We wanted IHop on yesterday, my husband went before me he was there 15 minutes before I arrived to get us a table . When I arrived he was still sitting waiting so I asked how long did they tell him before we would be seated? He said 10 minutes so I went up to the hostess which were a lot of airheads just standing around not knowing anything and asked how much longer and she looked and said you were called , my husband said no you did not call me as I have been sitting right here the entire time, so we left. They need to do better. The several hostesses did not seem to know what they were doing... horrible.

Entry way is HOT, no staff at the front counter, had to confront so called manager about poor & lack of service after being seated for 10 minutes with not even a coffee or water order.... IHOP, obviously without doubt one of the best breakfast places in town. The pancakes, French toast all are too delightful to not be tasted. A big shout out to their cappuccino and hashbrown potato Just keep in mind while ordering, their portion sizes tend to be on the bigger size. Must try, you wont be disappointed

Those orange cream pancakes are pretty good I guess. My wife liked them and she asked me to swing by and get her one order to go but she gets full with two. So, she wanted to split it in two meals and I asked the staff for an extra side of those toppings so she could have one for each set of two. They wanted to charge 2 to 4 dollars that s exactly what they said well that s kind of vague isn t it?? Which is it? Two or four? Also, it s only a syrup topping sauce that s outrageous . They are really trying to charge 16 dollars plus taxes for 4 pancakes??? That s ridiculous so much for customer service at this place. What s next a 2 to 4 dollar up charge if you want them to bring Cholula sauce to the table??? lol. What a joke I hate it when businesses try to take advantage of the customers.

It s nice when you go to any Restaurant and you are greeted with a smile and great service, and that s what this place has, starting with the Mgr., Valentina Ketchum, she always greets you with a great big smile and a great positive attitude, she makes sure you are taken care of, and is always checking on the customers, she is wonderful, and that s great service. I Would also like to Acknowledge Alexandra she is a great waitress by the time I am being seated she is already bringing to the table what she knows I drink, she always has a great and positive attitude and you can tell she gives time to know her clients, she is great. There were 4 tables in there. 2 servers. Carol sat us & never came back then after about 10 minutes, we asked if she was our server she said no, the other server is. Never came back or told the other server, then I seen her in the kitchen just talking. Then she passed us by again to sit another table. We just got up & left. The food is really good. As someone who used to be a waitress herself ,Francismar needs to learn how to better treat customers and be more polite.I m in shock that I m even here complaining cause I always try to be patient but today her attitude was the last straw. Took forever to get our drinks. Even when taking our orders it was taken with an attitude. They had maybe max 8-10 tables with people. It wasn t busy. The cherry on top was when I was checking out and she automatically clicked the 20% tip option and handed me the tablet to sign. Thankfully it needs our signature, imagine if it didn t and she tipped herself that.

3:30m Good Friday, there was only two other tables of people dining in. I ordered a drink and left after waiting over ten minutes for it, no one ever came back to the table. Management needs to be attentive to its customers and employees. I was looking forward to blueberry pancakes all day. Only 2 servers at night..the waiter did his best, and he was polite. It took a while to be seated, order our food.. The best part was the coffee. It kept us entertained while the drink orders were taken and arrived. The place was not full. We were 15. 1 person left because of the wait time, and 2 people only had coffee and 1 had only water. The food was great even though the bacon was forgotten on a couple of the burgers. But $5.19 for a side order of hash browns. I should have gotten another meal.

Had the worst experience ever. I like this location cause I usually never have a problem. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla appetizer the food came out first. 15min later I get my Chicken Quesadilla with only 2 pieces of chicken on each slice. The waiter was nice and said I could get another one made. I denied the offer because I can hear the Manager (Yajaira) and a Hispanic cook cussing in Spanish about the situation mentioned me and little did they know I m Hispanic as well! I spoke to the manager to let her know I do understand Spanish and I knew everything about her conversation and she said she understood and walked away. Super unprofessional wont be going back!

IHOP is your standard breakfast eatery. This location is better than most as the service is better than most IHOPs in the area. While I mostly come for breakfast, I have to ask for shell eggs. The only issue I have is that its hit or miss on delivery of a hot or freshly made meal. I think often the food sits and gets lukewarm. Its consistent but just average. Service is hit or miss where during the meal I am looking for my server. Some servers shine. Food options are expansive as well as a decent plus 55 menu.

