We spent $53 on a French dip, kids grill cheese amd a large chicken deluxe sandwich. The menu stated the French dip came with caramelized onions. We had it delivered uber eats cuz were in a hotel visiting. My French dip didnt have caramelized onions so called store and the guy said yes the menue says French dip has caramelized onions but Ive worked here 3yrs and the French dip has never had caramelized onions on it. I said thats false advertisement and he said there wasnt anything he could do. So Im calling the corporate office and making a formal complaint about false advertisement. This is so wrong especially for their prices. There other thing wrong with order too that Ill include when I speak or email their corporate office. Dont eat or order from them there is always something wrong with the order and they refuse to fix or refu d or remake order. They need to be sued for false advertisement they guy even stated to me that corporate knows its on the menu of the French dip. Im very upset and i will have something done especially after reading the other reviews about Scott and payroll. Thats illegal.

This place has gone downhill in last six months... this is coming from someone who frequented this place at least once a week for years. Cant keep staff and it takes insanely long time to get your subpar food. Also, Manager gets miffed when you use rewards points. Pay close attention, he wont let you scan your Schlotsky app at register and tell you to scan receipt, then will throw away your receipt. He needs to improve his attitude. Again we felt we were regulars and always greeted him and dude cant muster a smile or anything in return. He cant keep employees and you can hear him yelling at employees. Do better...or change what youre doing.

Took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. At 30 minutes I went to ask about mine. They just checked it and said it will be right out. They will get to it. I watched several others get theirs and then after another 10 minutes I get mine. It was a deluxe original and had zero mustard. Very bland and no taste either only two little onion slices and one tomatoes with barely any lettuce. This place use to be good. I was told by others that their service is lacking and it damn sure is. Won t be going back to this one. Not even an apology and the owner was the one that I talked with. $16 plus for one is way too high also.

Called in an order, just a sandwich, so we wouldnt have to wait once we arrived for pick up. Well, let me tell you, after taking 15 minutes to get there, we still waited an additional 15 minutes. Didnt notice a line, nor more than 4 customers already seated and eating. On top of that, the sandwich price reached nearly 20 dollars. Tap water for a beverage. Nope! Thats the last 20 Schlotzkies gets from me. I can make a sandwich larger with a better product for half the price.

The owner, Scott, is a very rude individual. He makes teenagers write their hours on a piece of paper so theres no proof of the hours they worked and he steals their wages. Very unprofessional and very bad business practice. Corporate needs to fire him if they want the only Schotszkys in town to be open

Scott needs to be stopped. Taking advantage of teenagers by not paying them their full pay and still uses a paper clock in/out system to back this up. Also fires his employees for whatever reason he pleases (pregnant, sick calls, etc.) and withholds their W-2s. Whatever you do, DONT WORK HERE!!

Everytime I come here, they mess up the order. Tonight they shorted me a whole sandwich at the drive-thru. They NEVER have the menu they offer online. I asked if I could get a pastrami Rueben on rye, which says is available online at that location, and they tell me they havent had that available for years.

As an avid frequenter of Schlotzskys before moving to this area, I have decided going forward that I will only visit another Schlotzskys outside of this area. I will NOT give that unprofessional owner another dime of my money. Do not believe these reviews as I am sure it is people the owner personally know. It would serve him better to take a course in customer service and retention. It would also behoove him to verse himself in the policies and procedures of Schlotzskys app. Thanks to his rudeness and dismissal, I have missed THREE rewards that I earned through their apps reward program. I protested but he waved his hand and walked away like I was nothing. My situation is not a one off. There are MANY stories like this in this area. People are just not reporting him, but I AM! Schlotzskys, why is it okay for this man to ruin your brand in such a way?

After ordering on app to pick up my food in the drive thru at 11:15 am, I had to wait for the food in line for over 30 minutes because the drive thru was not moving. My food sat there in the sack getting sweaty and soggy. Then I didnt get all my order and had to wait another 5 minutes just for my drink and chips because the worker argued I hadnt ordered it even though I had my order up on the app. The food was not worth eating after it had been sitting so long. I answered their survey and reported this. The manager sent an email back that I should expect problems in the drive thru during peak times and I should have known and next time I should just park and come in myself to get my food. How do you get out of the drive thru when youre stuck in it? And I never knew 11:15 was a peak time. And Im a disabled senior citizen who uses the drive thru because I cant just come get it myself. Perhaps Schlotzskys should take a cue from Chick Fil A on how to run a drive thru or set up a place for curbside pickup like most places do

Schlotzskys in Wichita Falls, TX is a nice place to eat a fast lunch. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Our Origina Schlotzskys order was almost made correctly, but delicious, anyway. I had asked for no tomatoes but they were on my sandwich anyway. Other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The serving sizes are generous. If you eat here remember to get a Cinnamon cinnamon roll, warmed. Momma pajama those are delicious! This is the only Schlotzskys location in town. It was nice and clean. The self-service drinks station was well stocked with napkins, lids, and straws. There are plenty of seating for individuals and larger groups of people. It is a roomy dining area. Eating here was a delicious, filling, stop during our day of shopping, today. Vegetarian options: They offer a few salads... However, Im not certain if the salads are meat free or dairy free. They have potato chips. Parking: This is in a strip shopping center so the parking is a shared lot with other stores and restaurants. It is a heavily traffic area. Parking spaces close up to the store are usually full. They do have handicap spaces up front but theyre usually full, too. Kid-friendliness: They have a few kids menu meals. They have high chairs...I think? Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility ramps in the shopping center. The entry/exit doors would be difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair or using a walker. Assistance would be helpful. There are some low tables that are wheelchair accessible.

I have been to other schlotzskys where I get the sandwich and go wow. It is thick and feels me up. At this Schlotzskys I looked at it and thought, wheres the beef? (Wendys commercial, 1984) It was thin and did not fill me up. BUT it was still good. I will go to a different Schlotzskys next time.

Last two visits have been nightmares. The first one, they gave our food to someone else and we ended up waiting nearly half an hour for cold sandwiches. Just today, I order for pick up, hoping that would avoid the terrible service, and my sandwich was completely wrong. Utterly disgusting service when you factor in that the sandwiches are $10 dollars not including a meal. Strongly suggest avoiding the wichita falls location.

I have yet to eat but its always been good in the past. The reason for the 2 star rating is the extremely difficult time ordering on the phone. I called in to order and could not get the entire order out because the person taking it kept trying to hang up. I said the first 2 items and was told ok, give us 10 min. I had to say WAIT. It went that way thru the entire order. They have to slow down and listen to people. I doubt my order is correct at this point but if it is I will edit this review.

My grandma had gotten a sandwich last week and she said someone had spilled a whole thing of pepper in her sandwich. I went and got a turkey original this afternoon and the meat was covered in pepper. Did you change your meat? It ruined the whole sandwich. I got the small original just like I always do. Very clean you can watch them making them. Staff with masks tables clean and great service. Been going there for years. Started when they first opened in their last location, when all of us were much younger. Great job! Sad we drove an hour to get here becausethere isnt one where we live, but so worth the wait! Food was fresh and hot and delicious! Service was fabulous!
