Went here with my girlfriend trying to find a wifi cafe to do work and study side by side. Really awesome vibes when you walk in. Comfy and quiet unlike Starbucks which is always crowded and busy and SUPER LOUD. Plenty of cute seats and plants every where and an adorable friendly cat I got to pet! As an Asian couple it was nice to have the option of lychee flavor for our green tea. We worked and studied there for about 2 to 3 hours. Wish they stayed open till 8 or 9 at least, or were open Sunday but thats just a skill issue on my part because of my job. Overall really nice quality, great comfy cafe that we were surprised to find here in a small nobody town, instead of a big city like Austin where we usually work and study. Edit (Aug 1st): Found out after a few visits that the cafe is owned, and a hybrid of, a church. Pretty yikes finding this out as an LGBT+ person. Probably wont be coming here anymore since I have values and dont want to consciously support religious establishments.

How stinkin cute was this place!! Coffee was delicious! Seemed like a great place to meet up with a group. Get more than just coffee! I bought stickers and cactus shaped pens . They had honey and other things to purchase. I will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: There s plenty of seating and there was a cute kid coloring in a book on the couch.

This is a cute coffee shop! The atmosphere when I went was quiet and calm, and they have little tables with activities for kids and adults to have fun while sipping on their drinks/eating their food. Their latte was good, and my friend said that the cookies and cream frappe that she had was good too! and they have cute little vinyl stickers at the check our for $1 each. They also have an adorable orange cat that greeted us at the door! Kid-friendliness: They have little activity table with games set out for kids to play. Wheelchair accessibility: The usual wheelchair accessible sidewalk.

This is such a charming coffee place! Ive tried most coffee shops in Victoria, but this is by far the friendliest one Ive ever been to. Stay tuned for this review because I have a latte say about it. ALL the baristas humor me with small talk. Theyre very kind and helpful. Its the kind of service I truly appreciate. It makes each visit pleasant. Everyone Ive brought to this place loves the drinks, but I especially love the boba drinks! My favorite milk tea in Victoria! They have little baked treats as well, which are a bit of a low point for me personally. Some come across as a bit mediocre, and you can tell from the uninspired designs of some scones, the uneven baking at times, and the overall mouth-feel and flavor profile. Theyre not very impressive, and I wish they were given a little more attention to detail. I would post a picture of the silly looking scone I bought the other day, but I dont want to bring this place down with harsh imagery; I love this coffee shop and its people, and I want to see it succeed. The service really sets this apart from the other places in Victoria. Every coffee shop will have their fun little distinct flavors and their traditional coffee and boba tea offerings, but only this place makes you feel like a friend. And I think thats worth 5 Stars every time!

Coffee bean was decent. Ambiance was cool. However, the barista wasnt pleasant and I was disappointed to see they use Torani syrups. You can buy that brand at local stores. Using higher quality syrups wouldve been more preferable. Side note: The bat situation could have been handled better. I understand some things cant be controlled but informing your customers of the situation would have been appreciated.

Loved the atmosphere, and my coffee was perfect. A sugar-free vanilla latte is my go-to, and sometimes the syrup can taste bitter, but not here! My kids got the boba and loved it. Looking forward to study sessions and long conversation with friends here. Food

I ve missed the coffee shops I frequented when living in bigger cities, but Garden House has finally given me what I ve been missing: delectable coffee and treats in an eclectic, inviting atmosphere. This is a wonderful little coffee shop. There are so many places to sit, relax or even catch up on your reading. I love to stop by before my bible study to get a cup of coffee and read the last few parts of my chapter. The owner is so sweet and is always open to conversation. My most favorite new coffee shop ever since my first visit. I love the atmosphere the most, the owner, staff, and Panini (the silly coffee cat) treat every customer with upmost care and make sure youre having a wonderful time every visit. I hope this coffee shop stays open longer than most, its a definite need in Victoria. Kid-friendliness: Everyone here welcomes kids in a respectful manner. Allowing games, toys, and other items to be found through out the shop.

I was surprised at how cute this place was. Very unassuming from the outside, but super cozy and inviting when you enter. Plus it s bigger on the inside! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The drinks my husband and I got were delicious and reasonably priced. Plus they have an orange kitty named Panini. What s not to love? I hope they stay in business a long time. Their location is fantastic for the local college students and hospital workers.

While waiting for clothes to dry I decided to check this place out as Id seen some friends post about it online. First time it was a warm day so I got boba tea and it was refreshing. Second time it was below freezing so I got a hot cocoa and that was better tasting! I opted for marshmallows sans whipped topping. Cat is cute...1st time nice and quiet to where I got reading done. 2nd time a kid was running around yelling so couldnt read : ( parents control your kids!!

I have a group meeting every Friday morning and we like to find new places to try. Today was Gardenhouse. It is a beautiful space! So comfortable and expansive with lots of room for individuals or groups to meet. I had the house coffee and it was nicely brewed with no bitterness. I was pleased with the customer service and the prices. I will be back!

This is a very new coffee shop by Sichuan Garden past the phone store in the shopping center by the college on Red River! The drinks are rather good; I got three things so far: honeydew tea with strawberry boba jelly, mocha frappe, and iced dark chocolate mocha. All are very delicious and well made. The boba jellies are not rounded on the strawberry they are cut into strips which is different! It s a large area with lots of room and sitting space. I gave it a three star on atmosphere because it s rather noisy because a lot of children are here for children friendly events. So if you want somewhere quiet to study or quietly socialize, it might not be the coffee place for you. But if you want a place to bring kids for events or to go for art events, it s good. I won the cup design contest as first place so that s a definite positive; they gave me a $30 gift card. Service was good but they only had one worker today so it was a wait. Still polite service! Overall a five star for the atmosphere and taste; they also have a wandering orange cat named Panini and she is adorable.

Really good spot to pick up some coffee and just hang out. Service is quick, and the coffee is REALLY good. I usually get a straight black cold brew, and its cheap and SUPER good. I havent tried any of the boba or food options yet, but it looks pretty tasty. You dont have to hang around, but once you get your coffee theres a section with very comfortable couches off to the side. They do a lot of community events, so keep a look out on their Instagram for that. Live shows, contests, stuff like that. Really nice space, cant wait to see what they do with it in the coming years. If youre looking for high quality drinks that wont break the bank like Starbucks, this is a great spot. Make sure to say hello to Panini, the coffee shop cat.

This is a very LARGE coffee shop. As you enter, you make your way to the back where the goods are! I have ordered a few beverages from this location and they have all been very delicious (iced oat milk latte, Americano, Pumpkin spiced latte and I ve tried my kids boba teas..tasty!). They also prepared chocolate milk for my littlest peanut , which I thought was . For a newer business, the staff are on top of it, and very kind. There is seating practically all over the place. I ve already seen people here studying and just hanging out. I bring my kids by for a treat after we have our homeschool co-op days. Location is in a convenient spot for college students. Wi-Fi availability (always nice to have) I don t know what else to say! It s just a nice atmosphere. Parking: Coffee shop is in a shopping center. There are always multiple spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: Located in shopping center with a ramp. No stairs or surprise inclines or declines. Wheelchair accessible bathroom stall.
