It s always something. At least with the 5th street location. We order breakfast there a couple a times a month and I always check it before leaving the parking lot. They always leave something out. Every single time. Back through the drive through. This time was the first I didn t bother to check. Thing is, it s also the first time I ve encountered a pleasant, likable person running the window. It s usually some varied version of a sour faced, eye rolling teenage girl who finds a way to suggest I m the one responsible for them forgetting anything from entire portions of the order to napkins and cutlery for, get ready, a room go order. I called back to let them know a crucial element of one plate in the order jd been left out and was politely told they d let the person at the window know. Because that s super helpful to my daughter when she order something that comes with the missing item. No offers of compensation, just let the person know. Great management! Failure to take responsibility, blame the person running the window when in the end, management should be catching the dropped ball. I hate to leave a bad review if the employee they blamed for the flub truly is responsible because a little friendliness and pleasant attitude go a long way. My review isn t of the guy at the window, he was just fine. It s of the place as a whole. Tiresome, consistent carelessness.

The first time I tried Jucys Hamburger, was, about 1 year and 9 months ago. I had just recently moved to a town nearby. A friend had been bragging about Jucys and took me. Taking the first bite, on my, I was in hamburger heaven. We went another time orctwo after that. THEN, we took a couple there, and something had changed. The taste of the meat on the burgers had changed. Did not like it at all. Tasted like a regular blah, blah, hamburger. Just in case it was a bad shipment of meat or a day for the cook, my friend has been back twice since then, the last time was just the other day. We wont be back. Cutting corners for profit, sometimes, cost you more in the long and the shirt of it.

08/20/2024 I ordered online, a hamburger jr combo and a cheeseburger jr combo, in that order, and both were cheeseburgers. I am very highly lactose intolerant, but that was completely disregarded. I also ordered both without onions and one had twice the amount of onions. Those kids didnt even care to simply look at the ticket and make the order correctly. I dont see the point in going back. Dietary restrictions: I ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. They obviously dont care about making orders correctly.

Parked in the curbside spot and called to let them know I had arrived, 5 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They said they would bring it out when it was ready. Always fantastic. You can tell the difference between fresh ground beef and frozen patties. Beans are always awesome. The flat-top is well seasoned, and it shows. I make a better burger in my cast iron, but nobody else comes closer. If you want a burger out, this is the place to go.

We love Juicy s, until lately! Service is starting to slack, beans are not coming out as early as they used to, food is not as good as it used to be! We just got from Mexico LATE last night! I have a day full of laundry and catching up. I just wanted a great Juicy s burger, a few fries and some of their beans! It was around 11:00 when he drove through the drive through. No beans and they didn t know when they were going to be done. He ordered our burger to be split, dry, with all the veggies! They did not put any veggies and the burger sucked! Such a let down after 9 days of AMAZING food!

Food was fine. It was too cold to finish the meal. Asked employee to turn it up some cause looking around everyone which was many about 8 of us customers were freezing. Was informed they couldnt turn it down due to it causing the floors to be slippery. I didnt argue. I took them at the word. Pissed but took at what they said. Now if the floors were really slippery. Then get a dang mop and mop bucket with hot water and clean them. I love juicys but I never be back to this one.

Just wanted to commend the young African American guy that was working lobby today. They where packed and he was still cleaning tables running orders and helping take orders all with a smile on his face. Normally, Jucy s is great. Let s start there. This was not one of times. Went through the drive thru. The girl taking my order was clearly more focused on whatever funny conversation I interrupted. The order took about 12 minutes, which I expected. However, upon getting home, I discovered our burgers were cold and flavorless. Also, there was no mayo. The girl even asked when taking my order if I wanted mustard or mayo, to which I said mayo. This is not the Jucy s standard I am used too. Yes, I understand that the burgers will cool down between getting them and driving home. But when I got home, they were cold. Not warm, not lukewarm, but cold. I ll probably eat there again, but Jucy s, please fix this problem.

