We got season passes and it was worth it EXCEPT the food. The food is crazy overpriced and the kid they have cooking it does not care whatsoever how or when you get what you order. I thought the first time was a fluke but every single time it was a bad experience in some way with the food. Definitely pay cooler fee and bring in! Life guards are great and stay attentive.

I think the park was amazing but so expensive at the same time when i was walking around or heading to the slides the floor was super hot i have to speed walk or run to the slides and pools with super hot floor and my feet made my feet super red and my skin peeled off it hurt for a while but there was lifeguards everywhere which is super safe for everyone.

This is a nice way to beat the summer heat. I prefer this place over a six flags or the other water park in the metroplex. Our favorite thing was the lazy river. The kids had a blast. I recommend going during the week.

2023--Well its a fun park. Management and workers really need to learn how to run the front easy job and they seem to not know how to run computers it is in Waco though oh yea and a lot of the kids slides and water buckets dont work Like they over charge and you figure they have all that money and have a time frame when they are going to be open you would think they would have it all working by the open date also the wave pool is at the lowest setting 2024 ---UpDate--- they fixed some water buckets and added a few new things.. Just never clean.. Water is horrible and the bathrooms are horrible. Management doesnt know how to get the employees to actually clean.

Brought the family, and we did have a good time. The only complaint really is the pools are filled with dead bugs leaves and grass and the walkways are burning hot. If you do decide to go bring shoes you can get wet because you will need them.

Great place for a day of water, but there are a few things that make this place a one and done. Staff needs communication/ customer service classes. The worst was the young lady at the sharkeys bar. She is very rude, especially to the kids. Other than that, the water is constantly being clean. The lazy river can use some more tubes. They tell you you have to rent them if you need them. If you have an event here, be aware that they only allow you some meals (which mostly cost the same).

It was dirty under staff. For the price it was not worth it. Will never go back. The water was nasty. Couldnt get a tub on the lazy river. Bathrooms were nasty. Tables were dirty. This place is in bad shape needs lots of work. Will not ever take my grandkids back to this water park. We celebrated my sons 4th birthday this past weekend and the experience couldnt have been better. We had previously gone a few wks prior and the park closed as soon as we got there due to the weather. The manager, Jose, ensured we got our tickets back to enjoy at a later time and also threw in a complimentary service since we had driven an hour to get there. Our cabana host was absolutely amazing and constantly checked on us and ensured we always had what we needed. I HIGHLY recommend going. The kids will have a blast.

Bathrooms filthy and several toilets out of service. Entire water park had gross stuff floating in the water such as trash, crickets, used bandages, etc. Why arent there dedicated people continuously cleaning the water? I like the idea of the lifeguards doing drills throughout the park. Also, why doesnt the wave pool have big waves anymore like they have been in the past?

Really disappointing experience. Firstly, there are no waves in the wave pool so it should be renamed Hot Trash Swamp since this is a better description. Theres trash in every body of water, trash overflowing from the trashcans and trash all over the ground and the lets not even get into the bathrooms. We bought the All Day Drink pass which is actually 7 drinks (we didnt use all of them, but heads up) and the poorly trained staff gave everyone Pepsi no matter what drink you asked for. If you insist on going pay the $20 to bring your own cooler of food because the food is awful, especially the pizza. Also, they stop serving food an hour or two before the park closes. Overall, its just a gross place that we wont return to.

I normally REALLY love this water park but this summer its gone sideways. Ive visited twice and both times the park has seemed very dirty. We arrived 30 minutes after park opening and the bathroom was FILTHY. Toilets full, sink clogged with hair and dirt, paper on the floor both in the walkway and stalls and there couldnt have been more than 15/20 people. Later on in the morning, a small kiddo vomited by the shore with the turtle (a lifeguard standing with the mom assisting), and, THEY LEFT IT. He blew sharp whistles and walked off. Im sitting in the lawn chair and they laughed each time someone stepped in this. Two lifeguards. It took 12 minutes from the time I started noticing to the time someone came with a broom, dust pan, and red bucket. It was disappointing. The gentleman with supervisor on his shirt was involved in the situation.

