Christie s Sports Bar is hands down one of the best spots to catch a game! I came to watch football, and everything about my experience was top-notch. The wings were delicious, and the service was exceptional. Jessica, the bartender, was super friendly and made sure my drinks were always on point. When I moved to a table, my server Sam was just as fantastic attentive, quick, and made sure I had everything I needed. Great atmosphere, great food, and amazing service all around!

I really enjoyed their food and atmosphere. When it came to paying, we weren t even given a receipt to skim over. The waitress just gave us our total on their portable little tablet like things, so I tapped. When I went to go look recipes after we had left, I noticed that we got charged a large party gratuity. We only had 3 people, I ve been trying to get ahold of someone. No one seems to answer their phones, which I do tip, but always leave cash. I just don t understand why I was charged for large party and felt that it was purposely done without any mention. Edit: as it wouldn t let me reply to owner. The 4 last number of the card used was 1903. Check #103 on 9/22/2024 @ 2:19pm.

This was the worst display of service I have ever experienced at a restaurant/bar. I had been sitting down at my table and gotten an entire drink spilled on me multiple times from above on the second floor with the servers/managers doing nothing to rectify the situation for us until we had to ask 3 different workers to bring a manger for us, and this was all while I was still soaking wet with seltzer running down my hair and back of my shirt. I wasn t even the only one spilled on as multiple drinks splashed to people on tables all around us. Management did not think to speak or offer any of us a single thing until we began to argue with them. I thought Christie s would be a great place to watch the UFC ppv but the whole experienced ruined my entire night during the midst of the best fights and we had to go home. I would absolutely never go back to this location. I didn t even mention our waitress giving me a ridiculous amount of attitude and walking away from me while I was talking to her because she was annoyed about me asking for a manager.

Don t go. The bouncer can t tell what a real ID looks like- I m 22 years of age and he wouldn t let me into the bar because my ID was fake . Maybe they can get some education on what a government issues ID looks like! The bouncer got in my friends face, way too close and there s no reason to be disrespectful and aggressive to a couple of girls in their 20 s. The manager was also one of the rudest men I ve ever encountered. Quite embarrasing for them- do better.

First time here and its been pretty good. Atmosphere is great, food is good, and service is well. Had the wings and fried pickles. The wings was cooked to perfection and the veggies are fresh. Okay, this place rocks it!! The food is outrageously fantastic! It is officially a sports bar which you do not think of as having great food. But Christie s breaks tradition: homemade tortilla chips - great weight to the chip - holds the salsa without breaking but not greasy and still full of flavor. The Cajun chicken and shrimp rice bowl is delicious. Have to try the mozzarella stuffed onion rings!!! The staff and even the owner were awesome and attentive. Definitely coming again!!

The food was what I expect from this type of establishment, everything tasted ok, really enjoyed the Board as recommended by the Server. Food is severely overpriced. 7 mini corn dogs (about the side of a matchbook cost $10 (including tax). Considering they just tasted like reheated frozen dogs, I would have expected more. A bucket of blue moon (5 cans) for $50 also seemed a bit outrageous. Atmosphere was great but never plan on coming here again.

Went there for the College football playoffs. Place was packed as always. The server was super nice and cute and did a super good job. The beers were not expensive. The brownie was good. Good amount of TVs and sound was perfect, not too loud as other bars where you can t hear the person next to you. Highly recommend. They have a parking lot.

Sit at the far south side of the bar near the bear taps. It may take a minute to talk to servers or get recognized but youll sit near people that work there and theyll talk to you, care, and make sure youre taken care of. This place has all the games on, theyll put on the game you want and its a great place to watch sports. Ill be back and wanted to thank the staff for a great night. I had the 1 lbs. wings. They were really good and the house sauce was original and enjoyable.

I ve been to Christie s several times and it never disappoints! I always order the Christie s queso appetizer and the charcuterie board, and for dinner chicken strips with lemon pepper on it, it s delicious! For drinks you can t go wrong with their frozen espresso martini! The atmosphere is so fun and exciting with all of the TVs that they have there. The rooftop is always great vibe to be with friends on a weekend night. Overall 10 out of 10! Highly recommend

I went to this bar this weekend with some buddies, While we were there, we were up on the second floor bar. We waited for drinks for quite a while, while standing around the bar, due to the bartenders, talking with other employees are serving drinks to their friends. I ordered a blantons on ice, and the guy filled the whole plastic cup up with ice, and then gave me the most minimal amount. AFTER ONLY 2 blantons I paid $86 .. between the most poor looking drink presentation, the bleh comments I heard from people who ordered food, and just pricing all over the board . I ll surely not be back *shrug emoji*

I was at the bar on the 3rd floor and the bartender took my debit card and wouldn t give it back and the manager came up and said there was nothing I could do and they tried charging my card again and I put my wallet on the table and the bartender who took my debit card grabbed my wallet and I stopped her and immediately told her to leave my wallet alone. I instantly got kicked out by three workers and then got assaulted by the bouncer at the front door. Will never go back here and am disputing my double charge at this bar. Don t go here.