I wish I had pictures. I Came in Christmas Day with my wife and daughter. We were sat right away. Waitress comes by after several minutes of us patiently waiting. We all point out what we want to eat and then I ask if she could please wipe down the table. There was a sticky spot and creamer that wasnt cleaned off properly. Patiently waiting for a good period of time my wife waves her over and asks her again that the table has not been cleaned off and that when she comes back to also bring some napkins. Never happened! Waitress comes back with the food and then I ask her about wiping down the table she makes a face like she forgot and takes off. I noticed the meal I ordered is incorrect and poorly made. I had to flag my waitress down to explain that what I ordered was incorrect only to get an attitude about it as if it was my fault. I told her I did not want the meal it was not what I had ordered. She asked what I wanted and I responded with im not sure can I look at the menu. The waitress brings me the menu takes off and she never comes back to ask about my order. By this time im upset and so is my wife about our service. There was a party of 6 or 8 that sat next to us. Our waitress shows up to take their order. I was completely ignored while im patiently waiting to get some service. By this time my wife has had it her meal is ruined as well. When the waitress returns she tells me your order is free your not going to be charged. I snapped back and told her there is no reason for me to get charged for a meal I didnt eat. My wife and daughters meal was also ruined by the situation. Our waitress was very unprofessional. If you dont like customer service type jobs do something else. Staff also had several tables were customers finished eating and left unattended with dirty dishes just sitting. This location needs new management it all falls on you!

I like this Ihop. Its really nice. Overall, I had a great experience. They have added a lot of new things to their menu. My daughter got a chicken sandwhich I thought was overpriced and rather greasy. It was around $18.00 for a chicken melt or something like that. By far the worst experience ever. Came out to eat and enjoy my Sunday with the family. We placed our drink orders and took 10 minutes. We finally placed our ordered which took a while but rather quickly. I ordered a T-Bone steak Medium Rare, only to receive it Well-Done and pale. I told our server and she proceeded to re-fire the dish. Once the dish was received the steak was completely raw as it had been just kissed on the Flat top stove top. At this point, I gave up waiting for my food as my family was nearly done and I was left with a empty stomach. We asked for the GM only to send the AGM. We told her about the situation and stated she would inform the GM and mentioned she would see about asking to remove the dish from my bill. Did not eat anything and was not given an apology or a compd dish. Horrible service and poor approach from the management team. Would never dine here again.

I went early morning around 6am with some coworkers when we got off work. The place was dimly lit and we questioned if it were even open. The service was not too good at all. Our server seemed to be half asleep or something.. she was not friendly, didnt smile or welcome us at all. In fact, none of the other employees did either. Our server kept bringing us items that we didnt ask for, like Tabasco sauce that nobody asked for. And would frequently forget items that we did ask for. We didnt wait too long for our food, and the food was delicious. When it came time for our bill, the server brought us one bill for everything, instead of asking if wed like separate bills or not. Regardless, my coworkers and I didnt feel obliged to leave a tip. My final summary on this location? Good food, terrible service!

I did a pick up order and I order the build ur own omelette the pancakes and the French toast combo by mistake I ordered the pancakes first and then I said the build ur own omelet thinking it will be easy that way since I m customizing my omelette of course they charged me for 2 pancake orders so when I spoke to the manager she didn t want to take off the extra pancake insisting they can t bc it will be a waste so I had to reorder all my food all over again so they just wasted my entire order I got .. make it make sense

We stopped by while traveling. When the food came out we began smelling this horrible smell like spoiled milk. The table next to us were covering their nose because the smell was so strong. Tge waiter said they were smelling it in the kitchen but wasnt sure what ut was. My bf said his taste funny. I added salt to it thinking that was the problem like mine. As he cut it, the smell got stronger. I smelled his plate and OMG it was horrible. The waiter said would get the manager. When she came to the table, she asked what was the problem. I handed her the late and asked her to smell it. She kept asking what was the problem. I told her if shes holding the plate she came see the food smelled spoiled. She denied it and said it just smelled cheesy. Never apologized for being served bad food. She said if we didnt like it they could remake it. Mind you we had 3 other omelets that were perfectly fine. I will never patronize a restaurant that discredit a customers experience. Diana is a horrible manager with bad customer service.