Today was My Boyfriends and I first time at HF and it will be our last! First, The water was warm and disgusting. It had USED BANDAGES floating in the water. Next, The lazy was nice until we noticed DEAD BUGS and leaves floating in it as well. Then, The food was overcooked and hard to chew especially the fries. HF needs to teach their workers to be more respectful and considerate of guests and the lifeguards need to learn not to use profanity when children are present as well instead of giving side eyes and looking uninterested in their jobs. Overall, The experience was not worth it especially for how much money was spent, I wish I could get a refund because it was very upsetting and a waste of money. Never going or coming back.

This place could be amazing if not for: I rented a cabana, very expensive, was to include table service, not! We paid extra for tubes, only to have them taken from our site as there was no way to secure them! Staff, for the most part, are kind. Rides are sweet! With all that said, DON T WASTE MONEY ON THE CABANAS, they provide no ease of mind only lighten your pocketbook!

It was our first visit on July 5th. It was amazing! Staff was excellent. Loved the Cabana near the lazy River but Id suggest that you not rent one across the bridge on the sand as there is no entrance on that side into the water. We made that mistake. But staff moved us to another cabana over on the other side without any problem. Overall fun day!

I haven t been here ln the past 2 years maybe less and when we finally decided to go my family was excited but once we got there it was the worst experience from the start. Water was HOT and the wave pool basically had no waves and the pool area was Dirty/hot. Very upsetting! I wanted to leave once I walked into that hot water. (Excepting cold water that day from this HOT sun) best part of the experience was the cold rain water that fell from the sky while in the lazy river. Waste of my money!!! 5 stars all day for this small scale water park. The grounds are small enough to not get lost in. You can walk from the front to the back in about a minute and a half, to try to give you some scale. Even with that kind of size, the water slides and other attractions are all there! A water ropes course, large kids area, large lazy river, and about 15 slides total make this a very good all day even for the whole family.

Updated Review: I bought a season pass this year. They added some new things for the kids. The lifeguards have been so much more on point this year. They look like they have constant rotations, breaks where lifeguards sub in, and are so much more focused this year. This is a major difference from last year, and it has been very noticed. Thank you! The pool has remained cleaner as well! Havent bothered much with concessions. Overall, it is feeling more worth it this year, and I recommend this waterpark more. Updated review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Bathrooms could still use some attention. We have gone here from the start of the season, about 6 times. Truly, it seems like they are trying to do better! Needs some remodeling and updates. Rusty stairs for water slides. Peeling paint under wave pool. Filtration for water seems lacking as there are a lot of leaves, hair, etc floating in pool. Could be better. Definitely room for improvement especially given the price of entry per person which is comparable to much better water parks.

The place is generally very good... but I have the bad experience that there are people who do not repeat what I did. They changed my sons very little used kids with several charms for some old ones that were already yellowed and broken... and to make matters worse, later when we went back to where the old kids are, they also took them... so take good care of your kids. things to avoid unpleasantness, apart from the fact that my son had to walk barefoot to the car and burned his feet because of the heat.

The setup is nice, and there are several options with slides. There is the wave pool and lazy river. Several kids areas and an obstacle course. I drove up to Waco from out of town to spend the day here. I have visited once before and it was just as disappointing the second time. The place is visibly looking rough. Concrete is deteriorating, the bottom of the swim areas are as well. Painted areas are chipped, the water is murky and sometimes lukewarm in most of their attractions. The timer on the wave pool wasn t working and the bathrooms look like no one even cleans them. A whole feminine hygiene trash dispenser was destroyed and most of the areas are filthy. It certainly has gone down hill. Not to mention the food service. I ordered a large fries with chili cheese. They charged me $4.99 for a few fries and I had to walk across the waterpark for the chili cheese because they told me that s where I pick it up! They forgot to apply season pass discount for my friends order and charged her an additional $10 for her meals. When she inquired they offered her a drink as a reimbursement. That s hardly comparable to the $10 she was wrongly charged. Thankfully, she asked them for a manager and they reimbursed her. They overcharged me as well but I was so irritated with them I couldn t even bare to make any deal about it. There weren t many floats for the lazy river like they used to have. It s kind of sad how much this place hasn t been maintained and how customer service has gone down hill. To HF response. Notice how their response says perception. Not not sorry that was your experience. Trying to gaslight me into thinking how I viewed this critically (and rightly) is all in my head. Nope. Look around, open your eyes HF corporate. Your water park looks unprofessional and unkept. The audacity to post Bible verses on the posters in the dining hall too. Christian s aren t perfect, but they strive to lead with excellence. This fall short of it for sure.

