My wife had oysters, and I had shrimp cocktail for appetizers. My wife had the Ahi Tuna cooked a perfect rare with mashed and sautéed veg, I had fried shrimp with shoestring fries. The meal was perfect. We will be back and thanks to staff for their professional and courteous service. 5 out of 5!!!

I had a Reservation for 15 people for a 60th Birthday party. I called to change it to 30 people. I spoke with George the Owner who turned me down and flat out told me he could not accommodate us and too find somewhere else. Victoria does not offer very many restaurants, I saw the Restaurant on Good Taste that I watch faithfully every Sunday. I guess you cant go try out every restaurant you see on the travel Channels.

The food was absolutely amazing. Now I havent been to Greece, yet, but this was definitely hands down delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and prepared. The Greek avocado salad felt like dinner and not a sorry diet substitute. The pork chop. Period! Best ever and gives Perrys a run for the money, and I dare say...BETTER! The spicy Cucumber Watermelon Martini...refreshing, balanced spice, not coughing or burning, right amount of kick with alcohol. Easily can do 3 or more, 2 are great, but dont underestimate them. This girl will be back.

The pork chop is amazing. Been to Perry s and this is a definite rival. Probably my favorite here. Ask for the glaze on the side. You don t need it. Flavor is great on its own. Salmon was excellent as well. Will definitely be back anytime I am in Victoria. Cool atmosphere inside and out.

We we hesitant to come after ready so many reviews of rude service. However we are newer to town and were told their steaks were some of the best around. We sat inside and the bartender was our waiter. He made a drink suggestion for my husband which was delicious and the food was excellent. We met the owner (I believe) he stopped by and asked how everything was. The food is delicious and our service was perfectly fine. I got oysters in the half shell and my husband got a ribeye and street corn and said his steak was full of flavor and cooked correctly for a medium rare. The atmosphere inside is pretty calm and dim lit. Their outside area is very inviting and the downtown location is pretty hopping as well

We were in town visiting family. Stumbled upon this restaurant. Holy Cow! It was an amazing experience. Cocktails were spot on. Wedge salad was delicious. But man oh man. The food is usually amazing here. So amazing that we drove 2 hours to have dinner tonight. Our fried mushrooms were delicious as always. Our steaks were supposed to be medium rare but were very rare.....the cut wasnt as good as it usually is either. The steaks are usually very flavorful but tonight all you could taste was the butter....not garlic butter flavor ....just regular butter. My husbands mule was also way sweeter than usual. We were really disappointed. Honestly Im going it was just a bad night.

This is the third time weve been here and the food is always excellent but this time my wife ordered a drink she ordered a second time and it still didnt come out correct. Finally the third time was a charm . My wife apologize to the owner. He looked at my wife with a disgusting attitude and told her youre still paying for them. After if you words this issue got resolved. But he made us feel very insignificant and like we were just peasants to him. I am a business owner and the number one rule is ,your customers are your bread and butter and you do not ever treat a customer in that manner. Sorry to say but we will NEVER go back.. !!

My husband and I planned a date night and we was so happy we went to Greek Brothers last night. My husband ordered the ribeye and I got the New York strip and it was amazing. I was blown away and left wanting more from this romantic dining getaway. Started off with the Blanches Sauteed Mushroom Relish which is House Seasoned mushrooms sauteed with garlic olive oil. Served with ciabatta bread slice - perfection! I moved on to the Footes Tuna Carpaccio - Seared tuna layered with avocado, fresh sliced jalapenos (I decided to nix the jalapeño) cherry tomatoes and spring mix. Topped with a fresh citrus ponzu sauce - melt in your mouth heaven. My table partner went with a medium Rare 8oz Filet with shrimp and asparagus. Topped it all off with bourbon cheesecake. The server was quite attentive and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!! Cheers

I am a fan of Greek Brothers in El Campo so when I heard that there was one in Victoria I was super excited. I went there on a date expecting the same quality of food I experience at the other location. I was highly disappointed. I ordered a ribeye medium rare and it had to be one of the most disappointing steaks I have had in my life. The edges were cooked more to a black and blue and the rest of the steak was more along the lines of a medium cook. The asparagus was so salty I couldn t even eat it, the onions had so much seasoning salt on them they were an odd color of orange and salty to boot. My date ordered hamburger steak and again having had it at the other location I said it was delicious. Boy I was wrong, it was as thick as a meatloaf, bland and the gravy was out of the jar quality. After I asked the waiter how long they have been in Victoria I was told they had been there for a couple years but were still operating mostly out of a food truck to cook most of the items. Completely explains it. Low rate food truck quality at a restaurant price. Highly disappointing and absolutely nothing like it s sister location.

Used to be a great place to go and have a drink and some good food - but unfortunately has become completely unreasonable in their pricing. I understand that inflation has caused prices to go up, but I paid $16 for a single mixed drink after 20% gratuity. San Francisco prices in Victoria don t make sense. Maybe this was a mistake - but I m kind of scared to go back, as maybe I just can t afford such a high class establishment.

The food was excellent and the management was very accommodating when we explained that we were not impressed with the rude service. The waiter that served us was short and rude in his interactions with us and did not show much patience for first time patrons. We were part of a group so gratuity was added to our smaller ticket, as is standard at most places, but we simply were not happy with the service provided to our 2 person ticket, which was brought up to management and resolved. But the fact that I had to overhear bar/wait staff talking about the situation while we were there and that the waiter felt it was necessary to plead his case while my girlfriend and management were discussing the issue is what resulted in a 1 star review tonight. I was excited to visit this well known establishment but we will not be returning.

