Here, my name is José Rendón, a few months ago I arrived at the offices of the lawyer Ms. Moran, I was very worried because I did not know if I was making the best decision for them to take my case since I had never been in a case like this and Since it was my son, my concern was much more. Already being in the offices on May 9 of this year, the reception was very good, they immediately showed their interest in helping me, I told them about my case and they quickly began to act to be able to do things as best as possible and be able to win. When we went to court on June 3 that day Ms. Moran did her best work along with her excellent buffet of lawyers made up of Lisa /Lydia/Julie/Natalie/ Sandra and the other classmates. I thank you for the excellent work you are doing. They are highly recommended, and if you dont speak English, dont worry, they have the best staff to interpret, dont hesitate to hire them, they are excellent and their work is very clean. This law firm is hands down the best money I have spent on an attorney! Lisa Moran helped me get custody of my 4 year old son in a state where it is not common for the father to do so! (Dad & stepmom review) I went through many reviews in 2022 trying to find the law firm most experienced with representing fathers. As most of us know, the system is extremely biased to most dads in the state of Texas. (Just to clarify, she represents mothers too, but I specifically hired her due to experience with dads.) Lisa Moran takes representing her clients to a whole new level. If you want a bulldog in the court room, it s her. She truly fights for what s right & does not give up. I have never seen a lawyer fight as hard as she did throughout our entire 5 day final trial. She NEVER backed down. She truly was invested in our case doing everything she could to help us protect my husband s daughter. I can t say enough good things about this entire law firm. They ALL work together & each individually have so many strengths that end up benefitting each case. You won t find a lawyer who fights harder than Lisa Moran. I will be submitting a separate review for Sky Donovan & Lydia De La Luz who were both paralegals on our case. Not only is Lisa Moran the best, but she hires the best to work for her. These 2 paralegals honestly were the most experienced I have met! They too became extremely invested & fought hard right alongside us. They spoke up with ideas & never backed down either. Overall, whether you re a mother or father THIS is the law firm you need on your side. Even walking into the courtroom, you can feel the intimidation by their presence. First of all the original lawyer, we had worked with left the firm. We called back about a year later on an enforcement issue, and the firm could not find our file. They asked us to pay a whole new orientation fee, which we did. We resent all the case details in completion. We asked them to draft a letter to the other party and were very specific on what we needed. After about 3 weeks, the letter was sent to the other party and was completely off track. They had chosen to send the letter without our review and/or approval. It was really embarrassing. We brought it to their attention, and they seemed to be offended and didn t like our tone. They charged us for what time they had spent and returned our retainer. Bottom line, they really do not pay attention to detail. In my opinion. I know when I make a mistake I have to stand up and accept responsibility. I would look elsewhere as we have done.

Im writing this review with a FULL heart. There truly isnt enough space to explain how incredible the whole team is. I was so ignorant on how custody cases work and the toll it takes on you. Lisa and her team made sure to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease at every turn. Lisa fought for my boys in every way, ways that I didnt even know needed to be fought for. First update after 6 months: Running into some issues with this firm. Hopefully they will be resolved. Update will be posted for in the future. Initial review: This firm has been much better at timely communication than prior firms I ve worked with. So far so good. I ll leave an update once our family law case has final court orders though. They do seem to charge a bit more than others in the area: we ll see if it s worth it in the end.