We have bought summer passes every year but this may actually be the last time. We said that last year and decided to give it one more try. We went the 1st weekend in June for the first time of the season and I wanted a refund the minute I walked in. Park was overcrowded and disgusting, it smelled like urine and onions. The lazy river was full of trash and teenagers literally running pushing people out of their way. I had to grab my kids multiple times to keep them from being plowed down. The wave pool seems to still be broken from last year and the water was hot from so many people I couldnt even make myself get in. Water slides werent worth the amount of wait time. I really wish we hadnt wasted the money on passes it was that gross. It sucks that it is really the only option here, Roanoke and Mansfield parks are larger, cleaner, and offer way more. Get it together Waco

Went with family and purchased 42.99 all day drink/ meal deal. When we first got there, noticed lifeguards doing rescue drills so that was reassuring. Also noticed a lifeguard jump in the wave pool and assist child who had drifted deeper and was struggling. Lifeguards get 5 stars. Thats where the good experience ended. First, I noticed that there were long lines for all of the slides. When I started watching, I saw that there were very few mats in rotation for the pineapple express ride. Mats were handed off at the end of the slide and the next group had to walk all the way to the stairs and then up the stairs. This caused the slide to be empty for 2-5 minutes at a time (very inefficient). Next on the tube slides, there were about 2 double tubes and 4 single tubes in rotation, again, this resulted in a long wait while riders literally walked from the end of the slide to the stairs up the stairs and then would go. Again slides would be empty for several minutes between riders. More of the same at the lazy river, about 20 tubes for 200 people. Wave pool should be called the ripple pool as the waves were about what you would get if you dropped a brick in the water. In the childrens slide area, only a few of the slides had water running and that water was cloudy and almost milk like. Food and drink took forever at ohana. Very minimal staff to serve large numbers of people. So yeah, very underwhelming. Especially considering the amount of rides you could actually do based on the wait time. Spent way more time out of the water waiting, than in the water.

The girls restroom has been out of order since they open this season by the breaker bay. And the other restrooms at the front have old paint dirty floors and half the time out of toilet paper and hand soap.But if u ask the right person theywill refill . I have been going to this park for 18 yr and just goes down hill. The real reason we continue to come in due to no other choices for Waco. Only a couple weeks into the summer season and the water is absolutely disgusting!!! Filth floating, trash and you cannot see your feet it s so dirty!! The lazy river is absolutely disgusting! One of the lifeguards at the body slides/tube slides was looking DOWN for at least 10 minutes while messing with something on his leg. (I was waiting in line and watched him the entire time) He did not look at any of the people coming down the slides, didn t look up unless the guard at the top whistled at him! So scary!! The pool ropes are frayed and completely pieced together! Why didn t they replace them before the season opened?? Looks trashy!! This place is run by nothing but teenagers and it shows!! So sad!! We bought the 42.99 package. Unlimited drinks and a meal. The meal took over a hour to get once we ordered and the burgers were dry. Unlimited drinks consist of Tea which others liked but the unsweetened was awful. DR Pepper was flat. No Rootbeer available. No Bottled water unless you paid extra. We were there with a party and we were suppose to have the big Cabana and a small one and ended up with two small ones and wasnt reimbursed for it. Very deceiving they paid alot for this party and the parents had to pay extra to get in. Most of the workers were awesome. Had one work at the tea area around 5:00 that was rude. For what we paid I was very disappointed. The kids had fun but the Unlimited drinks and food was a joke.

Great customer service, Trey addressed my problem and made it right with no questions asked! We used the lazy river and set all of our stuff down at the cabana. When we got out all of our stuff was missing. There were no signs out stating reserved only by the lazy river or by any of them. Once I spoke with Trey he was very apologetic and offered to let us use the cabana for the rest of our visit.

Clean & fun place to beat the texas heat. The membership is worth it 100% if you plan on visiting more than once. The restrooms could be cleaner. But the water levels are checked often. What an awesome experience! Big thank to Trey for his excellent attention to our needs and desires for an ideal family day! We all had fun, great cabana service from Bobbie. Horrible! Absolutely horrible! This used to be a great place to go.We bought season passes for 4 years in a row but we wont be buying them for the up coming year. The staff is rude and they dont seem to know what to do in most cases. The manager that I delt with was absolutely rude ,disrespectful and for lack of better words an absolute Bully! The grounds are unkempt, the bathroom is disgusting and I wouldnt buy food there now if I was starving! As I said this used to be a great summer place to go to...now I would recommend it. Beware..