Havent been here in more than 10 years...stopped here on a whim, while visiting my hometown...I decided to try the crispy chicken salad with Thousand Island dressing...it was very good. If youre looking for great tasting food, do yourself a favor and come during the day. I was served cold fries and cold burgers at 8:05 in the evening and management informed me that everything was broken down early for the night. ******************************* 3/01/2024 I ordered through the app and it instructed that I pull into a curbside parking space and call into the building. I called 4 times and some answered 1 time out of all of the calls and disconnected the line. I went into the store and requested my order and asked if something was wrong with the phone line and the young lady working the counter told me no but to keep in mind that they are busy. Now, I kept that in mind but seeing the employees playing and leaning on the line meant otherwise. Im still disappointed in this location because all i got today was bad customer service, cold food, and a coke that was out. I have not been to this location in years and it will continue to be this way from here on out.

This has been a go for years. Big burgers...my late cocker spaniel I spoiled but shed usually get a 1/4 it. Great fries, onion rings and friendly staff....dont miss out on there famous beans. Parking: About 30 to 40 spaces a slow drive thru. If you enjoy an old fashioned restaurant youll love it. Kid-friendliness: Kids behave and adults are typically receptive to them. Was told I needed to try while I was in town. Ordered their special and some onion rings. Onion rings were good but over priced for as few as you get. Seating , well lots of seating but nobody busing tables. Several us cleared our own and there were still others needing wiping down. The bean station was different and they were good while waiting for my order. The burger was huge but the patties were dry. Bun managed to hold together so that is always helpful. I would come back maybe try the smaller version next time to avoid the food coma lol

This place is a landmark. Its been in Tyler as long as I can remember. Theyve actually brought temp on the beans down and they are eatable without burn your entire mouth. Not as good as usual. Food was as usual. Ordered food and they charged for my wifes water the same as my large drink. I told cashier and she said she had already entered it. She finally corrected it, but had I not resisted, she would have had no problem knowingly overcharged me. She was also training a new person. The A/C was on, and being a small dining area it was kind of cold. Fries were cold before we could finish the. I also mean cold, and not just not warm. I will be using a different location next time. This was our first time at this location but not a first time having Jucys The menu today was a junior cheeseburger, fried green tomatoes, and a chicken strip meal. Im not sure how anybody can eat a regular size burger here because they are huge. I get the quarter pound junior burger and still have trouble finishing it. It is absolutely delicious! It comes with a ton of onions, so if youre not an onion fan just tell them to go light on the onions. Also comes with tomatoes and pickles. If you want it, I opt to take those off. Also had a side of fried green tomatoes. These were absolutely delicious and my first time trying them here. The batter was super crispy even though I ordered to go and I didnt get home until maybe 10 minutes after I picked up the food. The tomatoes were perfect size and the inside was not mushy. Served with a side of jalapeno ranch that was absolutely to die for and the best and East Texas. Now onto the chicken strip meal. As u can see from the picture it was humongous. It had a ton of fries and hid underneath those fries were three ginormously big chicken strips. They were fried crispy golden brown but the chicken inside was still super moist. Their Country gravy that they serve with this meal is absolutely delicious and I could slap myself for not asking for an extra order of it. This meal also comes with some Texas toast and that was just a basic Texas toast but it was perfect to dip into that super yummy gravy. Price wise I would say its perfect. For the amount of food and for the price you pay is perfect. You get a ton of food for roughly $10 a meal and in this economy thats amazing.

We orders junior burgers and fries and drinks. They make a great burger Herr! Their fries are good and so are the onion rings. I personally have never ordered a salad or cfs but it looks very very tempting! Especially since I know the burgers are perfect every time! Parking: They have parking and its probably enough for the size of the building but it is limited. If all else fails they DO have a drive thru which Ive done! Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is legally blind and has alot of difficulty in bright light. He has never had a problem accessing anything he needed at this location. I dont know for a fact but I think someone with a wheel chair could also access what they needed here and beable to get to the door and in it.

They need to train the employees better. They can t take orders with out screwing it up when you repeat the order 4 times on one burger and they still get it wrong. This happens why to often I will not be back to them again. It s sad I have been eating with this company for over 35 years and it only getting worse.

On 6/25/23 bought 2 steak sandwiches & an order of onion rings for $30. My sandwich did not have enough steak to cover the bun. Mostly breading . If I am paying that much for a steak sandwich, I would really like steak on my sandwich. You can do better