Had a great time and met the owner George & his son in downtown Victoria! Full of history, family friendly, & 3 areas to accommodate dining in, a beautiful outdoor area with live music, & a nightclub area where we enjoyed listening to the great local DJ Russell and got to see Comedian Keith Terry perform a surprise performance! Enjoyed meeting new people and Everyone I m town boasted that this place has the Absolute BEST Food! Parking: Although it was busy, we didn t have any trouble finding parking right next to the restaurant! Kid-friendliness: My family was welcomed in from staff by the entry way and local people continued to welcome us as we were exploring this historically rich and beautiful restaurant.

Not really impressed. I didnt order a steak, so my critique wont match all the glowing evaluations about how great the steaks are. I ordered the Greek Salad with an 8 Oz salmon filet. The waiter made sure I understood the salad was 11.95 and the salmon was an additional $25, total 36.95. And he called me boss, which to me is unprofessional. The salmon was way undercooked, and when I mentioned it to the waiter, thats when he explained that they normally serve salmon medium rare. Maybe a good idea to ask the customer how they like the salmon cooked? Even after they cooked it some more, it was still a little undercooked but close enough. Overall, I thought the service and food quality dont match the prices. When I visited Victoria last year I ate at the Pump House and thought it was great. I gave them 5 stars.

I dont write bad reviews. Usually I have a not so great experience and move on. However, my girl and I came here on day trip for business from SA and decided to check it out. We ordered fried mushrooms which had no seasoning and the ranch dip was Hidden Valley. Our salad was completely unappealing, unwashed, and unsatisfactory. Tasted like grass. For both of our salads we had...no kidding, one crouton. Just one. Her crouton was bigger which didnt help my pride. I wish I took a picture, but we were both in so much disbelief it didnt occur to me. It just felt unreal. Then, we got our Ribeye to share. Ive eaten plenty of Ribeye from many steak houses and this was the absolute worst. Ordered medium rare, got medium. Had no flavor. No crisp to the edges. The sides were veggies and mashed potatoes. The mash was store bought instant brand even though our server assured us they were fresh potatoes. After we took one bite of each thing, we realized it was our time to go. The server was the best part of the experience. We brought it to her attention and she apologized and mentioned that shes never heard the concerns we had with their food. My girls family owns and runs multiple restaurants and I frequent many places for steak. This wasnt good. We requested to pay for our beers and the fried mushrooms since we ate them all. She complied, told us shed talk to the owner, and came back with a check reflecting our request. The owner didnt do much but lift his shades and give me a very bad look. This guy has an ego so big he placed a picture of himself above the bar. In decked out Hawaiian shirt, shorts, sunglasses and a hat. He was an interesting character to look at, but wasnt much help. When we entered the restaurant he approached us out of the blue and put up two fingers and just said two? and directed us over to a table. As we walked out he approached another patron and turn his back to us. It was weird dude. Side note: for whatever reason theres a back door that leads outside where all of our food was coming from. Additionally, our draft beers had to be poured from another bar next door. Our server literally walked through the front door with our beers. That should have been the sign, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and heres what we thought. I think theres plenty of regulars that love the place and thats fine, but if youve never been here, just go somewhere else. Thank you.

Great restaurant; they do a lot of familiar items very well. My girlfriend always orders the Mexican martini, in case anyone is looking for recommendations on their specialty items. Greek Bros. is also one of the few places where I really enjoy the live music. A lot of classic Texas country, and not so loud that you re unable to talk with the people at your table. Highly recommended!

Wow what a great place. Unassuming and casual environment with a very nice bar. We ordered the shrimp avocado salad and the ribeye. Everything was amazing. The steak was perfectly done and the salad was a mix of great greens including spinach. From the bar I had a couple of Knobb Creek Old Fashioned, which were expertly made. Thats what Im talking about Victoria. Was born in Victoria and raised in Houston. It has been hard to come home and find a decent steak restaurant thats not a chain. Greek 205 had a great atmosphere, steak that could definitely run with the big boys in Houston, and cold lone stars as well as the Karbach family of brews. Old building had a lot of charm and a nice walk in downtown Victoria after dinner topped it off. Owner and staff were great came to our table and talked Astros for a sec. Great job guys! We will definitely be back. HOUSTON if you are in Victoria for any reason stop by and show . This establishment supports our teams and has a little Houston flare to it. It will be worth your time.

Hands down the absolute BEST steaks in town!!! Sometimes theres a long wait but it is 100% worth every second of wait time. Their vinaigrette salad dressing has a delicious flavor and tang to it. Bartenders make great drinks. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Our favorite place to go for date night and special occasion dinners.

The Tomahawk steak was awesome! The sides were very good, and the portion was plenty too. Service was good and the outdoor patio was a cool place to hang out by the fire pit.

We ordered margaritas on the rocks with plenty of salt. They were watered down, made with cheap tequila and tasted like they had a lot of triple sec. Needless to say we did not drink them nor did we pay for them. We have never had such bad drinks.

Its a local watering hole. Went after an evening performance. Live music in the back room by a local band kept things lively. I did have what might be the best fried shrimp of my life accompanied by a terrific assortment of grilled vegetables. Beers on draft. The Greek salads looked divine. Worth a visit.

Ok so this place has amazing food. If you look at walking in there and expecting a greeting good luck. We got there had a warm beer then ordered a beer on tap then it was amazing . Overall I would recommend this place!! Good job Greek Bros.
