t notified about it when I try to sit in the parking lot to find a new reservation after1030pm with two small children in the car, they wouldn t help me find a new hotel since they had no rooms and even though the mistake was on there end they tried to shoo us off with a flashlights to the face to get me off the property and it was the manger himself who did it .. while I was trying to find a hotel for me and my two small children in the car !!! They are also not veteran friendly either.!! Do not stay here. I went into room and found there was no toilet paper. Called front desk and the guy told me to come get a roll. I went back to room and then I could not find a remote for tv and got the same response from front desk to come and get one. No coffee cup in room for coffee maker. Non smoking room smelled overbearingly of smoke, had to buy febreze to try to mask the smell. Housekeeping opened our door without permission, without even knocking. Checkout was at 11am and they kept bugging us by knocking on the door and calling the hotel phone way before 11am. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Its in remodel so should get better, soon. My door would not deadbolt - dont stay in room 118. I only had a chain for security. It wouldnt lock at all, didnt even need a key. Small TV and old, for a Days Inn, but the clerk did tell me at checking that new furnishings were coming soon. Nice new paint and very clean, beds... not so great. Super nice staff however, hopefully it all comes together soon.

We arrived in Temple earlier than we anticipated so we called the hotel to see if we could get an early check in, they allowed us to check in at 11:00 AM with a small fee. The room was clean and spacious. There was sufficient storage space in the bedroom and living room area. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel team members were very professional and friendly they greeted us every time we came through the lobby and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. There are no chairs in the rooms and my family and I wished to sit in the lobby 10 minutes before breakfast started. The owner, Jesse, said NO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN YOUR ROOM! When we got our bill on checkout, there was an additional fee of 20 dollars. I asked about it. He informed me that was because we put the brand new bedspread on the floor and cleaned our shoes with the bath towels. Yes, we laid aside the bedspread and blanket because the room was hot and never cooled off. I always do that in hotel rooms because you never know how clean they are anyway. But WE DID NOTHING MORE THAN TAKE A SHOWER WITH THE TOWELS. He said they were very stained. He showed me some random towel photo that I have no idea if it was mine or not but BEWARE.... DONT TOUCH THE PRECIOUS BEDSPREADS.... He then told us we were extremely rude since we got there and were horrible guests because we demanded to come in early. (I just asked to sit at a table and not on a bed. Oh and to get coffee packet because housekeeping hadnt left it the night before) Yeah, definitely wouldnt recommend this place or this owner. Son also said the pool water was grimy and smelled like it had not been properly treated. Adding to my review: After I left my review, the highly professional owner called and threatened me with more charges on my credit card and calling my place of business and questioned my ethics. Jesse at the front desk made our reservations and checked us in. He was very informative and helpful and extremely professional and welcoming. He is a true asset to the Days Inn organization. We were in town for an emergency with my dad that was taken to Baylor Scott and White. Easy access from the hospital to the hotel, about a 8 min drive. The property is undergoing renovations which is awesome to see, one of the few hotels in the area that are looking great and doing improvements!

After reading the reviews of the new management of Sarthi Patel and his whole crew I had to stay here. Not to mention the pool was so refreshing and clean. And the bed sheets felt so good after that swim. Everything about my stay here was refreshing and much needed . I would definitely recommend to stay here. Spot on. AAAA+++. Safe, immaculate rooms, comfortable beds with CLEAN SPARKLING WHITE SHEETS. The gentlemen that run this place definitely deserve the attention that I m giving them. Oh and they do have a pool. And to the truckers there is big rig parking in the back, so give them a call. Rooms: Very clean and cool. Comfort at is best. A poor man s Hilton. Safety: Travel solo. Feeling safe is important to me. Believe me I have seen some pretty shady places. The doors have all the safety locks in place and working.

Id like to start by saying Im quite confused about a previous negative comment that was left, this very same day. I am very sorry she felt inconvenienced by owners striving to make wonderful updates to allow their customers a much more pleasant and visually satisfying experience, in their stay. Though outside only painting is going on, they made sure to let everyone know when checking in, let them know where it would be safe to park and kept customers updated when or if their car may need to be moved. Theres been no overspray on my car and Ive been here a couple days now. The individuals working on the paint are very courteous, not loud and not disrespectful. They also are not working all through the evening, like a previous poster had said (bless her heart). I am very pleased with the staff in their hospitality. They have got to be one of the friendliest groups of staff I have come across in many years. If I do head this way again in my travels, I will definitely be staying here!

The front desk staff was so incredibly friendly. Sarthi and Jesse were checking me in and made sure I got the room I wanted. They even had an area to buy some snacks and cold drinks. I was visiting the area and was planning on being there about 2-3 weeks so I inquired about the laundry and they told me they have a guest laundry and even sell laundry washing packets at the front desk. We drive semis, and there was plenty of parking in the back. It can be a little tight pulling in, but most drivers shouldnt have a problem. The owner was very kind & accommodating. They are pet friendly and have a special area that is treated to keep pets safe, worth the small fee. Family ran, they make you feel at home. The air conditioning is great, and we had a room right next to our truck. Breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend this Motel. We will be back for sure. My fiancé and I were driving by and found this gem on the way! They have newly renovated rooms, a great front desk, and offer snacks in the lobby. We hung out by the pool majority of the day, which had been recently renovated as well. The rooms were clean and even had a nice coffee maker in the room which saves us a trip to the lobby.
