The people that work here are amazing. I procrasted and waiting until the last minute to get my taxes complete and Liberty employees came to my rescue and got them done fast and before the dead line. I am so greatful for all their help and professionalism. I will be going back next year for sure.

Melissa was great, she is quick, professional and was very helpful. The only thing I was unhappy with was the the out of pocket expense. Needless to say Im still reeling from the sticker shock.

Terrible! Felt very overcharged. They werent efficient. They had our birthdates wrong. My wife had mine, and vice versa. Our paper work wasnt ready to pick up when they said it would be. We had to keep on them. They didnt get back to us. My daughter had to point out a $2,000 tax credit that she wasnt going to get if she didnt say anything. Sub par at best. We will not be going back there.

I got help from Liberty as it was my first year filing as self-employed and needed some guidance from professionals. We were in and out in less than 40 mins! Gerri is absolutely lovely and so helpful. Cannot recommend her enough!

We have been using liberty tax new braunfels for years and have had Melissa do our taxes each time. She is the reason we choose liberty tax year after year. Very friendly and always knowledgeable about each tax season and the changes that occur each year. If you re looking for somewhere you can trust to do your taxes right liberty tax is your place. I would a rate this company a zero stars but Google requires you to put at least 1 star. They want to charge me $600 on a $700 return. And we are only there 45 minutes when I refused I didnt wanna pay the that amount they still charge me $50 for an estimation feet though waste your money at this company either go through terrible tax or some other company to do your taxes and these people do not know what theyre doing because when I did it myself on turbotax I got a lot more back

My first trip to this company was fantastic. I had an excellent preparer who saved me $900. I went back the next year and had an irritable preparer who seemed to want to rush me along. Her calculations had me owing the IRS $3500! I refused to file, and went home and did the calculation on an online service, which came with me owing a fraction of what my Liberty preparer had figured out. Overall, this company is a good one, but be very careful who you get to prepare it, and dont file your return if you think the sum is incorrect.