Heres the problem. Christies shut down its downtown location a couple years ago and I lost my favorite sports bar of all time. Im not from Dallas, but it was the highlight whenever I went. I was excited to hear they reopenned. Well, its the same logo but not the same restaurant. This is a loud shot bar where you can barely hear yourself think and this was at 8pm. I dont know why they bother with a full food menu - everyone is there to bar hop and get hammered. We ate outside. The service was mediocre. We got charged for the most expensive margaritas when it was clear we wanted the closest thing to a house that they had. Food was very good. Drinks were pricey. Wont be going back. Closing this chapter. RIP christies.

This place is great! Food is good quality, prices are average. Ive been here a few times now and im definitely coming back. If you live near Greenville, you know how hard it is to find Parking. This location has a shared parking lot with 2 other bars. Parking is free until 6, I think, then valet is offered. Staff is super friendly and great service. They are always available and communicate well. (never seen them on their phones not paying attention, absolutely love that!) On Wednesdays they have Live Trivia @ 7pm. You can win gift cards if youre smart enough! Overall, I would definitely recommend Christies. The environment is spacious, clean and comfortable, staff is on point, food is delicious and filling, prices are average, and theres lots of entertainment for you and your friends. Ill see ya there!

Fun bar but when they bring you your tab on a handheld machine they do not explain they have already factored in their gratuity for a 4 person table. I understand larger tables but we all added on an additional tip for another 20 percent. Food and service was good but not for 40% gratuity. Sports bar with tons of TVs so no matter where you are in the bar you can watch the game(s)!!! I did find it weird though that considering both the ALCS and NLCS were on that neither game was being played over the speakers, just loud music blaring in my ears! They did have the AC turned up so it was a nice temperature considering it was packed that night. We were confused when we walked in, since it was our first time, because no one met us at the door for seating. The bartender also didn t ask if we wanted any food/menu so we weren t sure if they were still serving food. Drinks were good, strong! There is free parking just around the corner so it was nice not to have to fight for parking, valet (tips welcome). There are also other bars and restaurants in the area so plenty of other places to walk to if you wanted!

They invited people to come out to cheer on the Mavs in game 6 vs the Utah Jazz. For some reason they singled out my friend who was cheering out no louder than anyone else in the bar and told her to calm down or be asked to leave??? None of the screaming men in the bar seemed to have been told the same thing so.

came here to watch the mavs game. i was screaming and excited because we got out of the first round for the first time in 11 years. i was so excited i was screaming with my friends and i was told i would be asked to leave for celebrating. this bar was on the watch party list from the dallas mavs. bummed and disappointed by how i was treated.

I would recommend the Texas burger and pineapple aperol Collins. Everything else was unimpressive. The service couldve been better and it took 45 minutes for us to get our nachos. It was also absolutely freezing. Overall it was okay, but certainly not noteworthy to return.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a bar/restaurant. We went on a Saturday with NFL playoff games and UFC 270. Its free seating and we found a table to fit our party in the back near the restrooms. While we were sitting, we asked a waitress if shes who wed be ordering from and she doesnt even look us in the eye, says yes and sit. We already had a weird feeling about what was happening but she proceeded to NOT ONCE come to our table for service. We didnt even get water. Meanwhile, she went to every other table in her section numerous times during the night. Mind you, we were there for over an hour (we went to the bar for drinks). Ive never, ever been treated that way any place Ive been in the entire world, and we still have no idea why she blatantly just chose not to even do her job. She literally just took money out of her own pocket for reasons that we dont understand. I mean just absolutely unacceptable in the service industry.

Christie s was fun, well-designed and had a great variety of drinks to choose from, but a member of the staff was exceptionally rude! A woman in a Christie s uniform became impatient with me and my friends while we all used the family restroom on the 2nd floor and beat on the door while yelling and threatening to use a manager s key to unlock it. She made it very clear that she was concerned that we were not using the restroom for its intended purpose and instead loitering. If this woman was determined to confirm that we were using the restroom properly, I believe there is a nicer and less-threatening way to do so. Her uniform made her association with Christie s clear, whether she was on-duty or off, and I was disappointed to have had my experience soured by this rude staff member.

While the staff was friendly when they came around it was not a good experience. Came to watch several games on a Saturday night and the downstairs was not at all that busy for a usual bar. They had what seemed like extra staff as well. The menu was a reduced selection and our order of queso and chips took just about a whole quarter of a football game to get to us. Would you like another round of beers?...Nope, not if it takes even longer for you to come around to check and ask. I gave two stars for at least them being respectful to their customers but the service could be better. Maybe next time sitting at the bar top rather than a table next to the bar would give better service...if theres a next time.
