This is a frequent location we visit and although groceries are highly priced everywhere, you can t beat HEB s quality product. Today specifically, an employee who was leaving her shift saw me struggling to load my vehicle with a newborn and a two-year-old in tow. She asked if she could load my vehicle up and bring the basket back for me. This is so greatly appreciated and a manager was called to let them know of my great experience. With a similar unique name to mine, I apologize for the mispronunciation but thank you greatly Nahalane!

I have never seen a disoriented manager as this guy from Atascocita,I asked him that I want to get in contact with someone in corporate to import items that I see they have in store for them in better prices and he gave me a paper saying Just scan this code and you will get the information . Guess what I got home and the answer is that that code had 3 questions,how did they go,where is the restroom or leave a comment. What a waist of time,this manager is way so lost

Uuuuuum, its H.E.B... smh I prefer to shop at El Rancho. Prices are more reasonable but not a big variety of items. I MISS SMART & FINAL, FOOD FOR LESS AND STATER BROTHERS IN CALIFORNIA The only thing BIG in Texas are Roaches, Bugs and Prices. H.E.B. ALWAYS HAVE BOXES IN THE WAY, IT CAUSES TRAFFIC IN THE STORE. The only highlight for Texas is Gas Prices $2.94 always less than $3.00... I DONT RECOMMEND MOVING OR VACATIONING IN TEXAS... dont do it!

This H-E-B in Atascocita is another solid supermarket . I actually shipped in this one, and found everything I was looking for, well except for the tortillas that said La mita y la mita, The One I got said made with corn and flour so I hope its half n half. H-E-Bs carry an amazing array of items, I am now viewing H-E-Bs as superstore supermarkets. The checkout experience was pleasant, fun and entertaining. The staff is very engaging and filled with smiles. So far so good H-E-Bs

A well-stocked and friendly H-E-B experience. I was really impressed with the H-E-B at Houston Lakes! The store is incredibly well-organized, making it a breeze to find everything I needed. They have a fantastic selection across all departments - from fresh produce to specialty items, I could get my entire grocery list done here. Best of all, the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whether I needed to locate a product or had questions about something, they went out of their way to assist. I always have a nice experience when I shop at HEB but today was especially Great. I was last minute getting a birthday cake for my daughter and I needed some help making a decision. Ms. Jennifer in the bakery was very helpful. She unknowingly turned my bad day into something good. She helped me pick a cake and even went the extra mile to figure out how to put her name on it. This HEB is Brand New. I went there the second day after opening. Store is Huge. From the pictures I am including you can see the massive amount of rows containing Groceries of all kinds, toiltries, Beers and Wines from all over including independent breweries, an amazing Bakery and so much more. I rate the Atascocita H-E-B with 4 stars. Overall, its a great store, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the curbside pickup area needs a remodel. The lack of protection from rain and sun for the curbside teams is a concern. Adding large carports could provide shelter and prevent bags from getting wet during inclement weather. Additionally, the number of speed bumps leading to the store can be excessive and challenging to navigate, especially for those with larger vehicles. This can be frustrating and may deter some customers from choosing this location. As the new H-E-B (Madera Run) is opening soon, addressing these issues could help improve the overall experience for customers and make this location more competitive. Consideration of these changes would be greatly appreciated.

The store was extremely busy not only with customers but with employees either stocking or setting a new planogram.Blocking isle with debree container which I had to move to get to the foil but there were also 3 other carts for on line orders that were supposedly being done but what I noticed were carts blocking isle with employees standing and chatting and also blocking isle.did they all need to be on the same isle at one time?? I was very disappointed and couldnt leave the store fast enough.

Edit. something bad has changed at H-E-B. At least my local store in Atascocita specifically the meat dept. I have 16 miles to feed and I have been buying all the groceries necessary for that from H-E-B now for several years and before that I was feeding at least 4 miles. With the advent of some difficulties in the family regarding cancer and other things I have taken on new responsibilities. . One of the products that is available at H-E-B and is also available in identical or nearly identical packaging is available to other local grocery stores and primary competitors. I order about $2500 worth of product a week from H-E-B for years. Mike and the meat department despite me trying to explain to them that I have additional Maus to Feed has decided that he is going to restrict what I can order. I explained to him that if I stop ordering there, they are going to have to change their overall ordering system because of the volume that I buy each week I can t imagine they won t have to reduce the order of this product to something far less in order to not have leftovers, when I no longer ordered from them . Mike explained that he simply does not care . we have spoken to store manager in the past who has tried to be helpful, but ultimately it boils down to Mike s decision. I am sad to say that I will buy groceries elsewhere in the future and I will never have anything nice to say about H-E-B grocery again!!! you are a great humanitarian. Thank you ! Great service. Large selection. HEB brands are all high quality. Curbside pickup is perfect. Employees seem happy and proud. Not a giant corporate publicly traded company. So, they provide great jobs and the best service and product. Texas strong.

The Atascocita location is one of the best. I can almost always find what Im looking for when I shop there. Meat and produce are always fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. For me, this place is a mixed bag. Great deli and love those home made tortillas BUT, a second item Ive tried there was just TOO spicy...a flipping stuffed potato for Petes sake! And the steak that came with it was BLAND...no seasoning AT ALL. Not even a pat of garlic butter! Those of us who havent lived in the south all their lives are not necessarily accustomed to HEAT. Ive also lost some frozen goods because this is a small store! Now I have to drive all the way to Northpark to get my pizzas (which, by the way...I talked to THREE managers about some kind of help, and the couldnt even be bothered to call me!)

I normally have great experience at HEB but today the lady at the customer service counter was not having a good day. Went in to buy my lotto. I normally ask them to check it then put it in the same number. It literally takes 90 secs. Today, the lady refused to put my number through because she wanted me to fill out the paper because there was a line. There was 1 person in the back of me. I also didn t have my glasses so I would not have been able to se anything. She was just very rude.

Being a native Texan, I have a deep devotion to HEB. In store shopping is definitely the best experience. I love that they promote Texas farmers and feel the ingredients are truly superior. In Atascocita, the store is a little smaller and the pedestrians should be careful of traffic out front. Wifi is available.

Love this location. From the bakery to the floor managers to the curbside. We ve had an equally great experience. Barley was patient and attentive for all the birthdays and last min. request. The floor managers have been super helpful with any issues with forgotten items and bad produce. Lastly the curbside has been overwhelming with understanding and last minute add one. They even sent my daughter a balloon and card for her birthday!
