Kara is the absolute best!!! She represented me almost 10 years ago and i was happy that she even remembered me when I called for a legal question. Anyone that I have referred to her has had great results. She is knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly honest. Ms. Carreras is an amazing representative! She reviewed my case, analyzed all the testimonies and even got a false testimony thrown out! Her ability of staying on top of everything going on with the case along with her power plays in talking to her network of judicial associates is pristine. Her hard work kept me my freedom and was able to avoid a 20 year prison sentence. Would recommend her to anybody needing a lawyer who will fight for them. Ms. Kara Carreras may have saved my life! After making a nearly fatal mistake, I needed to find a brilliant, affordable defense. Otherwise, I may have lost my job and residence. But worst of all hurt those who depend on me. Initially, I went thru the employee defense program(useless). Reviews on each were predominantly negative. In addition, the addresses were in obscene rental districts(translate, unaffordable fees). Then I recalled a FWweekly article of a difficult case she succeeded in. She offered a comfortable office and a thoughtful listener. Her response was quick, but took the time to explain what was about to happen and answered all my questions(making me feel as if I were her only client).