I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical, yet being pressed by the circumstances, I took my chances and went with MLF , which turned out to validate their accuracy and my decision. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. At first things started off great and was told nothing but good things and all throughout the process Sarina knew she couldn t deliver just to get you in as a client. Lisa is all about money money money. My case started in July 2020 and the only thing that was implemented was injunction and somewhat of child support that was suppose to be enforced and the opposing pay when he feel like it. Never been married and this case has costed 7200. Every time I look up Lisa is calling about money when there is more than enough sitting in the trust fund...just money hungry. This law firm tried to get me to write hot checks, apply for an unnecessary credit card which I did not do any of these things and sent me another client information as example to look at which is violating policy and the clients right. After mediation Sarina still guaranteed me everything knowing deep down she was lying and couldn t admit the truth. Worked on my case on a Saturday and was told I wouldn t get charge nor would she let Lisa know and she charge me anyways when I dropped them as an attorney because Sarina decided she was going with the opposing party. Literally took all this money from me as the client just to side with the opposing party. I called the law firm to speak to the front desk and Lisa answered the phone to see why I was an unhappy customer and wanted to drop their law firm. I explained everything and she told me she would represent my case in trial for FREE. We all know there is a catch to that because if your law firm has so many unhappy customer and your willing to loose money to represent an unhappy client for free in trial just to still screw the client over just so that they firm won t have a bad reputation. I immediately lawyer up with a new firm who will get the job done and not drag this case out just for money. Now I m having to give money to someone else to to finish the job that Moran Law Firm couldn t do. In the mist of calling around 85% of all the law firm told me to run and run far as I can from this firm and never look back. Now that speaks if it coming from different law firms in the same area. Lesson learn with these people but now I have someone great on my case now to finish up the work.

I called Moran law firm searching for legal counsel, what I found was a group of individuals that worked tireless and wholeheartedly to fight on my families behalf. In my profession as a healthcare provider, kindness and compassion are of abundant supply, this phenomenon does not always ring true when dealing with representatives of the law. I cant say enough good things. I needed help with a matter that was outside the box for most attorneys. When I went to LML, I was prepared to be told Id need to go somewhere else. This law firm is by far the worst I ve ever had to deal with. I hired Moran law to represent me in a divorce and they completely misrepresented me. I paid them almost 8000 dollars and had not even got temporary support orders in my hand. They tell you they have your back when in fact all they want is more money. Haven even lied to me about my temporary hearing that was cancelled by my husband and his attorney. I found this later after I fired them. I asked for an itemized statement of my charges from the time I hired them until I fired them and never received one. I was told by Lisa that she was more then willing to look over my final papers but when I emailed her about that I never got a responce in return. Believe me this law firm is only as good as your huge amounts of money are willing to pay them. They will soak u for every dime they can and do nothing! I never once had a set down consultation with anyone. They are beyond horrible! And they don t care so if you have a contested divorce do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere. I would not recommend this firm for anyone unless you got tons of money to burn holes in your pocket! They lied to me and led me to believe they had me in their best interest only to be ignored because I wasn t near to raise a stink! Yes I fired them and they had the nerve to file a withdraw motion saying they couldn t work with me. I would not sign it! Because that was the second lie I got from them. Unbelievable!!!! Anything to save them from looking bad huh! I was floored at their unprofessionaliam to save them from looking bad in the eyes of the courts. Don t believe all the good reviews you see on this sight like I did as it was probably paid for by them to write nice reviews from others. They aren t that special believe me! Would not surprise me one bit! So if your reading this keep searching because they really like to make you believe they are great when in fact it s all a money game with them! Save yourself and look elsewhere , you will be glad you did and probably get better results for a lot less money!

We have used the awesome team at Moran Law firm on 2 occasions regarding custody of my step-daughter. I can not say enough good things about them. They are all rock stars. They never gave up the fight to keep our baby safe. They never waivered in helping us. But we never felt like they were wasting time or money. Im telling you these people have absolutely changed the life of our daughter forever. They really have a gift of strategy and always being one step ahead. Our case was really stacked against us due to gender bias in the court system (not all moms are the best custodial parents) but they never gave up and always fought for us and our daughter. When I first contracted with the Moran Law Firm, they worked hard to process my law suit. I was instructed what to get, what was the next step, etc., they basically kept me well informed of my case and what to expect next. However, it was long that the relationship slowly started to change. They became friends who happened to be lawyers or work in a law firm. They did an excellent job for me and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely use them again if the situation arose.

Iron fisted Divorce Law Firm. I dealt with divorce and custody battle with my now x- wife. I called upon Moran law firm to represent me in my soon to be long drawn out divorce. The firm took care of myself and my worries as I was trying to put life back together. As time went on money became tight, but they never once signed off on me as i held my end of the bargain as well. When the divorce became intense and life was knocking me down Evan Barat who works under Moran law firm came in on my case. She was always well prepared every time we walked in court. They had my back the whole time. In the end, Evan Barat never let the opposing council win not one arguement and i am now divorced with my children by my side week on week off.