I have the season pass and every time I go I have a wonderful time with my family. Out of all years (times) Ive been there Ive only had one problem but they sure knew hot to resolve it. I dont know the guys name but he was very patient and helpful. Out of all great job!!

Ive worked marketing events at Hawaiian Falls, but have never gotten to play. Myself and friends enjoyed cooling off. Go with a full stomach though because the food was awful and the condiments were in 100+ degree weather. (There is no easier way to get severe food poisoning than from rancid mayonnaise) and the staff that was there to take an order (there were 4 or 5) were talking amongst themselves even though I was standing directly in front of them. I found them without any desire to help a customer and very rude.

Went on Wed with my son, visiting my parents here in Waco, traveled from Georgia. We had a blast, no crowds, very relaxing. We bought tickets online in advance and the only thing we paid for there was 10$ for small locker to fit our small cooler bag. However, we went back today, Friday, and we did the same thing. Paid online in advance, but this time the lady working the front told me we had to pay for a lunch box fee and I had to go back to the front so she can scan my receipt after purchase. They charge 21$ for a lunch fee that you bring yourself. And the lady who was up front told me, it all depends on whos up front. So basically, they charge when they feel necessary to. This is kinda upsetting, especially when we just brought some sandwiches and chips form home for me and my little guy. Why charge people, almost a ticket price, for a small lunch bag. Dont think I will be back to this park. THE FACT MY SONS TICKET WAS CHEAPER THAN OUR LUNCH BAG, NO BUENO!!!!!

Its ok if you go early but with an opening time of 10:30 its already 90° I saw on the news that they dropped a large amount of ice in the wave pool and thought it was a daily thing. Wonderful I thought, since there isnt any cool water to be found. After arriving a few days later I learned that they do it once a year. The park just celebrated its 11th year, I believe, and thats when they do it. Seems like something could be done to lower the water temp. even if only by a few degrees? Im not a betting man but I believe that if a trial run on some In the Park after dark hrs were developed you might be surprised how many will come.

Took my family out on a Friday during opening, Wife and kids have season passes but it was my return visit after 3 or so years. Nice to see the place pretty kept up. Enjoyed being able to buy an adult beverage even thou its limited to 2 drinks lol. No complaints here.

There are way too many bees. You cant eat or drink without a swarm of them making there way to you. One kid actually got stung on the face. There was alot of trash and bugs in the wave pool. The chicken poppers were small and greasy. I really do not complain about things becasue i take it with a grain of salt, but this want just a bad day for someone. Nonetheless, my 5 year old always has a blast obviously but she will not go into the wave pool with dead bugs floating in it or sit down to eat with bees all around her. Nonetheless if you want to get wet in the sun and waste money. This is the place.

We are season ticket holders this summer and it has paid off! The staff is great too. We had a situation take place and the staff took it very serious. When they could have said sorry, nothing we can do.. they investigated and we re very apologetic and made sure we were okay. Visited on

Got my tickets online. Came with drinks all day and one meal per person. Was great besides the kitchen forgetting my families food order entirely. Otherwise was great. They fixed the issue no problem as well was just a hiccup. Food was top notch they were just busy. Kiddo had fun and thats all that matters

Stayed for six hours with three grandchildren, daughter inlaw and my dear wife.. we had a blast. Lots of hard working young folks doing a good job. Saw a safety drill completed at the kiddie pool and was very pleased at the training I witnessed.

Water rides were great. Food is pricey and low quality. You can t bring in alcohol and you can only purchase 2 drinks max per person. I suggest Waco Surf if you want to bring in your own food and alcohol.

Nice park. Cabanas were 185 and worth the shade and seating. They should put a water source to wash sand off your feet though. Bought tickets ahead online and saved money. For family four pack it came out to $97.

Last year had a great time eating in the Ohana Hall. The burgers and fries were great. However this year, no tomatoes on my burger and they really cheated on the fries as if they were feeding a baby. At the price of $14, they could have done better. What a difference one year makes.
